Had a lovely full english Breakfast here, Before my Transit flight to BangkokThailand then to Jakarta indonesia,… bigSmoke Staff Miss Harpreet served me exceptionally well… Met all my little request and modifications to my breakfast, i wanted Low Carbohydrates and maximum Fats and Protein, So six eggs done in all the ways they can do it, fried, Poach and Scrambled and Sausages and Bacon… Absolutely fabtastic, What a Treat before my long 16hour flight, Thank you aonce again BigSmoke chefs For such a Bang On Quality of full English and Eggs, Thank you mrs Harpreet once again for the wonderful Table service, a very serving smile and character,… More staff like her would make a Great Team to customer service i think.. So glad to live just around the corner from this place (formerly known as Steak & Lobster). It’s incredibly convenient to pop in for lunch or dinner. The steak is always cooked to perfection, and the lemon salad is so delicious you’ll find yourself wanting more with every bite. The décor and ambience are warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

One of the worst foods I have ever eaten in my life, the skewers were dry and absolutely flavorless, the lettuce looked wilted and the yogurt dressing was so gross, and the sticky toffe pudding was average... the staff was very nice though...

Dirty inside in food prep area / food storage inadequate and when food served it wasn’t cooked properly/tempid temperature / avoid

Ordered food at 6:00pm food should of arrived by 6:50pm. My food came to the door at 7:35pm freezing cold. Milkshake had melted and so did the other ice drink that I ordered! Will not be ordering from here again.

Pretty good Starbucks and I counted about 10 staff working a s moving fast. Well managed. Usual good standard and not bad for an airport.
