Lovely pub with a great atmosphere from friendly staff & locals

Great local community pub. Great rear garden and nice front balcony so you can watch the world go by. Male, working class dominated punters of all ages. Friendly bar staff and beers are fresh. Various screens for most sports and if knowones watch they will happily change the channel for you to another sport. However there is a strange old northern man who always drinks here though, i think he has mental health issues because he talks rubbish all night. Ive never heard someone speak like that and get away with it.

Excellent traditional pub. With a laid back friendly atmosphere. Every time I get off the train at West Drayton this pub is a must visit. You have to join as member. Cost nothing.

absolutely hate this pub, staff especially the manager is very rude and unprofessional and unwelcoming. horrible visit. the manager is very rude and disrespectful she is mouthy and a horrible woman all round. the customers are racist and rude.

Twenty something years since I last visited the Railway Arms. A lovely friendly welcome, and still such a striking building.

Friendly, traditional, down to earth boozer with reasonably priced beers. I'll be back.

A nice town centre pub. Serves food too. We were in the bar garden at the back of the premises. The only downside is the noise of the trains as they pass by. But then what would you expect from a pub called The Railway Arms?

Excellent pub, cheap drinks and friendly staff, proper local.

We only dropped in for a pint. Fantastic night, Kim, Kel, Annie and Paul made us feel like family. Protected us from a local miscreant and made sure we kept warm while obeying covid guidelines 10/10.

The female bartender who also prepared food was very rude, I’m not sure if that was because my parents and myself didn’t look like UK citizen (they had England flag all over), or if she was like that to everyone, but the way she talked to me throughout the whole time was very unfriendly and she made all of us extremely unwelcome here. She did not respond when we said “thanks” every time she brought out food, and she wasn’t even apologetic when she brought “well-done” Steak whereas I ordered “medium”, she said “well, I did my best”. Food, service and atmosphere were all not acceptable. There was nothing positive at this place.

Actually this is a jewel of a pub just badly located for parking, but for a quick point on a hot summer day it is hard to beat. Oh and the bar maid is great

Situated on the main road next to west Drayton railway station, The Railway Arms is a small, down to earth pub with reasonably priced lager and two small rooms with the bar between them. The bigger room includes an array of books, armchairs and a dartboard. There is an outside seating area at the front and the back. The staff are nice.

Always a friendly welcome when we go here. Well kept cold beer and a beer garden with food served till early evening.

I love this pub and have many, many fond memories of it. I always come here before I head up Horton Road to watch the mighty Uxbridge play. Spacious bars with great staff and genuinely welcoming locals. A proper pub that is needed especially since the closure of the Brickmakers. Guinness is good here and is sold at an ok-ish price. A decent station pub that’s really worth a visit.

A typical smallish suburban pub right by West Drayton station railway bridge. Cheapish drinks for the area and reasonably friendly / helpful staff. In the bar closest to the station side there are books to read. Quite clean, but some of the furniture is a bit dated.

Gute Anbindung nach London, Bahnhof Paddington. Leider sind häufig die Züge kaputt, was zu Verzögerungen führt. Kaum Parkplätze in Bahnhofsnähe verfügbar.

I don't know if it's soap in the glasses or unclean beer lines but the beer tastes sour here and my friend and I had two different beers to try. Nice outdoor area and indoor area is very small.

Good pint of ale. Nice sitting room with books to read. Good atmosphere. Was disappointed that they only do food on Sunday!
