A great space to recover from your flight. The showers in particular are perfect. The actual lounge area is small and gets quite busy (or did when we were there) but the food is reasonable enough (but did take an age to come out as there was only one chef working).

After a long night flight from Delhi this was a lovely relaxing place for breakfast before our journey home. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist and asked whether we wanted to use the showers to which we declined. We were shown into the lounge and was greeted by a very friendly waitress. The menu was ample for breakfast. We had eggs Benedict and delicious French toast. Coffee and tea was plentiful. The waitress came over several times to ask whether everything was o.k.and whether we wanted anything else. The staff are a credit to Virgin. I definitely recommend this place after a long flight. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we fly with Virgin. We flew upper class but I don’t know whether other passengers are allowed in the lounge.

For those with access, this is a good stop before taking transport into London. Clean, facilities with showers available. Food menu very limited if one can even access via QR code. Reliance on individual travelers to use their phones after international flights to figure out how to place an order is frustrating for the sleep-deprived. Makes no sense why wait staff cannot take orders either directly at the bar or at one's table. Felt unwelcoming.

This makes a world of difference after a long flight. A slight delay as they couldn’t find our flight (which is strange). However once through, nice showers, not overly luxury but nice REN products, housekeeping pressing service and nice breakfast. All ready to start our day.

Virgin has cut back on the lovely services--facials & massages--once offered in the Arrivals Lounge but it's still worth stopping for a fresh breakfast (great eggs) and reasonably good cappuccino. Pleasant staff, beautiful showers, fluffy towels like home.

I usually tend to rush straight home after flights from the States, but today I popped into the Virgin Atlantic revivals Lounge at Heathrow/ Terminal 3 and I must say it was worth the stop. Very friendly , accommodating and helpful staff, nice little treats to eat and drink and clean spacious shower cabins to refresh. Open also for Delta One customers and Diamond Club members. Recommendable!

Fantastic lounge to visit after a long flight. Offered a shower room on arrival. Gorgeous toiletries and fluffy towels. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Tried the carrot shot to relieve jet lag.

I only had a shortened breakfast on my inbound flight because I wanted more sleeping time so it was great to be able to order a breakfast - portions are very small though. Shower was good. Could have done with a power socket for my hair straighteners. One member of staff ignored me at first and served others who had arrived after me. She did eventually take my order after I waved at her but was very surly. She seemed unhappy that I had bothered to go up to the self-serve counter to get a glass of water which I was in need of. However 2 other staff members were very friendly. The reception staff were friendly but appeared stressed by the 'shower situation' (as they put it). There was a queue for the showers but I didn't have to wait too long. Would probably use again as food, whilst being tiny portions, was tasty and there is a choice of seating.

Having arrived from ATL overnight, we needed to kill a couple hours waiting for my in-laws. By virtue of our 1st class tickets, we had free entry to this lounge. While not particularly eye-catching from a design standpoint, the amenities made up for it. A free, fresh-cooked breakfast, cappuccino, private shower stalls and bathrooms. I didn’t take advantage of the shower but did check out the facilities…..perfectly adequate. Should we do this again, we will avail ourselves of the showers. Recommended

After an overnight flight from JFK, this is a great way to start the day. I was on a Delta flight booked with Delta, but as Delta codeshares with Virgin, D1 passengers and Diamond Medallions can use the Revivals Lounge. I was able to shower, shave, change my clothes and have a nice sausage sandwich before getting the Tube into London. It makes overnight travel so much better.

First time in here courtesy of a business class flight. Very professional VS greeting, quickly booked in for showers and shown where the luggage storage was. The shower was a dream after a long journey, towels, lotions, shampoo, body wash all free with excellent storage space. I then went and had a full english breakfast with lots of tea and coffee. Table service is on offer and the staff were very polite and came regularly around. After breakfast I booked a free 15 minute facial which was very rejuvenating. Altogether an excellent experience to freshen up, eat and then carry on with my journey home.

Your flight landed at 7 a.m. Your hotel won't give you a room until 3 p.m. How often has that happened to you? Do you lose most of the first day of vacation smelling of stale airplane in the clothes you slept in, wandering around in a fog? Virgin has the perfect answer. The Revivals Lounge in Terminal 3 will a) give you a private bath for a long, hot shower, toilet, and change of clothes; b) a hot or cold made-to-order breakfast c) an opportunity to use your computer in relative privacy, while d) your jacket gets pressed. And, if you're traveling in Upper Class (or on a code-shared flight in first or business class), it's part of the price of the plane ticket. We used the service in early January on an overnight flight from the US. It was the perfect end to a transatlantic flight.

A real English pub owned and run by the managers in the Center of Harefield. Filled with locals who make you feel welcomed and staff that go the extra mile. The food is excellent, a balance of traditional English pub food and Asian cuisine that are perfect. Drinks prices are probably the best around and you can sit around the fire or tuck yourself away on the sofa. Highly recommended.
