The waitress that served me, Harleem, was friendly and charismatic. Although the place was pretty crowded, reasonably so during the morning peak hour, I will come back again.

As always they make mistakes in writing names that are not of Anglo-Saxon origin. This time they even got the coffee wrong, I asked for an American coffee without milk and they gave me a latte.

Thanks for a seamless experience at the airport this morning, Harleen.

Airports are expensive so when you are paying that bit more you shouldn’t have to ask for a full cup of coffee. Pleasant enough staff and topped my coffee up, but half a cup of filter is poor. £25.25 for 2 small filter coffee, 2 toastie and a iced fruit drink. Certainly pushing the P&L up

Absolutely appalling customer service. Waited for it to open, patiently in line asked staff told to wait until 5. When opened they opened opposite tills and offered people already waiting no opportunity to be served so had to q again. When queried the staff were rude and aggressive. Absolutely worst Starbucks experience and totally unacceptable.

Despite it being just before 6 AM, the queue at Starbucks in Heathrow Terminal 5 was already long. However, I was impressed by how well-organized the system was. The staff had clearly defined roles, each focusing on their specific duties, which made the line move quickly. I had my usual caramel macchiato and a ham & cheese croissant, and both were exactly what I needed to start the day. The coffee was made perfectly, and the croissant was warm and tasty. Overall, even with the early hour and the crowd, the service was efficient, and I got my order in no time. A solid Starbucks experience!
