Village Pizza in Hillingdon

Was quite thirsty. They sent the pizzas via Uber eats but didn’t send the drink.

We have been ordering pizza from here for more than 4 years now, that tells you how much we like their pizza. The pizza are made from fresh I gradients and are delicious, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. You get good value for your money

The best deep pan Pizza on this side of London. Any events at our place & we know where can we order a geet pizza. Collection is almost half the price!

Been a regular customer at this place for over 5 years tried to order over the phone gentlemen got very aggressive for no reason will never be ordering here again

We ordered pizza and they sent two boxes of potato wedges. And when we complained about the delivery they just put the blame on Uber and took no responsibility for their fault. I would never trust them

Placed an order at 17:46, I then had to call up at 18:37 to see what was going on… they told me it was on the way. Waited another 30 minutes only to be told that the pizza had not been made and they forgot about the order…. Very poor service and the staff did not even apologies about it. Had to wait an additional 30 mins to get the pizza in the end. Not exactly fast food…. Over 2 hours for a vegetable pizza. Joke.

At the point of order they said 30 to 40 min. Now is over an hour. I call and get excuses rude . The driver has left. Waiting to call the driver etc etc. sort it out.

0 atmosphere in this place but food is fire.

Used to be a great taste for vegi desi pizza. Now base is hard and low quality oil and vegetable

Just wanted to say thank you so much for the service you provided for our large orger. The delivery was on time and to our outdoor venue. The pizza were tasty and all our guests raved about them. Will be ordering from Village pizzas again.

This place has to be the best pizza spot around and maybe the best pizza spot I've ordered from. They have a huge range of pizza's and many different sizes to choose from. We mostly get the vegetarian hot with a few topping changes. The pizza base sauce is also really tasty. Only negatives I have are, in the last 2 years the collection prices have gone up quite a bit and sometimes they don't make the topping changes you want.

I've been a customer and have really enjoyed the pizzas but the service is really lacking as orders are always messed up. This is how you loose customers.

It's just not acceptable. Firstly it was cold! The cheese was dry !! We ordered thin crust double pepperoni. Not a deep pan burnt margarita with a couple of pepperoni here and there.. It looks like this was a cancelled order that they reheated! we used to love ordering from here, and they have changed so much. I am actually annoyed that they had the cheek to reheat someone elses order.. I've worked in several pizza shops as a teen, and it's simple.. make pizza.. pop pizza in the conveyor belt oven.. pizza comes out.. pop in the box. Simple! we didn't even get an apology!!!

Terrible service provided by Village Pizza. Ordered pizza waited 30 minutes. Then told driver had taken my pizza by mistake on a delivery. If I could wait and the driver will come back with my pizza. Really terrible service would not recommend to anyone!

Awful food and service. When complained where is my pizza I was told it will take 2 mins yet he then spent the rest 2 mins talking to his mate. When I chased again, his mate threatened me not to complain or he will spit in the pizza!! :-O New customer, beware what you are eating there, maybe it is not what have been ordered !! Owner/manager you should investigate your CCTV camera around 12.26 am.

I know this place for many years. it's a take away and It used to be better. They said that the menu was changed!

I really love this place and think their pizzas are nice when i have had them. But twice now i have found long male hair in my pizza or on its base. Its very digusting and unhygienic, the first time i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But today i had another long hair on the pizza base stuck with the cheese. Unfortunately i wont be ordering from here again.

I would give it 0 STARS if I could, horrendous customer service, constantly missing items, inedible food, and delivery drivers who cant locate you if you stand right in front of them, will never ever order again from this place.

This place used to be my favourite but it has changed dramatically and from brilliant to okay, but now straight up awful. Ordered a 50-50 18" Pepperoni and Medi Veg. The base is thinner than a cheese cracker, remind me more of a filo pastry than a dough. The ingredients are extremely salty and all of it is soaked in grease! Also very scarce to find under the cheese, very little on everything. It just taste of salt and grease couldn't even eat 1 slice of it. Do not recommend, it is gross. However thumbs up for the delivery person, very friendly, good service. That's the only reason they deserve even a star.

Ordered a pizza. Upon arrival I was presented with a burnt pizza I asked for the pizza to be made again. I was told this is how a pizza looks like so I could pay for it or leave. Needless to say I left without the pizza and will make sure I go to perfect pizza in the future. Avoid!

Owners are uncooperative and not open to ending THEIR mistakes with orders . Let us order knowing they did not have the meal options we requested and instead attempted to gaslight me into believing I made my order wrong . If you cannot complete a service don’t offer it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Disgraceful service and delays are pathetic! Every time I called for an update on my order they said it’s been dispatched, well put it this way every time I called it was the same answer. The last time I called they stated they couldn’t find my address, didn’t get my pizza in the end. Waste of time and energy and most importantly MONEY! Don’t use this place!

The worst service and food I have ever had, I ordered a pizza from here and the delivery was meant to be for 6:30 however after waiting for 30 minutes past the delivery time there was no pizza arriving, after calling back they said that it was still cooking, however another 30 minutes went buy and still nothing, after calling 2 more times they finally dispatched my order at 8 o’clock and arriving 2 hours late the pizza I received was an absolute disgrace. Let’s just say that it was still cooking every time I rang because it was practically burned to a crisp. i dare not share a photo due to the horror of it! When I called back and asked for a refund or another pizza to be sent out I was simply told no and we are to busy. Absolutely avoid at all costs!

I bought pizza at 1am. It was delicious and well priced, staff were friendly and service rapid. Absolutely excellent I was very hungry.

Regular customers and we live locally. Got the pizza we normally order but hardly any toppings! Also the chicken wings tasted stale and dry.. disappointed.

Very regular customer for many years but tonight was very disappointed. Toppings much reduced compared to normal (hardly any peppers or sweetcorn on the chicken supreme) Also bacon has been removed from the menu . This is a key ingredient of the Baltimore . 2 for 1 offer also discontinued. Unlikely to return.

Great place with awesome pizza and quite a variety. Only downside is delivery prices vary a bit too much and are added on to each item rather then the order as a whole. So better to collect.

Absolutely poor service!!! I called today at 12:31 for a quote on a large order which involved 30 boxes of pizza along with many different sides, and the man who answered the phone simply said in a dismissive and abrupt manner “ok, call back later we are too busy right now”, what kind of business trait is this and is this how you communicate with customers. Shockingly poor STAY AWAY! I will not be coming there for even one pizza let alone a large order!!

First time order via Deliveroo. 15" vegan pizza cost £18.99. Freezing cold on arrival and thin crust to the point of basically being cheap, floppy base with ingredients chucked on. Disgusting.

THE RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! First time calling this pizza shop, I wasn't aware of the menu and so I had questions. The man who answered the phone was ABSOLUTELY rude, he had no patience, and shouted 'oh my god' and slammed the phone down on me when I said I will call back after I discuss with my husband. I called him back to tell him that talking like this is not good customer service and in fact it is really rude.. he went on to say that he doesn't care and that he is rude. Although this pizza shop has 3.8 stars with loads of good reviews.. I don't think I will EVER buy from him even if he has the best pizza shop in the world. He needs to humble himself and learn to give good customer service

This place does a very decent vegan pizza and has the option of building your own pizza. Never disappointed. And the vegan lasagne us yum too.

Worst pizza ever and staff is rude too

We have been ordering from Village Pizza since 2014 and wouldn't order anywhere else. The key to good pizza is the sauce and theirs is very flavourful. The toppings are always plentiful and pizza is always delivered hot. Any time we have used Village Pizza for a party they have been super reliable! I can't recommend them enough.

I order from VP regularly and they absolutely deliver the goods every single time. This week I ordered on Friday night - an American hot and a hawaian - and I was literally blown away with how good it was. Back these guys all the way. Keep up the good work!

Never disappoints, everytime delicious and speedy delivery. Miss the Pesto base vegetarian pizza, but I am enjoying trying all the other well cooked pizza combinations on their extensive menu.

Non-chain local pizzeria serving up cheesy, gooey, delicious offerings. Menu is quite diverse and food represents quite good value for money IMHO. I like chilli but these mans need to take it a little easy

Brilliant pizza place absolutely amazing

Found a piece of stone/something extremely hard inside of our pizza. It was on the last bite and cracked my boyfriends tooth. Went to get a refund with the little stone that did the damage to show that we weren't lying and we were told that we put it in there! Terrible customer service. We were told that the moneys there and we shouldn't take it but the choice is ours. We love this pizza place and order so regularly from it however after this experience they've lost 2 whole families worth of customers as we will not be buying from then again.

Disappointing. Pizza was just hard and super dry, pretty sure it wasn’t fresh. Had no choice but throw away. Rang the restaurant earlier to complain and was told that i will receive a call back from the manager but haven’t received yet any calls( poor customer service). Bad experience altogether...

We have ordered pizza a few times from Village pizza and it has been reasonable, but sadly our last order turned out to be a disaster. We ordered two of the biggest thin crust pizzas and one gluten free pizza. But all the pizzas were burnt and inedible. At that time of evening we couldn't have gone anywhere else to eat so sadly we had to consume the pizzas. Would be careful before placing an order next time. When I called the store to leave a feedback, the staff was least interested to hear anything. Overall a bad experience for the whole family.

Pizza tasted like dirt and I’m not even a picky eater. Once calling the restaurant they said I ordered a totally different pizza and then verbally abused me over the phone. Shocking service shocking food. However I am local so there is “Just Pizza Plus” right next to the shop so I go there now.

I really love the pizzas from here, they are the best and most authentically Italian I have come across. The most amazing variety of pizzas. The staff are always so friendly and delivery times are good. Highly recommended - have been ordering from here for years and always lovely food.

These guys make awesome and unusual pizzas fairly consistently (sometimes overcook). Yes they get spikes in service so the 10min can turn to 45min, but when that happened the guy without asking knocked a few quid off. I collect my pizza always so can’t comment on delivery times etc. Good value as well with an 18” going for a tenner I find most restaurants that deliver have long wait times and reliant on unreliable staff probably..
