Terrible, cold food and old food everything was from microwave , very disappointing first order never again.

It was my first time at zeenat restaurant i invite 30 to 34 people turn up 32 people, the food was delicious but the lady owner was so rude try to over charge me, the portion was small the funniest thing that lady told me I hire extra person because of you nan of my business I paid you should do the job in professional way I never heard such shocking word from any restaurant owner it was only two person working on that night we helped them to get going make sure have nice smile on your face, because you are working with public provide best service earn a lots of money ok Janem😀😁

Everything in the Hall was good. The food was amazing, the hall was the perfect size for us (around 20 people) and the staff were very helpful.

Zeenat restaurant has undoubtedly going to be my favourite Afghan restaurant. The quality of the food has been exceptional along side the customer service. If you’re looking for fabulous food place, then Zeenat restaurant is certainly up there with the best. I can go on and on but you’ve got to try the food to witness the true taste of Afghanistan.

I arrived to the venue as a guest and was taken by surprise as soon as I walked in. It was beautifully set up and all the facilities required were available from sound system to air conditioning to clean toilets to an open buffet.The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of dishes. Everything was spotless and the owner was so friendly and saw to all our needs. I recommend it everyone for there special events.

Paid £13.95 for lamb curry which came in a small tinfoil and only little pieces of meat. Also the kabuli pilau has only 3 small pieces of meat Definately not worth the money and i will never buy again from this place

I booked the hall for my son’s birthday. The hall was very well organised, beautiful, clean and warm. Extra staff was provided such as ballon’s arch, cake stand, speakers and table decorations. We had variety of Afghan dishes cooked by the expert chef (sayed Ali), sweet and tea was served . Also, the food was very very very delicious , everyone loved and enjoyed it. The chef and his colleague were very friendly and helpful, so we had the best customer service and experience. I would definitely recommend it for any occasion as they are trustworthy and reliable.

I travel all over the world but never had such amazing Afghan food like this restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious and on time the organization and flow was executed with professionalism something you can’t find now a days. My stomach and I would like to thank the service provided and I would 110% come back here with my family and friends and recommend you try the Kabuli Pilau with meat and mixed meat tray trust me your stomach will thank you.

We ordered a take away. Food tasted great, was worth the visit. We ordered a kabuli pilau the lamb shank was very tender not too much fat which made the dish very appealing. Will definitely be coming back. Please note you do have to ring the number to collect your food as the shop front may be locked.

First time in Zeenat and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The entire food is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back in all our gatherings . They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience

It was absolutely terrible and I strongly recommend you avoid ordering here!. I am so disappointed as Zeenat was really nice about a year ago. This time the rice (Kabuli Pilau) was absolutely disgusting - it was oily, undercooked, and lumpy with hardly any carrots. The meat was undercooked and not nice at all. They forgot items from our order but did deliver this when we raised it direct with the restaurant. The food standards have dropped and I will not order again from this establishment. I regret not reading the recent reviews!

Lamb tasted like dog food. Very chewy. Not worth the money by some margin.

Chicken curry was disgusting. It was chicken mixed with chopped tomatoes and tons of oil along with stail chicken and pieces of bone scattered as decor. Lamb chops tasteless and probably cooked a few days ago. Samosas were just a mouthful of grease, tasteless! But they couldn't go wrong with plain white rice, the only thing edible.

Food is quite dry and cold. Salad is minimal with leaves only that look quite old. Meat portion is very small for two people. Overall very poor quality and portion

Came wanting Afghani Kabuli Pilau and got exactly what I wanted. Delicious and generous portions, can’t fault the food at all.

Portions are small for what you pay and taste is quite bland compared to other Kabuli pulao I've had. Lamb Karahi was ok.

First time order from them the food is nice but not too hot just warm and wait over an hour for delivery in weekday I can't think how long will waiting in weeked.

We would recommend this restaurant as our experience was great for our sons 1st birthday party, the staff make you feel welcome and are very friendly and helpful, delicious Afghan food, clean venue which was well organised. A big thank you to the team.

The owner is greedy and over charged for my girls birthday party function, little food, bad service, they are always watching you while you eat very uncomfortable. Will not recommend!!! We paid £1200 in total. If you call that charity.. just confirms your character. We had to order pizza separately for the kids. If there was enough food we would not have to do this. Still we did not complain. You are counting babies into the adult head count. We said minimum of 40 people. You said not a problem. You confirmed yourself 43. Still not enough food. Yes We came 45 mins early to put balloons up. Guests arrived at 5pm. As timings given by you were 5-11pm. Food was not served till 8pm. We also brought fruit and cake, cupcakes, and lots of confectionery from home. Your staff kept the fruit and did not serve. My guests were made to feel awkward. No one ate properly. They are still complaining till date. We left early as everyone was soo dissatisfied. No food was left over to take home as you made little and gave us one piece of meat to prove your point. Come over to my house and I will treat you and your family to a meal. God Willing. I don’t mind paying extra monies if my guests were fed and satisfied with the service, honestly it was waste of money. Your one staff lady served food with anger on her face. And was rude to all of my guests. Because she knew there was not enough food. So she was putting guests off eating so they would not eat. Good tactic- but cheap behaviour. You have ripped us off. No problem Please don’t do anyone else. It’s not nice.

Zeenat restaurant is a wonderful, family run local business which serves the best afghani food. My family and I have been ordering food from Zeenat for many years and have never had a bad meal! The food is always delicious, fresh and homemade. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Visited for the first time this weekend. I don't usually love Afghan cuisine but the flavours these guys manage to get into their food is incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place . portion size is great and food always tastes amazing. Food arrived at the time it said it would and nice and hot still too.

Food was quite literally inedible. The chicken Karahi tasted solely of salt and the chicken in the curry was basically just bones. Lamb kebab was not two skewers as described and had the quality of mutton. Called to complain was told the manager wasn’t in so nothing could be done. Called again and got same response. Awful I’m afraid
