Naaz Kitchen in Hillingdon

Have been ordering food from this restaurant for almost an year and never got disappointed. The food is always fresh and mouth watering. Afzal is a very nice person and he never compromise on quality of food. We mostly order Chicken dum biryani from here and sometimes other dishes as well. You get 20% discount if you directly order from their website. Also unlike the other restaurants, you don't need to order for a minimum amount to get this discount which I really appreciate.

"I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Naaz Kitchen. I placed an order at 8:15, and I expected my food to be delivered within a reasonable time frame. However, the delivery was egregiously delayed, and it took 2hrs The delay was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. When I contacted their customer support to inquire about the delay and am getting excuse. It's disappointing to see such poor handling of a situation that could have been managed better. In the end, The experience was horrible and I am getting all these services even after paying the delivery charge for £7..Management should at least think from the customer side waiting for 2 hr and that too paid services is really unacceptable

Authentic and great. Need lamb biryani and pilau on the menu. Also naan change will be great. Else all superb

Hidden Gem 💎..must try.. Chicken biriyani was just perfect, not too greecy not too spicy just right..Chicken manchurian was a delight...I will surely have it again..and again...

Just wow. The best dum biryani in West London. The 65 dry is similar to the andhra style ones and the majestic chicken is also a must try. Tandoori is good but seems not charcoal made.

I was quite disappointed. Rice was very expensive at £7 on Deliveroo and it was a small portion. Butter chicken was ok but the Chicken 65 was quite bland and the naan was disappointing.

Absolutely loved the food and customer service. Great value for money. It is so hard to find authentic south Indian restaurants around here; they've nailed it.

Finally found a place that knows Indian spice levels. Wonderful food takeout location and a very kind restaurant owner. I definitely recommend this place if you want to eat the true Indian food .

The best most authentic hyderabadi home cook food.every single item is freshly prepared & super tasteful.the khatee daal, dum biryani & bheegare bhaagan are my favourite along with special bread they make with there special pickle on the side. Every othet dish i have tried has been the best ever.i can say with 1000% i have never had better desi food in the uk.MUST TRY.THE BEST

Good food. The Sheermal style bread was so soft and delicious. Whip up the lovely butter chicken. Very tasty. The biryani is not the traditional Hyderabadi biryani that I am used too but it was still good.

First time we had order from Naz kitchen , Hyderabadi chicken Qorma with rice and Naan bread. Naan bread was incredible, chicken is juicy full of flavour, the rice is well cooked. Highly recommend ! Thank you

What a hidden treasure this place turned out to be…we were so impressed with all our dishes, authentic and tasty! Had the Dum biryani, balti lamb, butter chicken, chicken 65 and Dahl makhani! Guarantee you won’t be disappointed with this place!

It was a it difficult to find the place, but I was determined to taste the food as the ratings were good. At the start I felt the price was high but when I had the food and tasted it. Ordered Hyderabadi veg biryani, chicken tikka and Dal Makhani. Easily the worst Hyderabadi biryani I have ever eaten. I have lived in Hyderabad and know how Hyderabadi biryani tastes. How this pathetic bland mixture of rice with veggies thrown in is called Hyderabadi Biryani is beyond me. The chicken tikka wasn’t clearly fresh as although warm when delivered the pieces were so hard that it was quite clear they had been heated multiple times. Had trouble biting into some pieces even. Atrocious food, terrible experience.

Based in a take-away kitchen complex we weren’t sure what we were expecting but it was some of the best food we’ve had in a long time. This was my first experience of Hyderabadi style Indian and it won’t be my last! We collected so got a discount and they were so nice to deal with. Definitely recommend.

It was way too spicy for me personally and I like a bit of spice! Perhaps options on spice level would be nice. Flavour was there but totally over shadowed by my mouth being on fire.

I had One of “The Best Biriyani in London” the perfect Hyderabadi Biriyani to have. I had the chicken Biriyani, the chicken was so tender and fell of the bone, the spices were on point. Then we also had the Mutton Biriyani was on a different level 🔥🔥❤️ It’s a must try place for Biriyani in London and other Hyderabadi food ..🔥🙏🏾

honestly, i missed my mums cooking as she has been on holiday for 3 months so I decided to order some biryani just to get the craving to go away. I was expecting it to be pretty bland and westernised as usual london places are but i was so so surprised. The biryani has so much flavour, proper tranditional and the chicken was extremely moist. Also very happy that you can request for more spice. I ordered earlier today and i’m thinking about ordering more for dinner 😂
