Hi! Pizza in Hillingdon

Very patchy food. Bavette steak was tough and the fries weren’t freshly cooked and while the salmon was ok the new potatoes were greasy and the tender stem wasn’t good. Maybe pizza is a safer bet The food came out very quickly to be all freshly cooked.

Great food and service on our one night stay, thanks to Mcvil and Naveen for looking after us for the night!…. Well done gents!

After a long flight all you want is a good meal and great service. This hotel restaurant was packed because it was the night of the soccer finals, but Sidney was an amazing server. He was incredibly attentive and super quick despite how busy it was. We both ordered to salmon, it tasted incredibly fresh and so did the vegetables. Where other hotel restaurants cut corners by having frozen vegetables this place does not skimp, it was high quality food. Drinks were good too—we really enjoyed dining here. Thanks Sidney for making our evening!

Very nice evening meal for our one night stay at this holiday inn. The pizza was surprisingly good and the service from Sidney was excellent. He was attentive, but not overbearing.

We were hungry and exhausted after two long flights. We decided to walk the mile from our hotel to Hi Pizza after seeing the reviews and menu, such a smart decision! The food was excellent; fresh, well.prepared and the prices very reasonable. Our server, Elliott, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the wines, so we ordered a bottle. The wood fired pizza with thin crust was delicious. We highly recommend Hi Pizza.

For a chain hotel restaurant the food at Hi! Italy was surprisingly excellent. It was tasty, perfectly cooked and not over-priced. We had the prawn pasta and lamb chops. Also had the best cosmopolitan from the bar. Thanks Sidney for providing excellent service and good conversation in the restaurant.

The food was terrible. Truffle risotto which was like rice pudding with no flavour at all. Pasta that was just in a sloppy goo like wallpaper paste. Mixed leaf salad which was mouldy. An extortionate rip off. Avoid

Karthik was my waiter at the Hotel I stayed at by London Heathrow Airport. My hotel room was spotless and the restaurant staff was excellent. I had the vegan risotto with mushrooms and olives.

Food was amazing. Our server, Elliot, was very respectful and provided wonderful service. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone in the mood for Italian food.

Great service from Naveen, Mcvil, Assis, and Brendan every week! Would be good to see daily specials, more frequent menu changes, and offers as we are here for work so stay frequently for a long time.

Pizza was cold and burnt underneath and was priced too high for how bland it was. Staff were attempting to be high class but we're just a bit rude/awkward and off-putting.

Why does this have a 4.6 average?! They did not like we "hadn't booked" (we had but they didn't check the online bookings) even though the restaurant was almost empty. Pizza was both cold and burnt. Completely flavourless (they really pushed the chilli oil, now we know why). Made wetherspoons look gormet by comparison. It's also really expensive, and they automatically add a 12.5% service charge. Really disappointing, no clue why the reviews are mostly positive.

Nice and easy to visit. And the service was really friendly, nice and quick. My 9 and 11 year old kids insisted me to give feedback, because they gave 5/5 points to food and friendly Elliot. And I need to say Elliot created such an environment that my a little shy and not-english-speaking kids deared to ask questions from the waiter in English for the first time in their lives ❤️

Following the last minute cancellation of my flight, I was redirected to this hotel while waiting to reach my final destination, Miami. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel staff only speaks English, which makes communication very difficult for travelers who are not fluent in this language. However, I had the chance to meet Mimi, a radiant, friendly and multilingual waitress, who helped me a lot. It is regrettable that a person like her is not present at the reception, because she would perfectly know how to guide international travelers. Furthermore, some members of the staff were not very pleasant and made no effort to understand us, which gave us the feeling of being ignored, despite our status as customers. This attitude is difficult to accept and has contributed to an overall negative experience in this establishment. The only person to thank him is Mimi!!!
