The chicken piece is half the bun, the worst part is that I’ve found out part of it was uncooked as I took a bite! Unsafe and a waste of money, so better!!

Amazing food, I go here all the time because not only it has great food, they also have the best customer with friendly staff and a great shop owner, the presentation of the food is also amazing coming from a fast food shop, so thank you to the staff and I will be ordering from here again! ❤️

I feel bad writing this review because the staff who served me were extremely polite and friendly. Avoid this place. Its under new management hence why its gone so downhill. I ordered a quarter chicken peri meal. The fries were fine. I asked for garlic sauce but was given mayo which tasted slightly off. Oh goodness me, what can I say about the peri chicken. It was bland, no colour to it and just about cooked. The peri sauce was just brushed on. I have never had such a terribly cooked peri chicken. So disappointed. Just the look of it put me off. I took it home and put it in the oven to brown it but didnt really work. It was tasteless. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

We have a delivery took 1 hour 20 mins to get to us was the crepe was cold and rock hard ate the very little fruit that was on he and bits that were soft and left the rest won’t be ordering from here again

Very bad customer service went in and asked for two whole chickens and he said only one available then ordered another deal and he said no bottle drink available and he was not willing to do any deals considering he was about to close so we left and went another shop

Use to be a good take-away, unfortunately not anymore! Last three orders have arrived missing drinks, sides and half the mains. Thought I would leave for a couple of months, however same issues..won't order from again. ☹️

AVOID AT ALL COST!! Food was tasteless, we ordered chicken kebab the good was absolutely tasteless, balnd to the core. When I called up to complain, gentleman who answered the phone said "sorry you feel that way" like what??

Very disappointed! Ordered 7UP but recieved Pepsi, Chips were cold and soggy and the crispy chicken was definitely not crispy, it was pale, bland and looked totally unappealing although I noticed Just Eat describes them as Crispy Chicken whereas the restaurants menu describes them as Flame Chicken but in either case the skin was undercooked and not very appetizing. The waffle wasn't great either as I would have preferred it warm and whilst the topping tasted ok the waffle was just too spongy and it looked thrown together without any care. Nothing I recieved looked like the photos they use and the quality was very poor. Chicken and chips ended up in the bin complete waste of money.

Absolutely terrible. Sent calamari which was quite clearly off! Stunk to high heaven. I am also pregnant which can be very dangerous if I end up with food poisoning & I will be holding you accountable.

Terrible food I received on Sunday evening. Cold cheese on the burger what was like warm with wilted discoloured lettuce in. The “triple cooked chips” I ordered was also soggy and covered in a large amount of salty seasoning what wasn’t bad but it was the sheer amount of seasoning what was the problem the soggy chips literallt turned it into a salty paste and it made it inedible. Very disappointing and I will not be ordering again.

I ordered 3 naga mixes and paid £38 each one but when I received my order the box was half the portion inside the box. Poor service and this has happened more than once. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. Last time I ever buy from here.

I’ve been ordering from here for years , lately it’s been awful. There’s always an item missing or wrong. I’ve ordered a regular chicken dinner kebab and I received a shish kebab with coriander, which I absolutely hate.

Ordered food from here, got kebab and burger bundles for the family. All the food was fresh, prepared and cooked with care and attention, tasty and well presented, portions were generous and felt like good quality when it arrived and when we ate it. I ordered this as a trial and Will definitely be reordering. Great service all round and restaurant were happy to answer questions before placed order. We regularly use Flame Grill and have had almost everything on the menu over the time. Always amazing food at a good price, delivery has never let us down. Would choose flame grill every time.

Tasty burgers/chips/juices and desserts

Ordered what they say is "fresh juice" via Uber eats. The "fresh mango juice" was Rubicon. We all know what Rubicon juice tastes like. Also the watermelon juice taste nothing like fresh watermelon juice. It had added ingredients to it. NOT FRESH! If I could give 0 stars I would. Trying to tell us it's fresh! Don't be fooled people. AVOID!

The food was amazing and delivered so quickly. Ordered from this place a few times and they haven’t failed to impress. Definitely try the Naga mixed kebab! The burgers are great value and super tasty. This place is our go to takeaway choice. The food always comes hot and everytime there is an explosion of flavour! Great deals on most of the time. You have to give this place a try!

I'm a regular takeaway customer - this is hands down my favourite place to order takeaway from. They do such a wide selection, at decent prices, and everything they serve tastes amazing. The Naga Kebab is indescribably good - and the Special Kebab is good if you can't take the heat of the Naga Kebab. They also do lots to help the community, such as giving out free meals to those in need. Order, you won't be disappointed!

I have eaten from this place a few times and every single time the food has been amazing!Last night we ordered the Gourmet Burger and Mixed Doner which were both delicious. Their shakes are super delicious and we live in Ealing so treat ourselves to this place and get it from hayes! Such yummy food! Thank you and keep it up.

I have ordered afew times from here and i get the mango chicken salad. The portion is big and you get alot of chicken too!! The salad is delicious with the sauces and it leaves me full. My favourite place for a salad meal

Fancied a dessert with my family. Really nice polite guys working there. They made so much effort with our desserts, sundaes, crepes and waffles all fresh, tasted awesome. For a small place it was a little gem for the taste of food! Would pay double the price for a lot less in creams.

I cannot rate this place enough. Always so accomodating and pay attention to notes for orders whether on their website or a third party. Recently had an issue with Ubereats not knocking on the door and cancelling our order and they called to offer to replace it free of charge. The burgers are amazing as are the Triple Cooked Chips (go to order). I ghky recommend!

Burgers and fries are lovely came really hot. Chicken wings were a let down to much sause very sickly and hardly any chicken on the wings.

The food was worth the wait. The delivery was only few minutes late. The Peri Peri chicken wrap filled to the brim. Lots of nicely seasoned chicken and fresh veggies. Only suggestion maybe to put less sauce as it makes the wrap soggy. Maybe put some sauce in a separate container. The Peri peri chips was good as expected. The Buffalo chicken was very spicy but kids liked it. The Lamb ribs was very good according to my hubby. I am glad I ordered despite some negative reviews here. Even amazingly got discount from JustEats for NHS staff. I refused the £5 late voucher because the driver couldn't find my hpuse which wasn't his fault Nobody could ever find it. We should support small businesses especially in times like this and be more understanding. Thank you Flame for our lovely family dinner 💖

If i could, i'd give it -5 stars. 3.5 hours and STILL waiting for my order. I've called three times to find out when it was being delivered, the first time was after 1.5 hours and i was told i was 5th in line before my order would be cooked... !! The second time I called, an hour later, it was being cooked, the third time, another half hour later it was being delivered. I still haven't received it after 3.5 hours. Mental note to never order from this place again. I'm sure they have many customers who would wait hours for their order, but I'd rather order from a reputable place that places their customers first.

Discovered this place a couple of years ago and I'm a pescatarian so a lot of takeaways have limited menus with not so great options. What a gem this place is! Delicious, mouthwatering food and definitely far from takeaway quality! The portion sizes are generous, you always get your moneys worth and the service is impeccable. Great customer service and apparent the owners passion runs through the food. Five stars for a 5* restaurant because calling it a takeaway would be an understatement.

Ordered desert on Uber Eats delivered on time however we had issues with the so Called gelato We ordered 3 one scoop gelato Sundaes and received just three individual scoops of melted and re-frozen ice cream. No nuts ,fruit or syrup.The ice cream had chunks of ice in it.When calling to complain the worker was rude did not understand what gelato or sundae is and did not understand why I was upset.They are trading as indulge deserts on Uber Eats So was tricked into ordering from them Had i have known who they really were I would definitely not have ordered. If you want quality food go elsewhere.

My husband and i popped in here as we had just moved around the corner.We were more than impressed not just with the fantastic food made with patience and love and so delicious but the service was just 5*.So considerate,confident and a lovely presentation of our food. Ordered food here yesterday. Can’t complaint. From order to delivery everything was great and the food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend. 👍🏽

The food here is not even worth ordering, we order 6 meals - my idea which resulted in watching my family eat food which was not very nice.Burgers were wet and mushy, Chips had clearly been cooked the day before and reheated. Onions in the burger and salad was not fresh it was all soggy including the buns.Chicken wings were like they were out of curry and then put in a take away box.It is the worst place i've been. I feel sorry for anyone that goes there.

Ordered through just eat this evening, over an hour and a half for delivery everything cold and hardly edible burger nacho and 3 chips all straight in the bun. Total waste of money will certainly not recommend

Ordered 3 gourmet burgers, some wings, 2 steak burgers and 2 oreo milkshakes. Very good food, gave us big slice of chocolate cake saying 'Thank you :)' and extra chicken wings. My uncle collected the food, and he said they were all working very hard. Everything was nice and tasty, for improvement: they didnt take card payment and the wings didnt taste great (lemon&herb flavour). Thank you very much.

Food was bland and tasteless, can’t remember the last time I had such tasteless food until today!

Ordered via Ubereats 2 Stars because delivery was fast. Peri Peri Chicken wings wasn’t even Peri Peri, had funny smell and is basically covered in slimy seasoned sauce. Indulgence Banutella Crepes was not great was hard in some parts like it had been reheated. Also crepe had way too much Nutella on it & didn't even come with the side of ice cream which is an additional £0.50. I also put a side note asking for strawberry slices for an additional £0.50 which was totally disregarded. Only decent thing out of the order was the Lychee, passion fruit & pineapple mocktail. Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering, won’t be ordering again.

Didn't even order. Place was dirty. Menus peeling apart and sticky. Wanted a small amount of privacy to goss with friend and it was tiny with 2 tables forced right up against reception. The worst part ... we asked about the any smoothies... the guy was baffled! Smoothie? Smoothie? What is smoothie? Then had to ask someone in the back. (Yessssss smoothies like the ones on the menu!!) No uniforms, man dem basically hanging in the kitchen..Just a NO. Me and my friend left in stiches😂

Friendly, helpful staff in a restaurant with 2 tables, seating 10 people. They also do takeaway and delivery, in case they're full! The banana milkshake and sweet potato fries were great, and I was even given extra for my young son, thank you. I didn't personally find the burgers to bff e as meaty or juicy as I like them, but I was the first customer of the night. Something to work on to make it a great experience.

Normally I order from here once or twice a week today I am absolutely dissapointed I waited 1 hour and 50 mins the food was not at all nice today the chicken was under done I also asked for medium spice and they gave me lemon and herb which I do not like the chips were stone cold not even edible my naan bread was rock hard and burnt on one side I asked for lettuce and mayo in my sons wrap and they put carrot in it I phoned to complain and got told they will give me a discount next time well after that response and awful experience today I don’t think I will be eating from here again

Had flame grill and dessert twice before and genuinely pleased with the food. Thought to order some more tonight but having a rider allocated then removed, it should then be referred to cancellation opportunity as it's unreasonable to wait further. Disgusting behaviour from this restaurant and their food ordering platform deliveroo. Both are responsible. Update, restaurant manager said no but deliveroo eventually cancelled and got refund. Faith partially restored. Deliveroo must try harder, restaurants need to kick some roo behind and be more customer focused.

Really average. Just been sent a very average donner. I wouldn't mind but they call it gourmet and whack the price up.. like 8 quid on deliveroo. NOT PROPER PERI PERI - but a watery version. Lacking any real kick of taste. We also ordered a chicken burger. It came with a lovley big bap and salad. Open it up and a tiny chicken steak is in it. No clarity on ordering. And price 3 Times more than a chicken steak burger. Chips average. Onion rings average. PRICES stupid. They are trying to pass off very average stuff as gourmet standard food. The owner is suffering from delusions. I won't be ordering from here again.. COBBLERS to be honest.

Delivery was an hour late than promised and to top it, the food was cold. I couldn't understand how one can eat a cold burger or a cold wrap.... and the crepe was as thick as a flat bread...that's a first... Other than Nachos, a bit of salad and Diet Coke, rest of the order is in the bin.... utterly disappointed... what a load of rubbish After a complaint via Just-Eat, to be fair to them, I have been refunded - but unfortunately I was left hungry even 2 hours after ordering and had to finally order from elsewhere

AVOID! Didn’t get part of my order and the food was cold. On top of that the bun was burnt and the chicken breast was as thick as a fridge door and dry beyond acceptable, not one drop of sauce in there- got stuck in my throat. Called them up and was offered the missing items in the next order I make (never). Absolutely disgusting.

Bought a chicken burger with pineapple no salad just sauce. went home and saw the whole burger was drenched in sauce, just ate the meat and had to throw the rest away. It was the first order of the day and they had mess it up! First and last time I'll go there!

The place has good food but only 3 tables to sit at and it is cold inside. Additionally the person greeting and taking order is friendly but his attire was not clean. The other inconvenience is that they don't accept cards. Still, it is the second time I have ordered from there the food is tasty. If they sort out the above issue they might become contenders for 5 star.

Late delivery So started badley.... the chips seemed a few days old and must have been re heated even though they were cold when the delivery eventually arrived. The chicken wrap was supposed to be mild. I can only assume that the chef must have mixed up the spicy chicken with lemon and hurb as every bite was inconsistant with the flavour. My daughter was going to have lemon and hearb chicken strips but started screeming as it was very spicy... couldnt be bothered to complain all went in the bin.... Back to nandos... stay away.

I have never reviewed a take away place before but this is without a doubt the best takeaway I can remember consuming. (modified) have now been here multiple times, had one little blip with the deserts and delivery time which was quickly resolved and has not happened since. with out a doubt one of the only takeaways we use at the office now. 10/10
