Food was soggy when arrived items were missing out of my sub. Cookie was so hard couldn’t even bite it

Delivered early. Courier was polite & carried out handover smoothly. Food was still hot & tasted delicious.

Had a tuna mayo wrap was really nice and some rainbow cookies.

paid for extra cheese, no cheese at all. absolute muppets

I ordered a Philly steak cheese with chipotle sauce got not sauce no cheese as ordered and as is supposed to come with, I asked for it toasted it was not it was awful but I was hungry and needed to eat after a 12 hour shift. my son's order was the wrong drink and none of the salad in his sub that he requested and Also not toasted. in short awfully disappointing, cold and unpleasant to eat. the only reason I ordered from yiewsley is because sheperdston lane was no longer delivering. AWFUL 😞

Really terrible food, what has happened to the quality by subway. Cookie tasted a day old. The choro was rubbery. The foot long wraps were stone cold. The cheese ball melts had a metallic taste to them. We also got given the wrong drink! We’re has the quality of subway gone!

5 stars to the lady working all by herself in the store! How can such a big company like Subway will so many stores allow someone to work alone in a busy shop! I don't get it. The lady was alone making and my online order was for the office meeting, she made 22 subs by herself but the order took 1 hour and come with 3 drivers! It's appalling that you allow someone to work alone and put them under all that stress and pressure. Just not acceptable

took over 40 minutes to find a driver, when the food finally arrived, both sandwiches were stone cold after requested toasted. disappointed since this location is usually reliable.

ordered an orange juice to drink, got an oasis punch. subs were missing half the salad I asked for on them. one sub I requested be not toasted was, wrong type of chips sent (doritos chili instead of tangy cheese so not the worst but still unfortunate). only thing that was right was the amount of sandwiches and the cookies. won't be ordering again

Shocking- had a message my food was delivered- no idea where but certainly wasn’t to my address. Won’t order from here again if they are that useless

Unexperienced unprofessional staff (just one) providing service on a Saturday. I have requested for a little more sauce and she lied on my face saying it’s finished. Then in front of me she brought another sauce bottle out. Lack of knowledge, lack of experience. Very bad customer service. I bought 3 meal for £32.75. What a silly customer service.

No tuna added to my salad despite ordering a tuna salad. I order this salad on weekly basis never receive the salad without the main ingredient that’s why I am asking for refund

Abysmal service. I ordered 2 submelt big cheese steaks and they have brought me 2 things completely different that are unedible. I’ve also asked for wedges and hash browns with sauce and brought me neither

Barely any filling in the subs and other filling was missing altogether ie no cheese in either! Bread was way to toasted, wedges were soggy and cold an the cheese bites were cold and just disgusting. Really not impressed at all 😡

Absolute con merchants, especially the Asian guy. Overcharges and does multiple transactions saying your card is declined on the first. Go at your own risk! Subway HQ doesn’t care and the owners who answer your complaint care even less!

Quick delivery time, it’s a shame they can’t read what to actually put in your sandwich. Ordered a meatball marinara and turned up to be TUNA (which I’m allergic to) and ALL THE VEG I ASKED NOT FOR. When I called, they just hung up on me mid sentence.

Avoid at all cost! Staff extremely rude, not interested in discussing the price of things with me as I thought I paid too much for something. Oh and the bread was like brick, could of broke my teeth!

Nachos had been turned upside down so majority of it was on the box also found some sweetcorn on one of the sandwiches which I didn’t order if I had an allergy that would be unacceptable.

staff were quite rude, online offer list said it was included but they refused to honour it, didn't let me choose my own toppings and much of the menu is missing, regret just not going to my local or walking out

This shop doesn't allow any subway offers and always keep very less quantity in the sub. Few seats to sit and eat. No parking space.

First time customers. £15 wasted. Worst food Deliveroo ever brought to the door. Crinkle wedges were cold, lumpy and had no "special seasoning" on them - not even normal salt. Pizza baguette proper cold + lumpy as well, caesar creamy dip missing and no spinach on the veggie sub. (Apperently they don't do spinach since ages - why is it still on the website then?) Rung to complain and the woman tried to blame her trainee. No answers, no interest - won't be ordering of them again !

Ordered from deliveroo and my order was 100% completley wrong. Wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, wrong crisps and missing items too! Thankfully deliveroo refunded me so this shop won't see any money from this complete failure.

Very bad service. Young lady behind counter too busy on her phone till she realised we was standing in line. When i showed them the voucher on the app she said she had to call her manager to see wether they would accept it which took 10min! even though on the subway app it listed yiewsley store as participating. In the end left without anything and was very disappointed with my experience today. Wont be going back.

Sisay is honestly such an amazing lady, very friendly and professional. She always makes sure that everyone’s food is freshly made. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.❤️❤️

Got the order all wrong and covered in mayo when mayo wasn’t even asked for

they gave me the wrong drink and pack or crisps.

I didn’t get what I wanted got a different drink and crisps, I didn’t get a phone call to ask what I would like instead. I did not receive my cookie either!

Ordered a gluten free bun, did not receive this. Just eat will not provide a refund as they do not support individuals with allergy’s to order food on their platform. Subway also were negligent with providing a bun that was not gluten free. Do not order from here, or on just eat if you have an allergy or intolerance.

Awful experience at this subway avoid at all costs! They don’t redeem offers they advertise and communication from the manager is a generic script! Drive a little further and go to a better subway there’s plenty around!!!!

New staff members are trained to give as low as possible, you asking for double something you will then get barrely normal portion. Subs are poor as hell...

First off, the delivery person was in a bicycle… by the time I got my food it was cold… but then he was afraid of the dog next door and barely came anywhere near to my house… whole experience was disappointing.

Opened Nachos - They were not heated as the cheese wasn’t even slightly melted despite me choosing a “hot side” and came with jalapeños when asked for without.

I specifically made a note on my order for it not to be toasted and it arrived toasted. The response I got from the shop, Jenny, was totally unhelpful and she said if I come around she would replace the order with what I requested, which defeats the purpose of of having a delivery. I eventually did go back and get my order replaced but still am out the cost of the delivery charge which does not seem to get refunded, even if the incorrect item is delivered. I was able to show a screen shot of my order in which it states clearly in my notes 'Do not toast this order'. Fat lot of good that was. Not looking good for a further delivery order from this shop. Angry.

If no stars were available I would not enter any but I ordered a foot long 20mins ago. Italian bread chicken tikka and southwest chipotle. Came home and the bread was so tough it was inedible ands sauce was sweet chilli. Tasted nasty I was the only person there and the server was chatting with another person there. I will not come here or order from here again.

Order wrong - I ordered / tuna - tomatoes - red onion and sweet onion sauce instead I received sweetcorn Smothered within sub - attention to detail may help
