Lovely service from Julie Always has a smile on her face and always very polite all staff should be taught on how Julie works as she is always very professional and is a credit to the team all staff at the one here are always amazing

Coffee was amazing and service was great!! Especially barista named Ashley. Definitely recommend if travelling at Heathrow.

The cheese and dried tomato melt was soooooo delicious! And lovely personnel! Julie was very helpful and nice! 100% Recommended!

The food was near flavourless and loaded with grease, the portions were also inexcusable considering the price of the items. I ordered a tuna melt which was mainly just bread, there was very little tuna and the whole thing was almost wet with grease. The most overpriced and low quality place I've been to.

After 5 days and 2 cancelled flights I finally landed at Heathrow. My soul was 50% destroyed. After service and a little banter from Julie I was resurrected. Her hospitality skills are superb. I don’t pass by Heathrow airport often, but when I do I always make sure to grab a coffee from these guys. Staff is really friendly and helpful, I did not know how much I would love a turmeric latte with a dash of honey until they recommended me this combo! I just wish there would be a Black Sheep café in Bristol, closer to my place! Totally recommend them 💯 🥯 ☕️

Felt very let down by the breakfast bun. Always make a stop here on my way out of Heathrow as coffee is usually really good. Grabbed a bacon roll. A very sorry looking roll. £6.99 for brekkie deceptively priced.

A coffee stop with pastries and baked breads, serving coach passengers at the bus station of Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3.

I needed some ice to keep my medication cool, the lovely ladies Julie and Harley not only gave me ice but the also put my ice packs in the freezer to freeze for the next leg of my travel. After a long journey it was just the kindness I needed. Above and beyond. Food and drink was great too.

Kevin was wonderful the other week, he served us a beautiful latte and cappuccino, he was also very funny and the service was impeccable.

Am a traveler. And liked the convenient location in terminal three at the bus loop. The atmosphere looked great. I went to order my coffee at the screen had a bit of a learning curve to do that but did get the coffee I wanted and my double espresso decaf is exactly what I wanted, and then I got the con panna added. Perfection. One comment/suggestion for a first time like me, the instructions on the Order screen could be a bit more instructive from one step to the next. I had to work out it to get my order done. I would like to see more of Instructive step-by-step process. What does they say? The coffee was incredible. Thank you.

First of all, it was a BIG relief to see Black Sheep Coffee open and operational 24x7, when none other were. Diana and Christopher only made it better by their prompt and cheerful service. Thank you to both for making the waiting time at odd hours at the airport, bearable.

I had a great experience at the Black Sheep Coffee at the Heathrow Terminal 2&3 Bus stop. I was exhausted after an 11 hr flight, stuck at the bus station for another 3 hrs, hungry and tired. They had a large selection of foods and coffees. I bought a cold mozzarella & chicken sandwich which was tasty and fresh. The prices are reasonable. I sat down to eat and found multiple charging ports inside the coffee shop to charge my phone. Diana was so friendly and kind. Served with a smile and went above and beyond to help me. It really brightened my tough day.

But also, got advice on great coffee and they helped me find my way through the terminal and onto my bus. Fantastic people and friendly smiles ... ... ... PS. After edition. I'm quite sure that giving every each of staff member tag with name plus WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT NEXT TO NAME FLAG OF NATIONALITY WILL BE MORE THAN HELPFUL PLUS LOOKS MORE PRO COMPARE TO OTHERS ... What do I mean by that. Check that out. It's airport. It's Heathrow airport. Biggest airport in whole Europe. Weekly use that "junction" dozens of thousands of tourists. Not everyone are speak English. BUT WHEN... they get a chance to see on first moment who is what nationality and get at least that easy chance to make his journey easyer... Guess who they in future will recommend to they friends? Uncompensated staff of Heathrow bus who do not give a dame or maybe place where the can drink good coffee or tea. Eat something hot. Get a "pitstop" plus be able to communicate what they will remember for long. It's only my advice what I heard from those two workers above. But hey!!!! ITS ABSOLUTELY SIMPLE AND BRILLIANT.... AND BELIVE ME. I WILL SPREAD THAT THROU AND LOUD TO EACH MY FRIENDS. YOU HAVE TWO YOUNG STAFF MEMBERS WHO LITERALLY SAYS THAT DOING FOR ME A TEA. DO NOT DARE TO WASTE THAT!!!

Amy was an amazing server and cook. She was very ecstatic and joyful when serving us. I had made my own waffle that they never heard anybody else request (I order a waffle with the bisscolf spread and Norwegian brown cheese and it was delicious) 100/10 would definitely come back whenever I'm in town

Disappointed - extremely expensive for no taste. I haven't had a hot chocolate for 6. I thought I would treat myself. It was hot chocolate water (hint). Still, search for the chocolate might as well ;been chocolate water. So disappointed, considering I paid nearly £8

I want to particularly give credit to one member of staff. Ashley as she gave me impeccable service and made sure that all my needs were attended to. Thus adding on to this she also made sure that my coffee was made with the right milk (I am lactose intolerant) this small but crucial detail is what baristas nowadays tend to forget. 5 stars definitely will come back again.

Super friendly staff and amazing coffee! I got super well treated by Kinga, Archana and Zahra.

The tables were not cleaned after the customers left. The new customers had to remove the trash from tables to sit. The staff appeared to be careless about tidying.

We ordered a large tea and a large coffee. The teapot didn't contain enough to fill the cup and the coffee was so strong, even 4 sugars couldn't save it. All at the extortionate price of £6.88.

Hands-down the worst customer-service experience I've had for ages. There at 5.30am. Appeared to be full of drug dealers (staff visibly afraid). Cash customers get to deal with a human, those with cards have to order off-screen as in Burger King. One staff member stood and watched us wrestle with a ridiculously complicated on-screen ordering system for ages before another finally took pity on us and helped us navigate it. We should have had plenty of time - went to get coffee twenty minutes before our coach was due to leave - but ended up running due to ridiculous delays in both ordering and making the coffee. And the flat white when it arrived was dire: faintly coffee-flavoured milk. For £4+. Just awful.

The only cafe in Heathrow central bus station with hot food options. They also have a lot of options for drinks as well. Kinga, Kevin and Sarah were super helpful in assisting me to choose and pack a nice vegetarian snack. Overall the food quality was great and the service was friendly and quick!
