Met up with an old friend for a curry here, it’s been a very long time since I set here. The staff are very friendly and didn’t put any pressure on us to order while we had a couple of drinks. I had a Chicken Biryani which was delicious with a vegetable curry there was more than I could managed had a vegetarian option which looked great. All in all if you are looking for a curry house near Heathrow then call in you won’t be disappointed.

I visited Sipson Tandoori yesterday with my family after reading good reviews on Google, thinking it would be a good place to dine. Unfortunately, our experience was far from it. When we arrived, the restaurant looked nice, but from the moment we sat down, the service was poor. We noticed that our table didn’t have a candle lit, but we didn’t take it too seriously. The real issues started when the waiter came to take our drink order—he didn’t make eye contact, was fixated on his tablet, and gave us one-word responses. When my grandma asked what "a pint of soft drink" meant, he couldn’t understand the question, even though we read it straight from the menu. We ordered two lemonades, but only one arrived. The starters were disappointing. The onion bhajis were cold and tasteless, like they had been sitting out for hours. Some plates had salad while others didn’t. Our Royal Paneer never arrived, despite me asking another waiter to check on it. When it was time for mains, things got even worse. To avoid confusion, I wrote my order down in my notes app and read it out to the waiter. I even asked him to read it back to me, which he did. Yet, when the food arrived, they brought garlic naan instead of tandoori naan. Normally, I wouldn’t care about such a mistake, but given the lack of attention throughout the night, I was already frustrated. When I raised it with the manager, the waiter who took my order blamed ME, saying I must have ordered garlic naan. After I called the manager over and expressed how ridiculous this was, the waiter suddenly changed his story and started apologizing. They finally brought the tandoori naans and gave us the garlic naans on the house since they couldn’t take them back. The food itself was below average—small portions, bland, and watery. Not authentic Indian food at all. There was also a language barrier, which was odd. The staff struggled to understand English, yet they also didn’t understand Punjabi or Hindi, despite this being an Indian restaurant. On top of that, we had to ask multiple times for our water jug to be refilled, and they kept ignoring it. When the bill arrived, they had charged us for the Royal Paneer that never came. It wasn’t a deliberate attempt to overcharge us, but rather evidence that we had ordered it and they simply never bothered to check whether it had actually been served. I had to call them back to fix the bill. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn’t even busy—we were one of the only families there. There was no excuse for such poor service. Very disappointed, especially since my family members had come from abroad and I had chosen this restaurant based on its good reviews. The staff urgently need to be retrained in basic customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Ordered takeaway online easy to use website and the food was amazing very well cooked fresh very happy and highly recommended

Had a delivery from here when staying at Holiday Inn and it was so delicious I spent around £100 to take food home for the freezer. I have food from here whenever I'm in the area, and take more for home. The lamb shashlik curry and keema rice are highlights. The staff are also so good when I've been in, happy to go the extra mile.

I went to the sipson tandoori restaurant last night with colleagues from work for a leaving dinner and thought the sipson tandoori food was lovely and tasty and the toilet facilities were excellent as well. I don't live in this area but live in North West London in edgware but work near this tandoori restaurant and would love to visit this tandoori restaurant again when I am in the area of West drayton in hillingdon. I loved it because of all the good food and service from this restaurant.

Got a take away from this restaurant tonight for the first time (a Tuesday). Honestly the best tasting food ever, got the Chicken Tikka main meal with a Korma Sauce. Chicken cooked to perfection, sauce amazing and thick. Clean fresh free side salad along with a salad dressing. Garlic Nan perfect and rice. I used Uber and ordered the wrong item. I called the restaurant directly and they fixed the order over the phone no problems. I am staying in a hotel. The gave me a plate and cutlery. This is now my new favourite and will be using this restaurant a lot. Would highly recommend, AMAZING. Staff very friendly, kind and helpfull. Thank you Joanne

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 28 years and the food has always been excellent. Brilliant service, friendly people and fairly priced. I love Indian food, and have been to a few restaurants - but this is by far the best one I’ve been to. This was a truly memorable experience! Celebrated my dad's birthday. The meal was wonderful, tasty, full of flavour and well presented. Staff were attentive making sure my dad and mum were cared for as if they were family. The royal paneer starters were wonderful. I cannot believe the rave reviews for this restaurant by many people. They can't all be wrong. The restaurant is clean with a nice ambience. It is comfortable also the servers are knowledgeable and attentive.That is the good part. Having lived in various parts of India whilst growing up our house had 2 indian cooks and several other local helpers.The smells coming from the kitchen enticed me in where I helped the cooks in various ways. luring potatoes and cauliflowerWe ordered a variety of dishes that were ruined by the kitchen. My vegetables including potatoes and cauliflower could not be eaten with a fork, I HAD TO USE A SPOON. Also the spice and herb associated with this dish got lost on the way from the kitchen. The fish biryani was so overcooked that the rice was like splinters of wood.. Even the veg curry, all sauce and little veg did nothing to resurect it., Another person had a Korai dish, most unsatisfactory, and she remarked that it was the strangest Korai that she had ever had and she should know. Apart from our party of 4, the ly let the place down was empty and there were more servers than other customers. The kitchen staff badly jet the restaurant down and should return to India to enhance their limited cooking skills. I feel that other customers have experienced the A kitchen team where we experienced the Z team. There a few Indian restaurants around the general area that provide very good Indian fare and put this restaurant t shame. I would not return also I could not recommend anyone to waste money going there.

we had the same as couple of nights ago. which was excellent. ordered the same tonight - umm cold. korma and lamb pasanda exactly the same colour and tasted similar? our garlic nan was an ordinary nan. not garlic. very tough meat and very poor. I would guess a completely different chef from the other night? not happy at all.
