The best restaurants in Southall Broadway Ealing London

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bilal at Wattan Southall. His attitude was completely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. Instead of offering hospitality and respect, which is expected from a reputable restaurant like Wattan , Bilal displayed arrogance and a lack of basic customer service skills. His tone was disrespectful, and his behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not what I expect from such a well-known establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for their staff in professionalism and customer care.

This was our first time and is great place for family gathering. Food was great with very helpful and friendly staff. Our food orders were delivered very quickly as delicious as expected.

MR BHOOPATHI done fabulous service on our table and we been glad to hv served by him 5 of us had ordered dosa s ,flooda ,chai,and desert We are regular clients

What a disgrace to the legacy of the shahi nan kebab name. Horrid kebabs nothing good to say . Watery sauce, no tomatoes etc mixed in the meat as used to be just a disgrace but charged top money. RIP OFF. Is all I can say. Disgrace

I’ve visited this place a number of times. The first time I went, I noticed the staff are all Goans, so I was nervous ordering Punjabi paranthas. But they definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff are polite, not overly welcoming but always polite. Service is speedy. Their sweets/mithai is always fresh and sometimes I only go to get mithai. I have also taken my own hot case to get the paranthas packed in and they’re always accommodating. I don’t like chai there and chaat is okay but you can’t go wrong with paranthas.

Years ago I had the pleasure of eating at their main venue in Chennai in India. The food is excellent, the best vegetarian food available anywhere in the world. The chapathis were so outstanding we ordered some to take away. There are so many lovely items on the menu you could go there every week and have something different as just as delicious!

Very delicious oreo waffle i highly recommend to try it out definitely enjoyable for desert. A good portion is given and can be enjoyable with family

Zero friendliness, bartender couldn't care less

My first visit was in Ramadan to get some food takeaway for iftar. I was given a free kheer. Itwasa nice and well appreciated gesture. The food is nice and very tasty. After Ramadan I took my business client with me and we had an enjoyable meal. Followed by a subsequent takeaway a week later. A good spot for takeaway too. Lovely chapli kebab. Nice staff. Could be full at some time so allow time in your parking. Ameer.

Excellent authentic Indian chaats and main course. Reasonable price clean place and good service. Shall go again soon.

This place is at its worst from start to end. First you get in the resturant no one acknowledge you in any way. They provide you a plate and a spoon which is not clean. The guy on the counter has an attitude problem. He is the worst representation of this resturant. We orderd biryani but came like a fried rice. Not a biryani at all. I mean who puts bell pepper in a chicken biryani. Naan and chiken tikka was fine. In between i asked the same dude that if he could provide me 1 green chille. He brought me 3 slice of onion and few green chillie in a bowl. I was like wow thats great. I took only one green chillie and 1 slice on onion out of it and let other remain on the plate provided. But later found that the dude charged me 1.95 for that onion and chillie which was not informed intially. When talked about the charges but the dude he was quite and just said yes we charge it. Will never visit this place again. Dirty cutlery, bad food and worst customer service

Pathetic 🤮 disgusting, 🤮 horrible food 🤮, it was rubbish not even a single item was worth the penny!!! AVOID IT AN ANY TIME

Great food service and atmosphere and ambience. Food was fresh and well cooked. Very busy so book in advance otherwise be prepared to wait
