Great manager, staff, service, location. And karaoke on Sundays.

Me and my partner decided to venture out for the evening to this location and was stunned by the amount of drugs being passed around in front of us.. I then confronted the security guard about this matter and was told to leave the premises. I was extremely shocked at this response and was told to leave. I'm appalled by this so called professional experience. Its fundamentally wrong and inadequate. Guys please be careful when booking such a place 🙏 x

The Best Pub in Uxbridge only for Drinks. Especially the staff Shannon,Katie & Courtney (Pub Staff).Very Friendly and helpful.They have the Best live music,snooker table,Darts & other games. They have a very nice Patio (Garden) .

A much-needed refreshment stop on a hot Sunday afternoon, after a walk along the canal and a closed pub (The Malt Shovel). Unpretentious, does what it says on the tin. Plenty of outdoor seating and a decent selection of beers.

Staff and security are always friendly and welcoming, they did a wonderful job tonight for the euro finals and we apologise for the few rowdy people who made it difficult for staff - you're all wonderful and we appreciate you!

Staff very friendly and drinks were made swiftly and tasted very nice. Would recommend.

I have been in many of pubs in Uxbridge and surrounding area but the 3 steps wins the best by all. Big indoor space and even bigger outdoor with brand new decking and seating area. Staff are always so welcoming when customers come in and are very helpful at advising on drinks.

Great experience at the 3 steps pub all the staff are polite and helpful and have excellent service. Great vibes especially on the karaoke nights on Sunday. Would highly recommend

Brilliant & Great family pub, Amazing staff & Management, very spacious garden aswell as the inside.

Went here for some lunch and a business meeting to be told the kitchen was closed at the moment and in addition they could not serve us drinks until we became members.When i asked why dosnt it state that on your webside i was told that the site needed updating.We ended up walking out and going to another local pub which was very welcoming with great food which dosnt want or charge for membership so we will be booking there for future business meetings.Ican see why there was only 4 people in the 3 steps saturday afternoon now.My advise is to avoid this clicky membership only pub.

This is a great, local pub. Staff are friendly, and there's always some improvement happening. They often have deals and offers. Most importantly, they serve Rebellion IPA, which is hard to find on draught. They really look after their customers, and I remember all they did during covid to stay open safely.

No food available No comfort. Very basic to say the least

Nice pub plenty to do, come in with the nephews was told they couldn't go on the pool table but when a regular came in with their son about the same age it was fine for them. The bar staff didn't seem like she wanted to be there

The 3 steps is a great pub! The staff are all friendly and happy to help with any of your enquiries, fun events like karaoke and always has a really nice vibe to it. The drinks are cheap and they even do cocktails! Definitely recommend this pub.

Would definitely recommend coming to the three steps it has a welcoming and fun atmosphere, a great variety of drinks and would 100% recommend their cocktails especially the frozen ones! I came here for a karaoke night on a Sunday and had an amazing night, the owners and bar staff are lovely and very friendly too! If you’re looking for a good night go to the three steps !

Great staff dealing well with groups whom were not accepting covid rules during tables service. Staff dealt with those whom were standing up and were genuinely caring for the safety of other customers.

Such a lovely family friendly pub, the service is great and the food is yummy would definitely recommend!

There are financial penalties for not registering your car at a kiosk that is supposedly inside the pub. I don't mind paying a fine if I clearly parked at a venue that I have not frequented. Went to the pub to meet a friend who is undergoing treatment for cancer, spent a couple of hours spending my money in the pub, no one mentioned about the car park. There are signs but you do need to go looking. The fine is £100 reduced to £60 if you pay withing 14 days. An absolute disgrace. The signs says free parking for customers which is exactly what I was. I WON'T BE FREQUENTING AGAIN. There are surely better ways to control the parking. The bar staff should at least ask the question particularly for older people in the area. I appealed the notice explaining my visit and that it was clearly an oversight as I actually used the pub. NOT INTERESTED so I have to pay £60 for my troubles.

The best pub in the area! The staff and management are fantastic, great atmosphere. The fastest table service and good, home cooked food. What more do you want?

Great little pub just outside Uxbridge. Went to watch the football and was greeted by friendly staff, great service and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend

It's a pub. What else do you want? Glasses could be cleaner but it won't kill you.

Watched Chelsea champions league final in the garden and it was great quick delivery for the beers by using the handy app IQ code on the tables. Great!

Lots of tables, not too much covid Gestapo nonsense, just leave your name and number. Plenty of sanitiser available. Table service. Slightly pricey drinks but food good value.

OK.. i come to this pub with my family and was turnt away before i had even asked for a drink because i looked in a state.. i mean this owner has said no irish or black people allowed in this pub.. on top of that we were regulars of this pub for a while spending around 200..300 pound a night with the whole family but will never return back again.. both him and his blonde girlfriend are very rude and very unprofessional! Its the third time this week ive had someone being turnt away for no reason because the manager is racist. Shouldnt be allowed to pick and choose who you serve.. dont worry the word has got around and your gona loose alot of regular drinkers in there! Avoid this pub! Its a dive anyway

Bar staff were friendly and spot on(told them what I wanted the first time and after that got it right every time), clean and fresh inside and out, you don't stick to the floors or tables like other pubs ive been to, while the menu is basic at present due to the pandemic the food on offer is amazing, I was full but still had to clear my plate because I couldn't leave any food, the prices of the drinks in comparison to other pubs in the area are reasonably priced, would I return? Yes most definitely.

Went here to watch the world Cup with family Inc Little ones, what a mistake, while they have a kids play area it's not kid friendly at all, men walking around half naked and women doing the same, people quite obviously doing drugs, and trying to cause trouble, the bar staff didn't seem to care, we had one drink and left, will not be returning.

Very shabby on the outside looks seedy I have not been inside due to the look of the outside. If they were to replace old fence on perimeter and adverts for different drinks and create a better frontage to make it more appealing.

A basic working mans pub, colourful language and a little shabby. However the food was well prepared, (sausage sandwiches and a burger: a light lunch for three). It was served up fairly promptly and the beer was excellent. I'd eat here again if passing but I wouldn't take a lady. Oh, and the price was very reasonable!

Great for a saturday evening when they tend to have one of the better local (and not so local) bands playing. Cheap drinks prices and helpful staff. Great music for free and they stay open late. Not ideally that friendly for wheelchair users, but a nice place with helpful staff. Very quiet in the week at lunctimes.

The 3 Steps is a family run Bar they are lovely people, You can get good homemade food all day " Curry is to die for !😀 great selection of drinks it's Clean ...nice to go and watch sport ...pool tables & Games ...and if you like live music it's the place to be on a Saturday with your friends and family. ..Sunday's are Brilliant if you like to sing it's the best Karaoke around for miles and great singers may I say everyone has a great evening and Jodie is the host , she's great ...Come along and enjoy a nice evening lovely friendly people with a great Atmosphere 😀

lovely food and big portions very good if you on lunch break because food comes out quickly, staff really friendly a big bonus.

We went to see an Amy wine house singer . She was very good . Not a great pub but we had a good night . Variety of people there , not a pub to take the mother in law for Sunday lunch but for a night out , listen to some live music and have a drink , it's great .

Always guaranteed to get a good pint and food cooked to order practically all day and evening. Good for bands karaoke and watching the football
