Great Upper Class arrival and straight to the Club House All the staff were very attentive and especially Lisa who looked after us. Having used Emirates and BA lounge this was a return visit having not flown with Virgin for over 10 years. Keep doing what you do- great service.

Food is delicious and fresh traditional Pakistani driver hotel style cafe recommend for breakfast and lunch.

We have been to this cafe many times. The staff are lovely and the breakfasts always great. I decided to have some carrot cake and it was very very dry. Good customer service is how you deal with problems. I took the cake back, and the manager advised me the cake had been in the fridge due to the hot weather. I was offered other cakes that had not been refrigerated but I opted for a refund which was given without question. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Excellent experience, lived up to all the good reviews, great food, steak was perfectly cooked, other fish dishes highly praised, great beers & good service, well worth a short walk from Radison Red. !

For some reason I had never frequented Shan Shui before - but I certainly will again when I'm next at Heathrow Terminal 2. On this first visit, I tried all of the different prawn dimsum and I would happily try them all again - for me, the Sichuan chilli oil wonton was the standout.

Definitely NOT French but was good. The Indian dishes were solid and the steak was seasoned well. Service was a bit stretched and slow but that’s most places these days.

A great space to recover from your flight. The showers in particular are perfect. The actual lounge area is small and gets quite busy (or did when we were there) but the food is reasonable enough (but did take an age to come out as there was only one chef working).

This is a good Hotel restaurant with friendly service and hearty food. i found thta the breakfast I consumed here the other day set me up for a very good day.

Friendly unassuming restaurant with great Indian food. We shared the starter of Murgh Malai Tikka (small pieces of grilled marinated chicken); and Malabar Prawn curry with aloo gobhi (cauliflower & potatoes stew); and a portion of Aloo Gobhi. Our stomachs were so full that we couldn’t add anymore desserts. PS. Pop 80’s & 90’s music was too loud.

Locals pub good beer and good wine. Very friendly and chatty landlord but given other factors decided not to eat there, pity.

Good food. Eurico was great as a server. thanks for a great night. Loved the chicken burger. Fish and chips were excellent.

Stayed only one night but an absolutely brilliant experience. The staff are exceptional and went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable and stress free. Special thanks to Jeenet for going above and beyond!
