I ordered a takeaway of Jalebi, Samosa and Kachori. The taste was good but the kachori was stale. Got diarrhea after eating the Kachori. And they don't pickup the phones when you call them to complaint.

They dont answer their phone and when they do they dont talk to you but instead interact with other customers. They never called me back. Then I had to write several messages plus email them. Then the courier service they used said the( sweets which I ordered online) would be delayed in delivering so I panicked as sweets are perishable items and should be delivered asap. Then the courier didnt wait a minute for the door to be answered and caused further delay. Then they are refusing to take any of the blame for the courier service even though the recepient was at home. Then when the sweets arrived they were just dreadful!!! Still refusing to refund my money! Really awful customer service! Never ever again.

The best dokla in town hands down. If you are a dokla fan you will love eating it from this place. I would suggest a sauce with the dokla Although this place can get busy.

Bought Ghewer from the shop after so much internet search and heard a lot about this shop but it appeared a worst experience. First of all, the owner confirmed that it is fresh and made on that day which was not the case for sure as it was smelling. Secondly, it is the worst ghewer I had in my life. In my life I saw first time a Ghewer which is fried in refined oil. Bought 2 from this shop and all went in the bin. Total waste of money. Never recommend this shop.

I ordered online and the parcel arrived on expected date and time. The sweets were pretty good if not excellent specially the kachoris which were delicious and fresh. Overall good quality of service, delivery cost seems to be touch higher. Considering the current situation I am reasonably satisfied with Panji sweets for given us opportunity to taste our loved Indian delicacy. Thank you

The jalebis are enough to justify a visit to their store- hot ,syrupy crisp jalebis! Fab samosas and chai too. They delivered to Germany 1 year ago and that was perfect too. Love this sweet shop!

I ordered online Malai Gehwar and the QUANTITY of the sweet was quite less as the website shows that the entire piece will be delivered also the packing was HORRIBLE. An entire piece was split into many small pieces

I ordered online on friday expecting delivery on Monday as the website mentions next day delivery if you order before 2pm. I called on Monday and the person told me it will be dispatched today . I got sms saying it will be delivered on Tuesday , however when I contacted DPD they said they are still waiting for parcel. I called Panji sweets again and they say they are very busy and it was not dispatched yesterday. I am very disappointed not only with the service but also the attitude towards customer. If you cannot fulfil orders that's not the customer's problem. I had ordered because the website said next day delivery and I still don't get after waiting for 2 working days. Even after the person confirmed that the delivery will not happen today I get sms saying it will be delivered today. Absurd , am not ordering again. Spoilt festival day for me and family.

Well its a review i should have written two months ago. i ordered a few items to be delivered for rakshabandhan/teej. Firstly, they don;t specify on their website that orders placed on weekends will not be processed until Monday, that's what happened with me. I got my order delivered on Wednesday and it wasn't complete. There was a missing item. When i called the shop to enquire about it, i was told that the owner would call me back and it never happened. I never received the missing item till date which i paid for in full. Then coming to the items i did receive, ghevar was poor quality, matthis were too oily, only dal kachoris were tasty. I will not make the mistake of ordering through them again.

Ordered Paneer Pakora. The paneer layer inside was very thin and the pakora was made to look bigger by adding thick layer of gram flour. The paneer felt like a rubber and of poor quality. So much so, that my wife simply vomited. It also appeared that they had covered the paneer layer with Mozzarella cheese. They heated it in the microwave first and then re-fried! Even then it was not hot from inside. The taste was horrible! Wouldn't recommend.

Arrived next day as I ordered enough for free delivery. The sweets were all fine but some of the savouries were a bit damaged. I think they could be packed better and in warm weather a few ice packs should be put in the box.

I have been visiting Panji sweets very regularly to buy Samosas and other sweets but success seems to have gone to their head, their treatment to customers is really bad and despite complaining about certain aspect, owner didn’t care to respond which is really annoying and shows their cocky behaviour, obviously they don’t care. One thing is clear they have lost one regular customer because of their poor service and attitude.

Vegetarian Indian at its absolute best. This place is located along the corner in the southall. I went alone, and was greeted by another solo woman. She was so lovely, told me how long she'd been going to this restaurant and insist that I try the Jalebi. She even served it for me. I ate the best samosas I have ever eaten in my life here. Ate 3 plus JAlebi for less than 10 pounds. This is my happy place.

Panji Sweets is a little piece of India in the city of London. It's a small sweet shop that sells sweets, snacks, and savories. They also happen to have a small cart style area where they serve you delicious Jalebis.  The pricing ranges from 3.99-7.49 and all very filling. They have a number of anacks and a huge varity of sweets  with different mouth watering indian flavors.  I enjoy eating and shopping here and I learn a lot about Indian culture every time I speak to someone here. I will recommend Jalebi and Kaju roll as they are my personal favorite. If you are in Southhall or around visit @Panji Sweets is a must

We were maxed out eating pizzas ,pastas burgers in London and were desperately looking for authentic Gujrati snacks. Panji Sweets kind of saved us. We had dhokla, Khandavi and Patra here. The food was super delicious. It was as authentic as what I eat in India. We order Dhokla chat and a bhel puri afterwards, which were so yummy with the expected spices in it. It was served in just few minutes so didnt have to wait for long. I couldn't stop myself from getting a Jalebis packed for myself. I will defintly recomend this to others.

Great experience. Varied and interesting food - when the food arrived we were not sure at all as to what was what but we had fun trying it all. Very reasonably priced and great cocktails. The staff were very friendly. We definitely over ordered and were unable to eat it all but were given containers and a bag to take remainder away.

Food was good, waiters attentive but starters took a long time but after that everything was OK. Only gripe I have is that one of the waiters was wearing a baseball cap whilst serving food. Not very professional !
