This place used to be so good, but now that they have changed hands, the pizza quality has gone down the drain. Reduced toppings, low quality cheese, hardly any dough! But yet increased their prices! It's absurd!!! This place used to have a rating of 4.6 and now sitting at 3ish so that explains the low quality pizza...

Wedges were not crispy and was soggy. The chicken wings were not cooked properly and was spicy at all

Best in the area, never bother with any other pizza delivery service. Thin crust, fresh toppings, delivered piping hot and in time. Gluten free option is remarkably good. We ordered several pizzas for a gathering with two special requests - all perfect.

The sauce was all over my pizza and my friend is allergic to it so couldn’t eat the pizza

Absolutely terrible. The pizza was bland, the crust was like cardboard, and the toppings were practically nonexistent. I also noticed that the kitchen looked filthy when I went to pick up my order. This place is a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff didn't seem to care when I complained, and they didn't offer any compensation or apology. This was a complete waste of money. Never again.

I ordered regular crust but they give me thin crust. That’s not satisfied me.

Food must have been hot when it left the shop as all the dips had exploded due to to heat, but needed to heat the food up as it had been out for delivery for so long.

Today i ordered two pizzas as collection late night around of 11pm and they give me a wonderful pizzas , nice toppings, clean boxes, proper and equal slices. The staff used the apron and gloves and this is so interesting shop around the area . Prefect customer service, Clean staff The staff used the gloves Nice and clean service.

Tuesday night around of 9:30 pm , we order some desi vegi pizzas from village pizza, and we observed some positive points. 1: Their working table was so clean, 2: Toppings were clean and separate 3: Staff made the pizzas with gloves 4: Staff was speaking so politely and prefect. 5: The staff show us the prices and sizes. 6: Staff was aware from allergy. We are vegetarian and we are so strict but we highly recommend village pizza eastcote for vegetarian people.

Pretty good pizza for the money, as with many places I wish the cheese was real quality mozzarella but then I suppose it would be more expensive. Didn't rate the atmosphere as the pizza was delivered.

Most rubbish pizza in the world! If it wasent for google to give 1 star i would of gave it a big fat 0! Pizza was burnt and disappointed. My 8 year old daughter can make one better.

Made an order for pizza to be delivered for breaking fast. The time for delivery was ignored and it was delivered an hour before scheduled. Food was cold for dinner. In addition, I ordered a 1.25L bottle of 7up, 2 cans arrived only. When I asked the restaurant why, instead of simply apologising they said this was equivalent - which it is obviously not. They then put the phone down on me.

Do not order to this shop I had the worst experience and the worst Pizza ever I order a veggie pizza they bring me chicken pizza was cold and very disgusting I spoke in phone with a menager there they said they gone refund me but never happen do not make same mistake to order is not worth a penny

We have been ordering pizza from here for more than 4 years now, that tells you how much we like their pizza. The pizza are made from fresh I gradients and are delicious, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. You get good value for your money

my order arrived and it was only a few slices with pieces that look like they had bites taken out of them I paid £20 for this! I am not happy whatsoever

Very poor customer service. They don't have an option of deep pan pizza. I've ordered a regular crust thinking that just below deep pan obviously dont know regular some how much thick as i am first time ordering at this restaurant. when I received the order. It's a thin crust pizza after informing them that it's a thin Crust, replied that regular Crust is a thin Crust when I said you should mention about that then he said I have customers waiting in line. If you want deep pan then order again by leaving a message.

Arrived early and delivered carefully. I've ordered before and the pizzas were perfect, but this time it was a bit overcooked which was unfortunate. Managed to eat most of it, but had to throw the burnt bits away. The vegan nuggets were fine. Hopefully the next time I order it will cooked perfectly.

The best deep pan Pizza on this side of London. Any events at our place & we know where can we order a geet pizza. Collection is almost half the price!

We ordered pizza and they sent two boxes of potato wedges. And when we complained about the delivery they just put the blame on Uber and took no responsibility for their fault. I would never trust them

Pizza was late. They called to advise it would be little late but was later than that even. We had kids waiting for food at a party which is not good. Pizza was thin base despite not requesting this and not sure what happened in transit but several pizzas were spoiled by the dips exploding which means a slices were not edible. Not impressed

Ordered sweet chilli sauce but got garlic mayo. Ordered a lemonade but got delivered a Coca Cola which I can’t drink because of the caffeine.

Placed an order at 17:46, I then had to call up at 18:37 to see what was going on… they told me it was on the way. Waited another 30 minutes only to be told that the pizza had not been made and they forgot about the order…. Very poor service and the staff did not even apologies about it. Had to wait an additional 30 mins to get the pizza in the end. Not exactly fast food…. Over 2 hours for a vegetable pizza. Joke.

Food was cold when reached at home

I've been a customer and have really enjoyed the pizzas but the service is really lacking as orders are always messed up. This is how you loose customers.

This place has to be the best pizza spot around and maybe the best pizza spot I've ordered from. They have a huge range of pizza's and many different sizes to choose from. We mostly get the vegetarian hot with a few topping changes. The pizza base sauce is also really tasty. Only negatives I have are, in the last 2 years the collection prices have gone up quite a bit and sometimes they don't make the topping changes you want.

It's just not acceptable. Firstly it was cold! The cheese was dry !! We ordered thin crust double pepperoni. Not a deep pan burnt margarita with a couple of pepperoni here and there.. It looks like this was a cancelled order that they reheated! we used to love ordering from here, and they have changed so much. I am actually annoyed that they had the cheek to reheat someone elses order.. I've worked in several pizza shops as a teen, and it's simple.. make pizza.. pop pizza in the conveyor belt oven.. pizza comes out.. pop in the box. Simple! we didn't even get an apology!!!

Pizza was packed with toppings and right up to the edge...no wasted crusts. Superb. Arrived hot and cannot fault it. Will definitely order from here again!

Fancied an American style pizza tonight, wasn't expecting anything special. Pizza is generous with toppings, great base but perhaps the most impressive thing to me was the tomato sauce used on the base, it was very good. It's not quite Italian marinara base, but it's the closest to it I've seen in 9 years living in this country (aside from eating at actual Italian places).

Terrible service provided by Village Pizza. Ordered pizza waited 30 minutes. Then told driver had taken my pizza by mistake on a delivery. If I could wait and the driver will come back with my pizza. Really terrible service would not recommend to anyone!

Awful food and service. When complained where is my pizza I was told it will take 2 mins yet he then spent the rest 2 mins talking to his mate. When I chased again, his mate threatened me not to complain or he will spit in the pizza!! :-O New customer, beware what you are eating there, maybe it is not what have been ordered !! Owner/manager you should investigate your CCTV camera around 12.26 am.

I really love this place and think their pizzas are nice when i have had them. But twice now i have found long male hair in my pizza or on its base. Its very digusting and unhygienic, the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But today i had another long hair on the pizza base stuck with the cheese. Unfortunately i wont be ordering from here again.

From the time it said driver on way, it took 25 mins to get here. Then pizza was only just warm, wings cold. Driver was too busy on phone outside instead of getting food delivered

One of the Pizzas was so burnt on top we just could not eat it, did not bother to complain as was delivered 30 mins late and felt what was the point as obviously customers are not important as should never have left the restaurant. 2nd time we have ordered in the last 4 months and both times had to call the restaurant to chase. Terrible service, will NEVER use this pizza place again which is such a shame as when they get it right, they have the best Pizzas out of all the other delivery options.

I’m a vegetarian, ordered a vegetarian pizza and there was chicken on a slice. When I called them, they offered to replace the single slice. No apologies or anything

Asked for deep pan and it wasn't. Was flatter than Kate Moss. Tasted nice though. Asked the driver where the sauces were and he said they were in the box...2 were missing. Also my pepsi was missing. Shame!

I would give it 0 STARS if I could, horrendous customer service, constantly missing items, inedible food, and delivery drivers who cant locate you if you stand right in front of them, will never ever order again from this place.

Ordered meal deal that included pizza, bottle of coke and 2 x garlic bread. The pizza arrived but the sides and coke did not. Nothing from the restaurant Pizza topping was very selective also. Four pieces of pepperoni on a 15” pizza

Ordered three cakes a Banoffee pie a chocolate fudge cake and a cheesecake they were all frozen rocksolid I haven’t been able to complain and get a refund I also called at the restaurant and told the driver to give us a call before he got here they said they would do that and the driver never called he just banged on the door at one in the morning and then the driver was rude when I said to him

Food was ordered at 1758, delivering of food was between 1825 & 1845. Food arrived at 1845 & was cold. Restaurant not interested, only option offered was to collect replacement

Food arrived stone cold. Phoned and refused to refund or deliver replacement.

There’s no point in having an option to do special notes to the kitchen if they don’t listen! Wasted £20
