Oh, after 20h of travelling, Roxana made this break unforgettable for me and my husband. Her smile on arrival was so cute, she made us feel so welcome although she was so busy. Roxana was extremely helpful, we had a couple of requests when we ordered, and she was awesome when dealing with it. Also, my pistachio late with cream was soooo deli 😋 Other members of staff were nice too ❤️

Marianne served me and she is very very nice. Absolutely amazing service I will be sure to come here every single time. Really nice girl.

I paid £4.99 for a large Mocha, it tasted like no Mocha I have ever had. It was extremely bitter and consisted mainly of froth. Worst coffee I have ever had and expensive. I was in a hurry so could not spare the time to complain.

I stopped by Black Sheep Coffee and was pleasantly surprised how Creamy and smooth the coffee itself was. The staff was friendly I like the self order computer which made things really quick. Price was decent. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Black Sheep Coffee to anyone looking for a solid cup of coffee.

Terrible customer service !!! Paid with cash and still she made me wait while she carried in serving online orders. Not a single please, thank you or a smile! The only reason your still there is most definitely not due to customer service but due to the lack of other options after a long flight ...

Kris was outstanding, he provided excellent customer service towards me. I didn’t know which matcha to choose so he recommended the blueberry matcha, which absolutely made my morning since I’m not usually a fan of matcha- but this was a game changer ! Thank you very much kris !

Just came today from sri lanka to the airport terminal 2, while waiting for the bus i tried a latte from Black Coffee Shop. The staff were really nice!! Especially Chris, Dayana, Hectic with names, i was waiting for a quick coffee they made it real quick! Highly recommended!!

Heathrow bus stand - terminal 2&3. Open 24 hours. Even on Christmas and Boxing Day. Lively atmosphere. Ambient and peppy indie, alternative rock & electronic music in the background. Friendly staff. The Black sheep coffee is your best place to chill and kill time if you reach the airport early via bus/coach. Plenty of seating and charging points. Decent coffee options between decaff, robusta revival and a fruity blue volcano and multiple small bite options. I enjoyed the Lion's mane latte more than the regular latte. P.S. The bus station has more places to sit than any of the flight terminals.

The croissants, in particular, are flaky and buttery, just how I like them. Kinga in particular was so kind and helpful towards me, she not only made my drink but made my day! This place offers a wonderful coffee experience with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely a place I'll be returning to often!

As a regular customer that travels back and forth from work, I always stop by here almost every morning without fail. These guys have one of the best coffees I have ever tasted, possibly the best coffee in history. You really must have sophisticated taste buds, if you are used to something basic like Costa, then no surprise, you will think this is too strong. However a person that knows coffee, will know this is great coffee. I always notice the baristas working so hard, if they're not serving, they are cleaning. These kids look so young yet such hard workers and I applaud them for it. The salt beef bagel is something I never fail to enjoy. The salt beef with a long black never ceases to amaze me. Special thanks to Kinga for being one of the kindest and well spoken baristas I have ever met. Also special thanks to the team, you guys are great. Thank you for your service!

After more than ten hours of flight, I walked to the express bus terminal to prepare for my next journey. In the cold morning, I saw Black Sheep Coffee, which was just the right time to warm myself up and replenish my energy. The Americano coffee uses medium-roasted beans, and the coffee tastes slightly sour and fragrant. The sausage burger is hot and spicy, and it is enough for breakfast. The waiter was very polite and took 5 minutes to order, take a credit card and pick up the meal. Black Sheep Coffee's main store is in London and has more than 50 branches across the country. It is famous for using Rooster coffee beans and offers coffee, smoothies, pastries, bagels, toast and Norwegian waffles.

I work at the airport and for my break I always go to black sheep. Staff are very helpful, friendly and the food/drinks are really nice. If you are around Heathrow Terminal 2/3 make sure you go for refreshments.

Arriving at Heathrow Bus Station we had a few hours before our Coach and so we stopped off at Black Sheep for a fuel stop. Bacon Roll each and Coffees of a Latte & Flat White gave us the required sustenance. Service was Efficient and Ordering was Self Service at a Machine which we negotiated fairly easy. Coffees were good and Bacon Rolls very nice.

Cavan was really polite and friendly. Make my experience great!

Friendly staff Changed our cake without fuss when it felt "crusty" on one side. Free water available Free WiFi, but wants your details. Plenty of seating and charging points. Large tablets to place your order, qr code to place orders plus the till. Inside the coach station. We ordered the dairy Free carrot cake.

I had a pain au chocolat and it was really buttery and flaky. My hot chocolate had a really adorable latte art. It was really aromatic and had a rich taste.

Absolutely horrible experience. I mean, the coffee is so rich and aromatic it almost feels like you're drinking chocolate. Don't get me started on the food. I had a toastie and it had the most fresh piece of Ham I've ever eaten. With cheese that pulls like pizza. At this day and age. Blasphemy. If you wanna remain a sad person, please avoid this cafe at all costs.

Decent coffee but very overpriced. The lack of vegan food is thoroughly unacceptable. Please see to introducing plant-based protein options for the sandwiches, bagels and toasties, as well as vegan pastries, vegan cakes etc.

Kinga, Chris, Dayana and Matthew, these people are brilliant. They know their costumer service, they love to making their customers happy. I love to come into here and spend my time here before work and sit in here for hours. The quality of coffee is brilliant. Roxanna the manager is great, she doesn't leave her staff by themselves I always see her helping her staff. Highly recommended their services!

After a long flight all the way from India, Black Sheep Coffee at Heathrow felt like a warm, relaxing oasis. The meal deal with the coffee and sandwich was just what I needed – the Americano was perfectly brewed, and the sandwich hit the spot. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience feel even more homely. This was my second visit, and it certainly won’t be my last!

Breakfast deal. Burnt roll disgusting brewed coffee. It has no taste and was stone cold. Customers can't find enough space as there were rough sleepers lying on the bench. I left the coffee on the table even though I ordered take away. Please treat take away food as eat in please.

I ordered a latte in Heathrow’s Black Sheep’s Coffee house. I was so tired I picked up the wrong coffee and headed towards my coach. A wonderful employee called Julie came after me with my correct drink! Great service!

Black Sheep Coffee at Heathrow Central Bus Station offers a quick and easy ordering process, with impressively fast service. However, coming from Costa Coffee, I was a bit taken aback by the price. You pay as much for a small coffee here as you would for a medium in Costa. The coffee itself is decent, but the higher price point makes it feel like you’re paying a premium for convenience rather than just the drink. If you’re in a hurry, it’s great, but if you're after value, it might be worth considering other options.

I regularly use Black Sheep coffee on route to work. Julie is a total star. She and the other staff are always happy, cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile.

One of the worst americanos I've tasted. I left it there. Plus I did not like being forced to use a touchscreen to make an order. Way too many McDonald's touchscreen ordering nowadays. What happened to just speaking to a human.
