I don't know where to start.
One of the worst hospitality experiences.
Prawns and Cacio Pepe croquettes that not even the worst pub in London would have served, dry pasta and Tagliata that was not a Tagliata.
The owner should be ashamed of himself for the way he justifies himself by blaming the chef!
Thank you Waterhouse for an exceptional lunchtime experience. Warm welcome, clean tables and immaculately turned out staff at the front of house and in the kitchen.
I wanted to support a community beneficial and independent establishment so that’s two boxes ticked! I wasn’t expecting it to be much more than a canteen with clean but chaotic service. How wrong I was! Professional and excellent service from the moment we walked in, delicious lemonade flavoured drinks with organic and additive free ingredients, best coffee I’ve tasted in a long time, nicely presented and well cooked curry (could have been a bit spicier for my taste but I appreciate it needs to suit all tastes not just mine!) with rice and a homemade nan, sticky warm chocolate brownie with ice cream and change from £25 for two of us having lunch. You’d pay more than that for Starbucks lunch for two and none of the profit benefits the community!
Anyway thank you Waterhouse Restaurant. Spectacular location, lovely staff and clean wholesome surroundings.
I recently visited this café and was impressed by the exquisite coffee they offer. The baristas excel in their craft, serving delicious brews. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional—friendly and accommodating. I'm particularly grateful for their generosity in lending me headphones, which proved invaluable for a work meeting. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the extra help!
He comido allí varias veces, y nunca me ha decepcionado.
. No lo haré.
Si quieres una comida india de buen sabor: ve a The Tiffin Box: Lo haré.
Incredible culinary experience, a real delight for the taste buds. We took the wine option which went perfectly with the dishes. Impeccable table service, they took care to personalize the menu because I am pregnant, the alternative was delicious. The chef gave us a personalized cooking demonstration.
And finally, the staff showed attention, attention to delicacy and professionalism which exceeded expectations.
Food definitely lived up to the hype, I have seen many reviews online saying it did not reach their expectations but it exceeded mine. I ate gluten free pancakes with bananas and strawberries which were divine, and the manager took her time to explain GF options and risk of cross-contamination. Staff were friendly, particularly the man who welcomed us. The only thing I would say is that the table was very small and the toilets were not clean.
