The Big Boy Pizza in Hillingdon

Got my order wrong twice!! they have a really bad manager with a terrible attitude. Offering buy 1 get 1 free then deciding not to send the other. False advertising and terrible service.

Love Big boy pizzas, been having it for years, but then wen I moved I couldn't get delivery cause I was too far for delivery but that didn't stop me, I now, order and pick up cause my kids and i love their pizzas, the base in many pizza shops is doughy and blan, but big boys pizza base is delicious, I love their pizza.

Try the 18 inch pizza? Meat feast. Yummy..

We come from Berkshire to get our pizza from here. Great pizza and even better service. Best pizza locally!

Went there 3 weeks ago and went to pay by card and some one serving me said they only do cash only and their card machine wasnt working. 4 mins later he serves a female customer with the card. Dont know how to make a pizza. Would rather go to any other place where theyknow how to make pizza and not lie to their customers

Walk in to order pizza. States clearly on the door and on the menu that Monday is £8.99 any pizza any size order my food. Low and behold I’m over charged. I asked the women behind the counter and she states quite clearly cash only for the above mentioned deal when no where on any advert does it a state cash only. This is theft nothing more nothing less. Trading standards informed. Fed up of being ripped off by these people.

i bought chicken wings, they compared there wings to be better than KFC, worse wings in the UK and also staff was very rude

Absolute worst place to order from . ❌👎 Ordered a 18” pizza for delivery at 00:27 and was told 30 mins , made calls at 1 am to ask where my pizza is and kept being told “1 minute , 1 minute”. For kind information My address is a 2 min drive from this place. Eventually ended up receiving the delivery at 1:30 am!! A whole hour later . Paid the driver. Opened the box and it’s stone cold . Rang them back up to explain the situation and how I was not happy with the service and quality of the pizza , and was told “ what can I do , call me in the morning , I don’t care your wrong and it can’t be cold” and then hung up the phone on me . Absolutely avoid this place at all costs . Much better takeaways out there . AVOID AVOID AVOID ❌ ❌❌

The crust was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were soggy and flavorless, and the cheese was congealed into a rubbery mess. I mean, I've seen better-looking pizzas in a dumpster. I never received my order, I think the delivery driver gave it to the wrong person or just didn’t deliver this! This has happened TWICE fix your app and please make getting support easier I’m just getting my money wasted. Not the restaurants fault it’s the DELIVERY DRIVER

It was amazing me and my cousin ordered a 7inch pizza and only received 4 slices each we thought we would get more but we only got 4 each but it was amazing I stuffed

I Oder thin crust pizza yesterday nd imagine a pizza with out tomato sauce 🤣🤣 nd today I Oder again thin crust pizza with the clear instructions nd they made it deep pan crust so I refuse to take it 😡😡 two three months before they are best pizza in town but now they are getting down day by day

fully loaded pizza that had a great tasting crust. it was cooked exceptionally and had a crispy crust and bottom. More to the point all of our 6 pizzas were hot. Highly recommend

Not worthy anymore. Taste is not anymore according to standard and quality. Ordered 8 hot wings and 18” pizza with clear instructions. Received 4 grilled wings and missing toppings on pizza, was not bothered to call the restaurant specially 2 in morning and after wait time of 50mins which is appropriate for home delivery. The customer service is really bad. you will be talking on the phone with them to order they will tell you to wait while you’re on the phone with them not taking the order seriously really bad customer service.

Server said will take 20 min. Been 45 min already. Still waiting for wedges. Very poor service coordination

It was so horribly salty. One of the pizzas was inedible. I tried to complain but it fell on deaf ears.

Received notification ‘Enjoy your food’ nobody showed up with my pizzas. Didn’t receive call that the order will be late, had to call several times . Pizza is cold and soggy.

A local pizza shop. Good simple pizza. If you have cash and want a good deal, normally they have special offers on the window.

Food was amazing!! The donner kebab and 1/2 pounder burger was so so good will definitely order again! :) the only thing I will criticise are the prices but very good food nonetheless.

Pizza was okay but the garlic bread and wings were rather dry.

The pizza was so-so. The crust was a bit thick. Would be better if they add option to chose between deep pan and thin crust, not just stuff crust. However it was okay-ish.

I have placed an order which I received after 2 hours and every time when i called for update they said just coming. Secondly pizza was fully cold and 4 slices missing and messed up. When i called to store they keep saying i have packed the order. I demanded for pizza picture which i have sent and at last they said, its uber mistake we can’t do anything. Not recommended. I was really disappointed and upset.

I have still not received my order. It had been over an hour and the app stated delivered so u called the restaurant. The gentlemen was incredibly rude and before I could complete my sentence, he kept interrupting me saying "on the way to you" I stated the app said its been delivered. The gentlemen said they have no staff, it's raining and windy, so the guy can't drive fast. I understand delays happen, even if they have no staff but the customer service was Purley rude and arrogant. So unbothered and plain rude.

pepperoni pizza was good aubergine pizza salty chips ok fish terrible looked like frozen not fresh.usually pizza is good . delivery was late phoned shop up answered quickly and were helpful.will try them again and hopefully will be better next time.
