Visited after a 16hrs+ flight and ordered Iced Matcha Latte. Didn’t wait too long for my order which is nice. Staff were kind, especially Racquel who asked how my drink is and its packaging. I like how there’s plugs in their tables for charging and there’s plenty of self-ordering machines for convenience. Perfect place to wait for a booked coach in the terminal.

¡Gracias Francisco! ¡Te mereces un ascenso!

Visited on a Monday morning prior to flying out. Ordered the English Breakfast with hot tea and Chauffeur Breakfast with coffee. Both were prepared correctly, delicious and filling, price is reasonable with superb service. There is a difference between American and British sausage that may not be to the liking of those not used to local cusine. Would recommend those staying near the airport give this place a try.

On the one hand: most of the food was really very well prepared and tasty. On the other hand: I ordered the seabass and asked specifically whether it was the whole fish or just one fillet. I was told it was the whole fish, but then received only one fillet. The price of this was £45. There are no vegetables included in this, so if you want some potatoes and green beans, that will cost you £8 for each, which you have to order as a separate side dish. Service is then added to the overall amount. Congratulations! You have just paid £68 for half a fish and some vegetables. Also ordered a crème brûlée, which contained a rotten cherry. We gave the dish back, but ended up having to request it be taken off the bill, something I would’ve thought the serving staff would’ve taken care of without having to be asked. While some of the food was really very good, I don’t think the overall quality was consistent with the prices being charged.
