Tikka biryani was great, speedy friendly service and onsite parking

We were staying at the Leonardo hotel and decided to check Google to see what was good close by. We saw Zayani, and the ratings were good. We decided to go, from the time we entered we were greeted by Anish, he was extremely nice, he greeted us, then he took our order and also the bartender at the time. The food was delicious, not a long wait time and also the drink was great. His colleague, Meelan was also extremely nice. Not often you go to a place that have a triple threat, great food, great service and a great atmosphere. Thank you both for making our short stay so memorable. Great

I have been visiting Zayani on and off since 2018. The chutney tray is possibly the best I've ever had. I love the good selection that is offered. This is the best place to visit if visiting or staying in the Heathrow area. I recently learned from Anish the restaurant has been taken over but the quality is still the same. The only difference I noticed was the napkins. There is a free car park to the rear and it is within easy walking distance of Bath road and the Radisson hotel. I will definitely return again.

The taste of food is amazing. They have a huge variety and it’s so budget friendly. And the best thing is it’s just 7 minutes drive from Heathrow Airport. So if you’re waiting for your flight and you’re in a mood to indulge in some mouth watering delicacies, this is your place!

We wanted to get around 40 people together for a farewell do... and thought of zayani. Block booking tables... no problem. Arranging for people to have a first drink on our tab... no problem. Catering to deal with 40 food orders quickly... no problem. Food was served promptly considering the numbers, and, as usual for zayani, it was excellent. The staff are super friendly; they even remembered us from the last visit — quite impressive as they must see hundreds of people. Everything was done with a smile and quiet efficiency. Result? We, and all our friends, had a great night. If you want to go out with a large group of just have a quiet curry, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Stayed at the Ibis Style Heathrow airport to get an early flight, so did a google search and found this restaurant within walking distance. Surprised to find such a good and authentic indian resto out in what feels like the middle of nowhere! Very clean environment and great service too. Recommend!

The indian food i had over here was really delicious specially the naan and paneer, i really loved it and had the fantastic evening.

The curries were astronomical - we ordered butter chicken and uttar pardesi masala, very tasty, really good quality, ranking top 3 best curries I had ever in my life. Only fault I had was the flatbread roti & chapati was gluten free, which made it not as chewy as normal (being very picky saying that). Would highly recommend, top mark and well done for a lovely evening with GREAT food, & GREAT staff.

Amazing food, nice and clean interior. Our server Millan welcomed us wonderfully and gave suggestions tailored to our taste. The Zayani had a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely return or grab a cheeky takeaway.

We tried the zayani for the first time, this place was recommended by my friend the food was great as said, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service was great. highly recommended, will visit every time we pass through Heathrow.

First of all £7 for a pint of lemonade from the tap. £32 for 2 lemonade, one OJ, 1 ginger beer and one pint of cider. Offered poppadoms once we had sat down in a very "complimentary" manner...they were not. £2 each. I'm also worried that they might recycle the unfinished dips. No discernable difference in the curries ordered except maybe the colour. Luke warm curry, tough dry chicken like it was microwaved. I'm pretty sure the rice was uncle Ben's too. Strong smell of the toilets from where we were sat in the middle of restaurant. Oh and to top it off Chai for desert cost £13 for three cups and when asked how it was made..hot water with powdered milk and powdered Chai. Can't justify that. The waiter took it off the bill straight away like he knew it was ridiculous. If you're wondering why I paid £7 for a lemonade it was not advertised on the drinks menu or anywhere. If the price isn't clear just assume it's a rip off. Frankly I'm worried if that's what's apparent God knows what's happening behind the scenes. Obviously desperate, deceitful and cutting corners. Praying I'm not ill tonight.

Should have been 5 star but my main let it down , visited here the day before flying out of Heathrow , the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming , was all going well until my main came and it was just so salty , I probably should have asked for another but me being anxious has never done it, my wife ordered the same as me and hers was beautiful so maybe it was just a mistake , the rest of the food was incredible , naans and starter wonderful just a shame about my main.

We always get food from here whenever we go down to London for a flight via Heathrow. Amazing Indian food, which is really good value for money too. The service was really quick too and our waiter was lovely (sorry I didn't catch his name). Can't wait to return!

Went with my family after a long day visiting London, had the best Indian food after I came to the UK. Cozy place made me feel familiar and at home. Another best thing about Zayani is its friendly staffs. Top notch services. Sizzling lamb was the best. Too good desserts. Loved the experience.

Was excited to try this place. However they closed 45 minutes early. Given the other reviews I’m sure the food is excellent but don’t try to show up at 1:45p. It would be great if the owner updated their hours.

Small, independent eatery in close proximity to Heathrow airport and the M4. Fantastic attention to detail in regards to service with the staff accommodating our request for off menu items such as butter paneer. The chutney tray was impressive as was the sizzling paneer tikka which was perfectly charred. The aloo puri was amazingly aromatic as was the chana masala. Parking is conveniently located at the back of the premises and booking is advisable.

Great spot for Indian food close to Heathrow. It was a 10 min Uber ride and well worth it. The service was excellent as was the food. Our kids enjoyed the butter chicken and garlic naan. We enjoyed a recommendation from the waiter. Will definitely go back on our next layover!

All the food dishes looked the same even though they were meant to be different over cooked, just soaked in hot spices that it had been warmed up . Most of us were ill the next day and wouldn't recommend it at all .

Fantastic contemporary Indian Restaurant just 12 minutes walk from the Leonardo hotel. The foods ok in the hotel but it’s only that. Just a short walk away this little restaurant is serving traditional freshly cooked Indian- Nepalese food with a great attention to detail. The staff are interested, and helpful, the decor modern, but the food really is excellent. The bar is well stocked- You can also get a bottle of white for 20 quid. Very good value. Very much recommended. I will certainly return!

Near the Hethrow Hotel I found a fine, dying Indian restaurant. The atmosphere was nice. The quality of the food was good. I ordered naan and east bangol king prawn chill masalla. It was delicious. I am very happy with the service that was provided to me. The meal was so tasty that I also ordered to take some for my friend.

Zayani is a lovely local Indian restaurant in Sipson, just a short way from Heathrow Airport just off Bath Road. The staff are friendly and take the time to talk to their customers and offer great food at a great price, I've been there twice this week! If you're staying at one of the numerous hotels along Bath Road just outside Heathrow's perimeter road, give them a visit, they're on Sipson Road, a short walk from the Leonardo hotel where I've been staying. If you're driving, they also have a car park for your visit, see you next time I'm in town.

I’m an Indian restaurant veteran and trust me this place is the one. Butter chicken and lamb chops is a must, if you don’t like lamb on the bone then go for the lamb sashlik. If you want fish then you must go for the tapia starter dish. Great service very catering to family or groups with the lads/ ladies. They usually cater to businesses from the hotels at Heathrow so they know how to cater, very classy. Food has always been consistent, been a regular for over 10 years. All staff are very very friendly regardless if manager or owner is in 👌🏼

First time we used this restaurant and I am so disappointed. Ordered food and was told it would be here at 6.30. At 7.15 still not here. When the food finally arrived it was cold. We only live 10 minutes from the restaurant so no excuse. Will no be ordering again.

Fantastic Indian restaurant in Sipson. Within walking distance of many Heathrow hotels on the A4 bath road. I visited them twice within a couple of weeks whilst staying down at the airport for work. Amazing food and service each time!
