I just ordered a burger and “large peri peri fries” but I received only a handful of fries instead, is not even a small portion of fries. Paid £4 pounds for it, so disappointed.

This place is under new management and what a delight our experience was. Great selection of food on the menu. Food came out piping hot with table service as we decided to eat in. Would strongly suggest that you try the chilli sauce which was especially nice. Staff were pleasant and accommodated the fussy eaters in the group. Thank you Hussain especially for your attentiveness whilst we were there.

Ordered online, was an hour after the ETA we called and they didn’t pick up 6 times. Once they did, they didn’t speak, only some muffling so I called back and they didn’t pick up again. Waited for the order for 2 hours 30 minutes when we live close.

Recently i have noticed there has been a change in management due to this i found a difference in the taste of their peri sauce! Although the new staff are friendly i miss the old staff as well the old taste of the food! BRING BACK OLD STAFF!!

New owners took over these guys have good customer service plus the food is even better just hope they keep the grill as clean as it first opened up… and IM HAPPY ITS STILL THE SAME DESGIN!!! Hope it stays Peri Peri Original.

Ordered a delivery, I specifically said no leg or thigh pieces, they sent two thighs which I complained about, was told two other pieces would be sent, nothing was sent so was lied too, this is not thede first time this has happened with this restaurant, worst service in the area

This is serious. Prices on board are out of date, staff initially tried to overcharge stating “they can’t see it on their till”. Service is slow. No one seems to care about their job, peri peri order for 4 burger meals with running grill took 30 mins and there were no other customers. Staff lurks in the back, tries to avoid store front. Chef / staff not wearing hair caps and general cleanliness issues… Management / Owner needs to step up if they want to rescue this otherwise I recommend the pizza place 200m down the road which is much, much better… I will also be reporting to Food Standards Agency as they need to review the cleanliness aspect ASAP

I will never recommend this place as it takes 15-20 minutes for the restaurant to make one peri peri corn. The girl on the counter is always busy with her airpods she will say 6-7 minutes then after 10 minutes she will say 5 more minutes then after that she will go to ask the chef they will say more 7-8 minutes. Ridiculous service. Never waste your precious time by ordering here better visit chicken cottage or KFC. If its possible to give 0 star I will definitely give a big zero to them as they every-time had this type of service. Staff is the main problem in this restaurant as they are useless persons who are always sleepy during there job.

Our family have been ordering from peri peri original since it opened. Unfortunately since last year I have not enjoyed visiting. Service is very poor. Staff seem very unfriendly. Couple of weeks ago I had to clean the table myself before we sat and there was no fried chicken. Last week again I had to ask them to clean the table and the floor was very sticky from grease. The staff seem to be arguing quite often now. My daughter found hair in her chicken wings and when showed them,,, they said they don't have anymore wings. Sadly I will not be visiting again.

I order for a collection and one of the staff he dropped one fries and he put the fries back. He did not was wearing gloves and it’s very dirty inside where is the tables and where is the kitchen very very dirty. I throw the food that I ordered. I would never buy form this shop.

I have been going here for a long time but now not as much because the quality of the peri peri chicken they use in the burgers is now going downhill. They tasted good before and now it seems like they are trying to cheap out on the chicken. Aside from that one issue everything else is amazing and would highly recommend going here.

The place has good food menu. But the company really need to sit with their staff and resolve their problems. Most of the time they are in arguments and today was worse banging things and staff resorted to crying and yelling at each other. Customer were left waiting for more than 1 Hr and some more than 30 minutes. The staff issue should be looked at as next time things can be worse as they are dealing with sharp tools and hot oil. Would appreciate if the company can look into the staff problems here. I gave 5 star as I love the food. Rest all is very sad.

Probably the worst customer service ever experienced. Food is always more than 15/20 min late, despite it literally always estimating 1 hour for delivery. They never pick up their phone or pay attention to any of the the delivery instructions. When food does eventually turn up its always cold.

Food is great but this is slightly, very slightly inferior to the one I am used to in Uxbridge High street the Peri-Peri Cottage near the Hillingdon Council. This one in West Drayton has no hot sauce too.

I booked thru their website. After 2 and a half hours they are still telling me the delivery driver left 10 mins ago. Had to call several times the store. Food (1/2 chicken) arrived after 3 hours. Coke was warm and chicken cold.

Am uber eat driver pick up the food nothing with them any problem there was a moter bike guy he give me tums down ( am asking why you done what's the reason that u give me 👎on uber eat ) that he didn't come back & u play game with uber for high rates ( I know u are uber driver & didn't want to another driver come here

Nice food but seems like the business is either busier than past or they are not able to handle the usual orders !!! Always tell 45 minutes for delivery and it never arrive before an hour or sometimes hour and half… what’s unprofessional is that the staff never bother to inform or apologise about the delays and WORST part is they switch off/disconnect their phone!!! Surprised that there is no competition for them and they are still surviving!!

Just ordered a meal and the shop is not even that busy the staff chitchatting to some outsiders without even noticing that the customer is there waiting for the order and after 30 min later I asked them about my food then they talked with each other ‘ O! This peri peri restaurant use to be so good few years ago now completely change recently they took so long to order, this made us annoyed cos we order online they told us we didn’t recieve the order and this is not the first time it happened. Few times we order from them they took 30 mins to make it and always said it take 10 mins to make it. Completely waste of time.

I have been to Peri Peri Original so many times it's not even funny... I started coming here in 2018, the food then was Excellent, the pitta meals & the chips especially. The service was decent at that time but you would still have to call them 15 mins prior if you didn't want to wait too long. Forgotten items were an occasional issue but they usually replace them. I still go here occasionally however It seems like the quality of service and food has slowly degraded since COVID and it is now at a point that I cannot recommend it... The chips are still very good and the food is ok but the chilli sauce that is provided for the chips is now just liquid and runny, the pitta bread used is not as good. The prices have also increased (which I understand). The service is probably what has degraded the most, it seems like there is now only one or two members of staff at any time (Including the cook), on one occasion the shutters were only half open and I had to crouch to get through and despite me and others being there for 20 mins after the shutters remained half shut. I do now worry about the cleanliness of the place, the tables and chairs are fine but the counter, overhead menu & bin are dirty and look like they aren't cleaned properly. There have been papers scattered over the counter & a laptop. The COVID screens instead of being completely removed have just had a section of it broken off. This was one of my favourite places to go for food, it's a shame it is where it is... I will visit in a few months to see how it is then and amend the review but for now I think more work is needed.

The young guy who was serving us today was really rude and doesn't know how to treat customer so basically he needs some kind of training to treat customer's with respect, we been coming to this shop for long time and this was the first time we've experienced this kind of service

1.45 minutes to deliver, was told driver 2 minutes away, took another 40 minutes, cold chips, very bad food… will never order from here again, appalling customer services

The service has declined rapidly. Phoned through my order was told it would be ready in 15 mins, only to come into the shop to wait a further 30 minutes and find out they got the order wrong. They didn’t apologise for the delay and packed the wrong order despite me telling me they had corrected it. Wings were soggy, burger was substandard. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. A lot of other disgruntled customers in shop too.

I asked for buger one European girl on counter she said to me 10 minutes wait after 20 minutes my burger 🍔 not ready and during wait she have a guest she didn't say me anything and she sit down on with her guest and starts eating with her guest and after few minutes I asked from counter and they give me some wings no burger Very poor quality service

Ordered food at 5:30 still waiting for it at 7:30 despite repeated calls to the shop there was no apology offered just a rude man telling me I need to wait! When it did eventually turn up everything was stone cold, the fried chicken was dripping with grease and the chips barely cooked! Avoid here at all costs.

I will NEVER EVER go here again!!! Did a order on just eat I called again 1 hour after and the rude lady on the phone told me the driver would be leaving in 4 minutes and be to us in 15 .. Honestly 4 stars for the food but one for their delivery service. I ordered last night & took them over 3 hours to deliver it while i’m less than 2 mails away! I had to get up and make dinner myself after canceling the order. I’d only recommend it for going there and ordering yourself.

This place is an absolute disgrace I ordered £26.98 on the phone they told me between 30-45min, it took them over 90min to deliver my food when it arrived it was cold and missing a meal. It was my mistake as I didn't check I handed £30 over and the driver said he didn't have change and just walked off. I been trying to ring the shop but they won't pick up to me

This place has definitely gone downhill. I always order online as I knee the place well and after a long time I decided to go collect my order since they take forever for delivery and I was shocked to see how bad the place has gone and how dirtyyyy….. Terrible delivery time frame, we waited for our order to arrive for 2.5hours, when we called the restaurant they said the driver has left with food however the food wasn’t even ready at the time of collection.

Simple review... made me and 2 of my work colleagues ill, chicken strips were like rubber... never again.

Used to come here on a regular with my friend after gym maybe twice a week. We'd get the spicy zinger burger and most times out of 10 it'd be stale and old stock served to us. We'd complain and it'd get made fresh. To be fair when it's fresh it's amazing and something you'd rarely get elsewhere. But I can't be bothered complaining to staff and half expecting my food to be stale every time and get laughed at. We'd get peri wings or chicken to share between us too. You've lost my custom and about over a grand a year spent between us as one combined visit was about 25-30 quid sometimes a bit more as I'd order to take home too. Service took a nose dive sometime between covid and they just don't care anymore even if you're a regular, food also takes about 45 mins to get... Fast food? Good luck to you and the money you will loose 👍

The restaurant is rallye dirty 🤢. It Takeshi 40min to ger your food, they prefer to focus on Ubereats orders (because of the timer) meanwhile the clients are waiting...

DO NOT ORDER from here, this place has gone downhill, we ordered for delivery and waited nearly 3 hours for food. We had some friends over so ordered online. After they accepted order and gave 45 min delivery time which I knew it would longer, however, we waited for 2 hours then no food, we ended up eating whatever leftover we had and left. Literally after 3 hours, I got call from delivery driver that he was outside with food, then I told him he could return as they were no one in the house, Thank God, we decided to pay cash as everyone was chipping in for food.

Worst take away, it’s been 2hours and we are still waiting for the food, we called them 4 times and they are keep saying 10mins. This is the second time they deliver our food to wrong address.

The food lovely but so hot and miss when you order. Sometimes super quick or for some reason your order takes forever while others come and go.

Save your time and money they always have issues. At times the chicken gets burnt, when you call in they put you on hold and forget about you and start serving other customers inside the shop. The lack of customer service is shocking

Ordered a 1 piece chicken and 3 hot wing meal, got home to have one brown dry piece of tough chicken that was not even room temperature, chicken wings that were brown on the inside, and no chips. Waited over 10 minutes. After eating a few mouthfuls of the chicken( the small amout if white chicken on the bone, and half a hot wing) feeling sick i threw the rest. Ended up having a bowl of cereal instead.
