Uber order F2C64. For some reason I didn't get the feedback box come up on Uber...unless I missed it in error. As always, I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant/takeaway service. From the whole process of the deliverer calling me on arrival, to the pleasant greetings, to the hand over of the hot food, to saying goodbye courteously with kind words, all the way to the first bite until the last. This place is just the best. Forget all the other 'famous' chains of Pizza Reataurants/take aways, give Bella Roma a go, you won't be disappointed! I'm so confident I'm writing and rating them before I've even opened the box!! The delivery drivers always get a tip from me, I believe the whole team from top to bottom work hard but in the delivery industry, the deliverer is the face of the company and that's one major factor why I keep ordering from here. If you get miserable delivery, would you feel confident to order from them again? I wouldn't. I never met tonight's deliverer before but like all the others he was super polite, super friendly. God Bless brother (your words were too kind). 10 out of 10 for this place.

This is about branch in Pinner, HA5 2EN. When ordered vegetarian pizza, I witnessed with my eyes, they prepared ham pizza with bare hands and touched vegetarian pizza with the same hands. When I asked and requested, they accepted their mistake but started giving me same cheese which was touched with the hands making the ham pizza. When I enquired,the head chef( small guy with the beard) started arguing and told me to “get lost” So not only they provide their customer, a vegetarian pizza with traces of non veg but also they provide extreme rude customer service. This is against food safety and trading standards. He also said that you would have eaten the same pizza if you didn’t see it today so that shows that we cannot trust any food which we order online or haven’t witnessed its preparation infront of our eyes.

Went to get dinner after a 13hrs shift as it was on the way not expecting much. However the food was absolutely delicious. Ordered a 13" pepperoni plus - got a 15" instead (very kindly) and the pizza tasted so similar to pizza express but at a much cheaper cost! Very pleased and will be stopping by again :)

Great tasting pizza, but disappointed in their dealings with orders. I’ve ordered from them almost weekly. Always the same half and half order. Never had an issue as they advertise under offers that any pizza is x £. Last 2-3 orders been getting called and asked to cover an extra 1 in cash for some reason and actually caught by surprise as rarely have cash in the house. It’s not the amount, it’s the principle at the end of the day.

Made pizza for my daughter's 6th birthday. I pre-ordered the day before and they were very accomodating. They pizza was hot and on time and delicious. Everyone was asking where it was from. I ended up ordering 2 more pizzas and they arrived quickly and were just as delicious. Can't wait to try again!

Good pizzas but a tad pricey. 10 inch pizzas thin base for £10 should be heavily topped or sold for less. Having said that, service was fast and very polite.

Avoid at all costs, unless you like Horrendous tasting, bread crust, bland tasting, cold pizza, from staff that don’t care for service. Better to make a bread pizza at home, or go with Tesco pizza if you ask my kids. Edges burnt, and inner pizza too soggy. A fake attempt at ‘Italian’ pizza. To top it off, the staff and service are absolutely the worst - heard the owner or manager swearing back at a customer in store.

We like the quality. Interestingly the website will not give the correct price for collection of you use it so calling and ordering gets the correct price. However the quality is consistent. Especially as we were constantly let down by Pizza Hut in Ruislip Manor.

UPDATE, I have received a refund for the hairy pizza, the manager sent a delivery driver the next afternoon to reimburse me, in which i appreciate. Although it wasn't a pleasant experience, good customer service can negotiate the matter.

Just an atrocious attempt to be Italian! This place just carries an Italian name with no backing as to how to make the most basic pizza with any falvour whatsoever! What I find most suspicious or shall I say raises a few eyebrows is that all the Google reviews with 4/5 STARS below seem to be from users with no history of reviews for other places.. Even more interesting is that all the 1 star reviews have got an increased number of thumbs up which suggests that most agree with negative reviews here than the positive! Look elsewhere if you are after genuine tasty delicious pizza with homemade pizza sauce!

Ordered via uber eats - The base was rock hard and believe me I've got good teeth but this was just something else. Called the place to see if anything can be done.. Either to exchange for which I was willing to drive back to the place or offer another dish but this was out of the question for the owner. Turned down immediately with no other suggestions and hung up rudely without the willingness to help in any way! Please stay away from this place if you want to keep all your front teeth! Not tasty at all!
