I had a very awful experience at this starbucks location and found the service substandard. I requested a decaf tiramisu latte and was given a regular one. I asked Preeti Prabhjot to change it twice as a mistake was made and she said she couldn't, i had to speak to another lady at the till who said she should make it. I watched as people were given their drinks so carelessly and others complain that their orders had been forgotten. I am afraid if this starbucks is run this way, it will put people off just like it did me

Visited Starbucks yesterday evening at 5pm had an amazing experience ordered a grande caramel iced latte with no ice was served by a very sweet cashier named Grace she was so polite & served me with a smile throughout she also recommended me to try out the new Boston cream muffin as she said it would go well with my drink to which I should add that it was fantastic and would definitely get it again.

Kash was super nice and helpful. She’s a great employee with a super great attitude.

She is the kindest i have ever met and Starbucks in heathrow airport is lucky to have her. Also, the starbucks service was really great and the cappuccino was perfect plus she only took one minute to prepare. I was ecstatic.

Incredibly rude staff. Ants in the display case where they were grabbing the food and giving it to customers and when told there’s insects in the case, they didn’t care and were rude. I get needing a display to show off what food products you have but they should put one of each in there and take the rest from the back when someone orders it to prevent ants and insects from chewing on your food before you get it. Absolutely disgusting and wouldn’t recommend

Honestly the bed Starbucks I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I work in the airport so naturally I pay this cafe a visit daily and every single member of staff are so friendly and welcoming. My personal fav would have to be Preeti she always gives me the best service. They serve me and my ridiculously long and complicated coffee order everyday with a smile whether they’re brand new or recognise me as a regular. Couldn’t recommend more.

I visited Starbucks t5 this morning, it was amazing experience, i was served by Meliza, very friendly and kind person, very good customer service, i ordered chai latte and white chocolate mocha. My drink was done by Sarah, the white chocolate mocha was exact as per my taste. Loved it, overall amazing experience. I am regular customer of Starbucks and i love the team,their very friendly. Had the pleasure of visiting starbucks at terminal 5 arrivals whilst waiting for my connecting flight. The low rating is completely down to the service received. Underwhelmed is an understatement. Experience at other starbucks has always been great so it's a shame to have received this service. The order received was wrong informed the staff it wasn't correct, contained milk, we can't drink milk. Was informed 'we ordered it incorrectly and had to 'admit we were wrong' to get it corrected. Needless to say won't be visiting there anytime soon and official complaint logged. To be avoided!!there are other starbucks counters in the building go to them instead.
