Stopped by Black Sheep Coffee for lunch while waiting for our bus and the service was phenomenal, Mary Ann and Cavan were so nice and attentive 👍🏼 the food was also delicious and came out very fast. I highly recommend for anyone stopping by Heathrow :)

Great to have a 24-hr cafe at the airport. Very centrally located within the main bus terminal. I ordered a coffee which was smooth and served hot as I had requested. I was especially impressed with the friendly service. I was served by a lovely barista called Raquel. She was smiley and attentive. I needed some help with finding a place and she was more than happy to help. If only more baristas were like her. Thank you for the great coffee and wonderful service!! I would happily return!!

I am a regular customer who’s purchasing Black Sheep coffee 15 days a month on my way to work. The staff are friendly ,and as coffee connoisseur I can definitely say that I would choose Black Sheep Coffee over any other coffee branch. A huge thank you to Chris , Amy . I come here often for work related travel. I love the matcha they offer here there’s a variety and my favourite one is Iced peach latte matcha. The quantity is definitely worth the price you pay and is amazing. Sara and Vivienne also are great staff always making sure to provide best customer service.

We were just transiting at heathrow, the café has amazing match latte, capuchino and pastries. Staff also friendy and kind especially marianne and cavan.

The bacon sandwich I had was almost missing all its bacon. I had one tiny piece of bacon and a small roll. The coffee was a latte but was tiny, almost flat white size. The cost is extreme even for a cafe in a bus station, poor food and small coffee. The most annoying thing and what made me write this is the obnoxious woman behind the counter calling out the names. I asked a simple question and got a snotty remark. No please or thank you terrible service. Would not visit again.

Unfulfilled potential. Coffee options were very appealing e.g. Lions mane, and my previous memory was of very tasty coffee. However unfortunately it was lukewarm and bland. Took about 10-15 min from order to service, so nearly missed the bus! Friendly staff.

I visited the Heathrow Black Sheep Coffee. I was less than impressed with my experience. There is a massive sign saying the establishment accepts cash payments. I went to pay cash, and the rep advised they are 'cashing up' so I couldn't use my legal tender. I advised this isn't suitable for me, which then led to the rep staring at me and waiting for me to relent (I did pay card). The experience was uncomfortable, and all I can say is if there was any other viable option in that moment I'd have taken my business elsewhere. This took place just before midnight 22/04.

My husband had been raving about this place the last time he travelled through Heathrow bus station. He was massively looking forward to stopping here again, this time with me, after our trip to Italy, doing a 2 hour wait at Heathrow bus stn for our bus home. And my husband's anticipation did not fail him. We were both tired from travelling and Amy the young woman working at Black Sheep Coffee, was so kind and helpful in assisting us with following the on screen instructions for ordering food. I asked for a salad and she said to scroll down. I am glad she said that, as we saw the 'hot' options and both chose the sweet potato and chick pea curry. What can I say but oh wow. Quick service and amazing food. As good as eating out-out. That was one delicious curry. Both Amy and Red were attentive, warm, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to dine, although as swift as it was at the Black Sheep Coffee Heathrow, Central Bus Station. Greeted with a smile from both Amy and Red, who were well busy manning the helm! Chicken and chorizo sandwich was gurt lush, as was the carrot cake, brownie and croissants. Watch out Costa, Starbucks you've competition 👍

Marianne was great today - Fab customer service, food was prepared fresh, great stop before our flights. Loved the white chocolate iced matcha, banoffee waffle was super filling. Good value.

Good food and cofe if you want to catch something before your journey, would recommend, good music. One note couldn't find any toilets in cafe maybe there are some around, didn't really look.

Visited after a 16hrs+ flight and ordered Iced Matcha Latte. Didn’t wait too long for my order which is nice. Staff were kind, especially Racquel who asked how my drink is and its packaging. I like how there’s plugs in their tables for charging and there’s plenty of self-ordering machines for convenience. Perfect place to wait for a booked coach in the terminal.

Horrible, grubby tables ,uncleared tables, benches , had to send one coffee back as it was cold , staff did not care about customer service. Did not expect this while waiting for a bus at terminal 2 Heathrow after traveling from overseas .

Amazing Toast & Friendly Service! I had the tomato cheese toast at Black Sheep Coffee in Cntral Bus Station at Heathrow Airport, and it was absolutely delicious! The sun-dried tomatoes added a deep, rich flavor, while the cheese was perfectly melted and savory, spreading its goodness with every bite. The toast itself was crispy, making the texture just perfect. I also tried their decaf coffee, and I was pleasantly surprised. It had no bitterness at all, just a smooth, nutty aroma that made it really enjoyable. Definitely one of the best decaf coffees I’ve had! What made my visit even better was the fantastic service. Mariyanne and Philo were both incredibly kind, maintaining a high level of cleanliness while providing warm and friendly service. Their welcoming attitude really made a difference. If I ever pass through here again, I’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their toasties. Highly recommend this place!

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS FOR ANY BACTERIA, MOULD, OR ANY OTHER HAZARDOUS PATHOGENS I have been to this branch 3 times and the service has been good and efficient each time and the food and drink tastes good. However, on my most recent visit, I found what I believe to be E. coli in the ice which is obviously very dangerous.

I came in traveling today and Kinga offered me great service with a friendly smile and a nice talk. I loved the pure taste of the coffee and the waffle Kinga recommended. I will definitely be returning when I am travelling next
