Giraffe World Kitchen in Hillingdon

The only place to get s hot meal in Heathrow terminal 5 is here… and the food was tasteless, lukewarm and had no redeeming qualities about it whatsoever. I’d be embarrassed if I ran this and whoever at Heathrow decided Giraffe was the perfect partner to showcase T5 is as stupid as Mr and Mrs Stupid on a day out in Stupidville.

Located at LHR's Terminal 5 area (departure level), it was a convenient place to get a bite to eat while I was in between flights. Was happy to see their menu was filled with flavors from around the world instead of serving one cuisine. Their chicken Malay curry was tasty and just the right size. I rated GWK a 3 and not a 2 as the food was prepared well and the cook deserves that credit. What I was very disappointed in was my server who chatted excessively socially. Wished his animated behavior be put to use to the table area he was expected to work at.

Airport restaurant with decent internatiobal foid. Nice lemonade. Drinks coffee serves from brunch to dinner a variety of dishes also veg options. It s an ok option if you are at T5.

Great spot for pre departure snack, was here for breakfast and had the excellent burrito, attentive service and great view of the planes( ask for a table overlooking the tarmac)

Horrible food. The worst burger I ever ate. The meat was so bad that we were not sure if it was rotten. Do not waste your money here find any other restaurant at heathrow and I guarantee their is way better than at the Giraffe world kitchen.
