Starbucks Coffee T5A in Hillingdon

The atmosphere was super cool until it became very hostile. I was attended to by Melisa and she was super friendly. But this Mercy guy was so rude and practically chased me out.

Just brought a cappuccino and it was rubbish. The top third of the drink was just foam, and the rest was way too hot. Please make the effort to train your staff properly. I'll go to the T5 Pret next time I'm there.

No smile, no thanks. We are paying for it .. nothing is free. Not a welcoming 😡

I was extremely disappointed to find a human hair in my coffee at Starbucks Heathrow Terminal 5. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene standards.

Ordered a few food items including a beyond meat burger which was completely cold in the middle and asked to use my rewards points for a croissant but they charged me for it despite me asking multiple times and them saying it was free (only noticed after I had payed for everything that they had lied and just charged me anyway). They even forgot to give the croissant when handing me my food! It wasnt busy, they just seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.

Winner! Worst Starbucks ever! Chaos and when I eventually got my breakfast nothing tasted right.

An excellent Starbucks with a quick and friendly service. The staff is always open to make custom drinks, going as far to recommend personal favourites. In particular I would like highlight Meeva, who was always ready to help with a smile on her face!

I had an exceptional experience at the upgraded Starbucks in Heathrow Terminal 5, thanks to Sukh. I initially forgot to ask for oat milk in my drink, but Sukh kindly replaced it with a new one without any hesitation. She even took the time to check in and make sure I was satisfied with my new drink. Her caring attitude made my visit truly delightful. I highly recommend getting a warm or refreshing cold drink from Sukh if you're in T5 at Starbucks! 🩷

As a regular customer and someone who loves Starbucks, I was really disappointed during my visit today. There was no food available, which is one of the main reasons I come here. My go-to favorites are the Starbucks snacks, but today it was a huge letdown to find the shelves empty. It’s frustrating when a place you rely on doesn’t have the basics. I really hope they bring back their food options soon—this was not the experience I’ve come to expect.
