Absolutely chaotic and disorganised. Multiple queues and no clear sign. It requires better management to revamp that area.

Starbucks products are consistently outstanding, no matter the location or the country you’re in. Upon arrival from Edinburgh and with hours to kill, we enjoyed a Latte and a Cappuccino. So rich and satisfying. Later on, Italian beer, red wine and a zapped ham & cheese panini, which was so good.

Nash served us and it was a true delight! After rude and gobby boarder officers and security officers (who need a lesson in manners) as we came through for our connecting flight, Nash was the first airport worker that gave us service with a smile! It made me feel a little more welcome and began to brighten the day. The coffee was good too. Thank you Nash!

I had a lovely and seamless experience with Preeti and avancia at this Starbucks!

I told Kash how I usually order my lattes in the USA and she knew just how to alter the UK recipe for my taste. It came out perfect! They're also very quick.

I was at Starbucks at Heathrow Airport, feeling a bit confused about which coffee to order. Thankfully, Preeti came to the rescue and suggested a fantastic coffee! The recommendation was spot on – the coffee had the perfect blend of flavour’s. Excellent service and great coffee, thanks to Preeti’s expertise.

They were surprisingly quick, but be careful with the sizes I order a small and got and payed for an L and didn’t notice since I was distracted, so just be really aware of this.

Frappe is way tooo sweet!!! Hygiene wise, they hold the broom and dustpan then make your coffee without washing their hands.

Today on Sept 18th, 2024 I came into Heathrow looking for a beverage. I was met by Kanuja who was very kind. I couldn’t access my Starbucks card and she was more than willing to help. SHOUTOUT to her for her GREAT customer service! Thank you!

The women working were very friendly and so helpful! We had a spill and they helped clean it up immediately and offered a replacement coffee. We are from USA just got off a long flight. Their gracious service was really appreciated!

Kudos to Saraswati for excellent service! Walked up, ordered our flat whites, stepped around the corner, and in less than 3 minutes it was ready. Love to watch the planes landing and taking off outside; people from all over are chatting and enjoying the best coffee.

A few things for improvement after my experience at Starbucks Heathrow T5 : fix the hot water, and please do not add luke warm water from the tap into my tea. I usually get 2 teabags when I ask for a large tea - today I only got one. Clean the tables, please.
