Lady at the till in Heathrow terminal 5 Starbucks was lovely! Didn't catch her name but it was at 5;30 am and she was so cheery. I wanted almond milk in my coffee but there was none which was disappointing but otherwise good service.

My regular drink was only offered in a smaller size for some reason because the location is at the airport. Worker recommended a close drink to it. Was very helpful because I was too tired to think on my feet.

I enjoyed my coffee and ham cheese croissant but at 5:35am, just not enough staff. The poor barista had to make both hot and cold drinks which slowed everything down. My hot croissant was handed to me very quickly but I had to wait another 10 mins to get my coffee.
