Decent coffee but very overpriced. The lack of vegan food is thoroughly unacceptable. Please see to introducing plant-based protein options for the sandwiches, bagels and toasties, as well as vegan pastries, vegan cakes etc.

Kinga, Chris, Dayana and Matthew, these people are brilliant. They know their costumer service, they love to making their customers happy. I love to come into here and spend my time here before work and sit in here for hours. The quality of coffee is brilliant. Roxanna the manager is great, she doesn't leave her staff by themselves I always see her helping her staff. Highly recommended their services!

Not seen it at peak times, but it was beautiful coffee right when I really needed it. Julie was a star as well. Very lovely and she filled my water bottle. 💜

After a long flight all the way from India, Black Sheep Coffee at Heathrow felt like a warm, relaxing oasis. The meal deal with the coffee and sandwich was just what I needed – the Americano was perfectly brewed, and the sandwich hit the spot. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience feel even more homely. This was my second visit, and it certainly won’t be my last!

I have visited black sheep coffee in Heathrow Terminal 2 , the food and service is really good , specially thanks to kingo for her amazing service .

Smooth as silk, non-butter and tasty coffee, will always return to enjoy. Space is very small/quick meeting friendly.

Breakfast deal. Burnt roll disgusting brewed coffee. It has no taste and was stone cold. Customers can't find enough space as there were rough sleepers lying on the bench. I left the coffee on the table even though I ordered take away. Please treat take away food as eat in please.

I ordered a latte in Heathrow’s Black Sheep’s Coffee house. I was so tired I picked up the wrong coffee and headed towards my coach. A wonderful employee called Julie came after me with my correct drink! Great service!

Black Sheep Coffee at Heathrow Central Bus Station offers a quick and easy ordering process, with impressively fast service. However, coming from Costa Coffee, I was a bit taken aback by the price. You pay as much for a small coffee here as you would for a medium in Costa. The coffee itself is decent, but the higher price point makes it feel like you’re paying a premium for convenience rather than just the drink. If you’re in a hurry, it’s great, but if you're after value, it might be worth considering other options.

Kevin, Sahra, and Lydia were very nice and I loved the food here. The staff were really friendly and I enjoyed my experience.

Black Sheep Coffee is One of my go-to coffee shops in London, and really pleased that there is a branch in Heathrow Central Station. I love the quality of the drinks, and the service I received in this branch is impeccable. Thank you to Kevin, Sahra, and Lydia for an amazing service. My coffee was prepared with so much positivity from the team, and made me enjoy my cup of coffee today! :)

Great tea and coffee here with the show being run by the super friendly and super helpful Julie. No idea how she patiently deals with the endless stream of jet lagged idiots and their stream of stupid questions but she deals with it brilliantly and with a cheery smile :)

Had a really tough day of cancelled flights etc. and popped into the Heathrow T2 branch for a coffee and a sit, Kinga and Kevin were extremely kind and made my experience extremely comfortable during such an uncomfortable experience. Excellent coffee, service and staff!

I regularly use Black Sheep coffee on route to work. Julie is a total star. She and the other staff are always happy, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile.

One of the worst americanos I've tasted. I left it there. Plus I did not like being forced to use a touchscreen to make an order. Way too many McDonald's touchscreen ordering nowadays. What happened to just speaking to a human.

Had some yummy waffles with strawberry and banana, pan au raisin and hot chocolate..extreme bliss. My kid was extremely happy with his food

Great thanks for Amy 💕💕💕 we ordered the sandwich here after 10hours flight. My 3-year-old broke the orange bottle, my angel Stuff Amy cleaned the mess up and offered a new bottle of orange. Visited when waiting for a bus late in the central bus station in the evening. Great little place. Open 24 hours and has a good selection of food, if you get peckish. Salt beef bagel was tasty. Had a good conversation with Julie and Amy who were friendly and helped to pass the time well. :)

The food was near flavourless and loaded with grease, the portions were also inexcusable considering the price of the items. I ordered a tuna melt which was mainly just bread, there was very little tuna and the whole thing was almost wet with grease. The most overpriced and low quality place I've been to.

After 5 days and 2 cancelled flights I finally landed at Heathrow. My soul was 50% destroyed. After service and a little banter from Julie I was resurrected. Her hospitality skills are superb. I don’t pass by Heathrow airport often, but when I do I always make sure to grab a coffee from these guys. Staff is really friendly and helpful, I did not know how much I would love a turmeric latte with a dash of honey until they recommended me this combo! I just wish there would be a Black Sheep café in Bristol, closer to my place! Totally recommend them 💯 🥯 ☕️

Felt very let down by the breakfast bun. Always make a stop here on my way out of Heathrow as coffee is usually really good. Grabbed a bacon roll. A very sorry looking roll. £6.99 for brekkie deceptively priced.

I needed some ice to keep my medication cool, the lovely ladies Julie and Harley not only gave me ice but the also put my ice packs in the freezer to freeze for the next leg of my travel. After a long journey it was just the kindness I needed. Above and beyond. Food and drink was great too.

Am a traveler. And liked the convenient location in terminal three at the bus loop. The atmosphere looked great. I went to order my coffee at the screen had a bit of a learning curve to do that but did get the coffee I wanted and my double espresso decaf is exactly what I wanted, and then I got the con panna added. Perfection. One comment/suggestion for a first time like me, the instructions on the Order screen could be a bit more instructive from one step to the next. I had to work out it to get my order done. I would like to see more of Instructive step-by-step process. What does they say? The coffee was incredible. Thank you.
