Love this Costa. We go every weekend and staff are always happy and cheerful. Only thing with the food is it is sooooo expensive, especially for the cakes.

I had coffee and plain croissant. Coffee was good but croissant was given from some packed one.. the quality was horrible and seems worst quality … not the one we usually have from costa..

This place is a joke, most disorganised Costa I’ve ever been to and the coffee is like they’ve used the same beans 3 or 4 times. I had 2 sips and binned it! I mean seriously the free coffee at furniture village a few hours later was 10x the quality, that’s ridiculous!

Although we visited this establishment, this is more a comment on the Costas chain generally. We have probably visited around half a dozen over the last few years which is six to many! It really is the worst coffee I have every experienced. Never again!

Don't clear the tables. Don't listen to your order. Spend most of their time chatting to each other. When they do clear/clean, they use the same cloth for the floor and table tops. Not good!

Usually when someone is working on the shift alone they get rude and flustered and forget customer service. Not here - queue of a few people but the woman serving was so polite and friendly and made me feel welcome. Great coffee and the place was clean too.

The drinks are great and would get a 5 star if it wasn't for the fact the app opening times don't match their actual opening times so be aware if you're going for an evening coffee, also be careful as they randomly shut early which I understand there are some circumstances which needs to happen but its very regular

Why are people who have not purchased anything from Costa in Arrivals at Terminal 5 allowed to take up seats? This would not be allowed in other food outlets. These people should be ousted from the seating area as they deprive people who have bought food and drink from being able to sit down. Even drivers picking up passengers arriving, sit at tables holding up name cards without purchasing any food or drink. It's disgraceful! Most of the seats are ripped to shreds and need to be replaced.

Coffee was good, but only sandwich offered was coronation chicken. Pret A Manger is miles better, with plenty of baguettes and sandwiches.

Horrible service, I been a customer for Costa around 5 years and today at the counter, the barista without asking me, used my free drink in a double expresso coffee, and the worst that he blamed me, as I gave the permission from my app, which is impossible. I told him everyone ask first if you want to use your free coffee beans and he didn’t, sadly still was claiming me for it, all my fault. I didn’t like the experience at all, specially when he put the blame in the customer.

Cappuccino is not your affairs, cappuccino is not only mix coffee and milk, cappuccino is an art.

Only a few coffees and cakes but comfortable and fabulous staff Wifi was a bonus

Main stream coffee shops like these offer a bespoke service 'we'll make it how you like it' This is dedicated feedback for the attention of the branch manager, as I have spent many hours in Costa's all over the country with no problems at all, however the mature lady that served me on Saturday afternoon 22.4.23 needs to realise that the customer pays her wages and it doesn't matter what she thinks about how a drink needs to be made, if someone asks for something, she passes on that to the Barista, as I think that's why I didn't get what I asked for....she just didn't bother!! Just in case you do have a conversation, I'm the guy that asked for a coffee frappe with less ice, to be told I couldn't have it like that as it would be too watery, so I insisted, given I was paying for it!!!

What more can you say than it's a Costa great coffee and tuna melt and service

Very bad coffee. As a traveller you are always looking for a great cuppa before you fly. This is not the place for it.

Rolo hot chocolate was nice, but not very hot. Ask for 'extra hot' if you like to be able enjoy it rather than gulp it down. Plenty of spaces and nicely laid out. Seat covers where we sat were not super clean, stains on them, but overall it was nice to have a break. The alternative is the cafe in Dunelm.

Decent Costa coffee shop. Bring your coat tho as regardless of where you sit there is always a draft so quite chilly. Staff always friendly and get the que down fairly fast. Good selection of food/snacks/cakes available. Parking is awful. Normal spaces as quite tight. If you have a child you best hope you can get into one of the 4 mother and baby spots available. If you are disabled you will be ok as the spaces around the edges of the car park are disabled only, however be careful as the paint used around them can get quite slippy when wet.

Service was a bit slow and the Mocha wasn't the best that I've had from a Costa before.

Came in in Wednesday, not usually a Costa customer, have to say Tracey behind the counter also the other staff were amazing, they didn't stop, nothing was a problem for them. They are credit to the company, will use costa regularly, because of the service and welcome received by them.

This is our regular Costa and we deliberately go back again and again because of the lovely staff. They are friendly, welcoming and always take time to greet you. The coffee is perfect and made the way we like it. Thank you.

This has become our local Costa over all the ones in the area. We walk in and always get a friendly welcome, our drinks are known to the longer serving members of staff. They talk to us and ask questions. They appear to have a lovely friendly atmosphere between the staff. Love this Costa

This is a decent sized Costa by the Arrivals section, with a specially laid out counter that allows for two separate tills to handle long queues. The coffee came in a takeaway cup despite not being asked if I wanted sit in or not. It was rather hot for carrying. Otherwise the seating area was fine and calm.

5:23 dropping by as usual for a late afternoon coffee knowing closing time is at 6pm and had the fun interaction with one batista who's shown me from behind the counter through the closed door 'we're shut'

This is the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. You cannot get a peace of mind here. The staff are VERY VERY LOUD. Loud when they speak to each other. Loud when they’re working. They keep chucking plates and mugs around so loudly. It’s almost as if it’s intentional it’s that loud. The ladies who work here shout at each other when working. They argue and fight out loud bossing around and telling each other to shut up. And a lady here starts closing at 5 when the shop actually closes at 6. She will kick you out if you’re not out by 5:30. I have been here 5 times now so my review isn’t based off one event. I kept thinking it must have been a bad day for them so i came back. After today, never again. People go to coffee shops to relax and have a coffee in peace. This is absolute chaos.

We arrived into Terminal 2 and decided to head to Costa. The staff were friendly and efficient in our experience. Coffee and treats were perfect to give us the boost we needed to take on London city for the day. There is spacious and relaxed seating and chilled atmosphere unlike the rest of the airport. We look forward to returning soon.

Clean and tidy place with Covid screens in front of the tills although the staff weren't wearing any face coverings and neither were any of the customers. Not sure if it's just me, but I feel the prices always seem to be a little bit higher each time I go to this place .. I mean a tea, two medium lattes and three muffins (which tasted like they'd been sat out all day) for almost £15. Hardly value for money.

Fir an airport Costa, this was amazing. I came in with the usual low expectations for a coffee shop. But I was blown away by the service here at an AIRPORT Costa coffee shop. Couple of stand outs that turned my day around: Avon - cleaned and sanitized tables immediately after guests left. Took our empty cups and tray. Heena - Saw me struggling with 5 pieces of luggage and came out from behind the counter to help carry my order to a table. Thank you for turning my day around!!!

Don't even bother going to this Costa! The barista was so rude, im heavily pregnant and asked nicely if I could use the toilet, explaining i was pregnant (even though you can clearly see) she responded with an abrupt NO. After a while she let me use it, I got my order and sat outside whilst social distancing with my household for a minute to rest as its hard work being heavily pregnant.. Also just to make it clear, other people were sat down too. She came out and started shouting at people, saying they couldn't sit down, and looked over at our bubble saying and I told YOU you can't either. I told her she cant be speaking to people like this, and her response was 'well the way you asked to use the toilet was rude, if you have a problem speak to the manager!' And walked back into the shop. If this is how they treat pregnant women, God help you if you have a serious condition or fight for your country 😒
