Good food and Aika treated us very friendly.

Alka who served on the breakfast team was amazing. She was so kind and considerate to my daughter and completely catered for her dietary needs being coeliac. Making her experience so extra special and making her and us all feel very well cared for. Alka is the best!

I am coeliac and I honestly could not of asked for a better waitress, Alka was so lovely and thoughtful and got everything I needed and made sure my food was prepared safely, she was so kind and really made my morning.

Server Sidney was most attentive and very helpful. He offered useful suggestions and was quick to follow up requests. He was forthcoming with non-food related questions. I would ask for his assistance on another visit to the restaurant.

For a hotel so busy the service and food is outstanding. Sidney was attentive, polite and always there with an offer of assistance to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Naveen was great! The restaurant in the middle of the hotel was wonderful. We sat at the bar and they were very thorough with my GLUTEN FREE order, taking all the precautions necessary! Would highly recommend!

The service here was exceptional… after a long flight it was so nice to be welcomed by Mimi and Katya who looked after us so well! What a nice way to spend our first morning in the UK. Thank you 😊

This was our last stop on our two week trip to Paris and London. I wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport for easy transport the next day. We arrived and went to the bar for a couple of cocktails and then ate a light meal. The next morning we came down for a fabulous breakfast. The price was good, the choices vast. Anything you would want from fruit to eggs to waffles to blood pudding. Alka, was an amazing staff member. She was friendly and welcoming. She even offered to make us a omelette the next day but alas, we were leaving. I would highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Thank you so much for a pleasant day.

I loooved the experience here , however what was exceptional is the nice lady with catching smile and lovely service , she is attentive to details . Most importantly helped me with getting fresh mint so I can enjoy a cup of tea with fresh mint 😍😍 Egyptian /arabic style tea 😃. It’s lovely to meet a person like this in the stressful time before traveling .

This restaurant has the most exquisite meals and our server, Kartik, was super friendly. So was our table guider.

Rooms are really nice food is very good especially Breakfast, the staff are really friendly and Helpful, Ecaterina always says good morning with a smile and nothing is too much trouble she always asks if everything is OK and if you need anything else. Check in can be a bit busy at times especially if there is a cancelled flight.

Sidney had perfect timing as a waiter and made the experience better with his professionalism. The Mushroom & Thyme risotto was herby, warm, and delicious.

Mimi and Katya worked amazing well and the food was beautiful especially from the buffet. Mimi was so kind and fabulous costumer service skill.

I had the Continental breakfast. The food was good and there was a nice variety of food to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Alka in particular. Someone sat down at my table when I went to get my food. Alka quickly sorted it and brought me new cutlery. Was a very enjoyable meal.

We needed a place to stay near the airport with three young kids. After a long day of travel it was great to have a good restaurant that was also child friendly on site. Service was great, Sidney was very efficient and kind to the very child children. The breakfast buffet was super extensive and Alka found time to chat to our 6 year old while we were ferrying for for everyone.

Ms. Mimi was absolutely amazing waitress. Everything was so perfect from her and tge breakfast as well.

Great food in the sports bar restaurant in the hotel. Ciezel served me and was fantastic, fast and really attentive. If you’re staying in the hotel I’d recommend eating in the restaurant

The food was Hot and Lovely with the perfect menu tailored to my needs. Especially Staff named Alka who was a sweet lady. She was making sure each guest feeling welcome and food was warm and enjoyable. If something was not right, she’ll be the first to get it sorted pronto

Stayed 2 nights and had breakfast and an evening meal which was lovely. Service for the evening meal was by a lovely and attentive waitress called Pacifa. All three courses were delicious and well portioned. Both food and service were excellent.

COSMIN is especially smiley and friendly, and speaks to guests to check their satisfaction. The tall Indian young female staff at the entrance was no smile, slow to respond, and commanding, which was very unpleasant, but thanks to COSMIN, and I was able to relax.

Surprised by quality of food near airport as something of a desert historically. Excellent steak and decent wine with a fresh salad thrown in. Pacifa our waitress was charming.

We stayed here overnight in between a 2 day trip to legoland. We were celebrating my sons birthday, the staff here were fantastic and once they realised we were celebrating a birthday they surprised us with a cake. Wonderful restaurant! Stayed next door at Staybridge and had dinner here. Pizzas were great, Daniele pizza was the best! Our sweet server Sorina took great care of us. Will definitely look to come back here next time we’re staying at Heathrow.

Always great food and service, Elliot and Ecaterina are always friendly on my weekly stays. The Chicken Scallopine is tremendous as is the mushroom risotto. Breakfast is a great spread and quality produce. Pizzas are also really good and epic sizes! A little gem in the hotel restaurant world.

We wound up at this hotel restaurant after a debacle with our flights connecting through London. We were pleasantly surprised at this spacious and modern Italian style restaurant at the heart of the hotel. Our waiter, Karthik, was extremely friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was fairly priced for the situation. Although we were travelers, the bar and other areas of the restaurant looked wonderful for after work drinks, a large group or a conference. I don’t expect to stay close to the airport anytime soon but should that happen I would welcome a chance to return here.

During our stay at Holiday Inn, we decided to try HI Pizza Restaurant for a light bite. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive. We started with some delicious appetizers, followed by a pizza Diavola and ribeye steak dish—both full of authentic Italian flavors and ingredients. The food was delicious! What really stood out was the friendly service and attention to detail from our server. Highly recommend for a tasty meal and a welcoming atmosphere!

I visited HI Pizza Restaurant while staying at Staybridge Suites and was pleasantly surprised by their great selection of vegetarian dishes. I ordered a vegetarian starter, followed by a fresh, well-balanced pasta dish. The flavors were rich, and the ingredients tasted fresh. The staff were attentive and made the experience even better with their friendly service. Definitely a great spot for a delicious vegetarian meal in a welcoming setting!

I came to Hi! Pizza restaurant at holiday inn as it was part of a package deal. The service and food quality and quantity was excellent! It was a 3 course meal, 2 different menus for adults and kids. I was worried the children's menu portion sizes wouldn't be large enough for my kids (12 and 14), but we ended up having to get a doggy bag for what they couldn't manage. The adults had the chicken and sea bass dishes, both delicious and good portions. The chocolate cake was good, but the Tiramasu was outstanding! Best I've had. Our waiter Dhruv was top notch, attentive and helpful. Would recommend.
