Greeting is a 5 star & Handling Luggage is 5 star my only missing star comes as the lounge area Looks tired and exhausted and soft drinks & Bottled water was missing.

Totally disgusted with their service, to which I will be going above to speak to the seniors in-charge. Unless your escorted with armed police you actually get better treatment from the actual terminals and no need to pay for such a terrible service. A real disappointment.

This is a private lounge situated in terminal-5 of Heathrow International Airport. The establishment is very aesthetic and service quality is also good.

Not as good as Virgin Lounge or Qatar T4.

Infrastructure is awesome so is the service

Excellent service, food and lounges

Heathrow VIP is simply the best way to travel when travelling from Heathrow airport. First class and upper class simply can not compete. Love the facility of being driven to the aeroplane and Jason Atherton cuisine is a welcome touch. Definitely recommended.

VIP luxury departure and arrival lounge next to terminal 5

Superb VIP service for Heathrow flights, very similar to that of a private jet centre. Excellent lounge and restaurant features with the inclusion of a chauffeured car service to and from the aircraft from the lounge. However it does come at a premium price. Only given four stars as there is no waiting room for private drivers so they must wait outside which is quite irregular for such a luxurious service.

it's a shame there's no drivers room in this place!!! We have to stay in cars! I cannot believe this
