Bonita decoración, lástima de la comida que va bien con el personal extremadamente grosero. Gastamos alrededor de 4 - 5000 por año en comida india gracias a Dios que no irá aquí. Buriyani no tiene sabor, las lentejas son horribles, la comida era terrible. No quiero gastar más de mi tiempo incluso escribiendo sobre ellos, solo quiero aconsejar a otros que no desperdicien su dinero allí.

Excelente comida, una de las mejores que he comido. El excelente menú con una amplia variedad, el servicio era impecable, no podía pedir más. Los alimentos se entregan con prontitud y los chefs visiblemente cocinan frescos. Traer su propia botella fue un toque encantador, incluso abrieron y sirvieron para nosotros. Bebida de bienvenida gratis y vino después de la comida que superó nuestras expectativas. No podía creer lo barato que era cuando recibimos la factura.Sin duda volveremos! !

Después de haber probado la comida india de todo el país, esto encabeza la lista. Un entorno muy moderno y elegante, con ventana de visualización de preparación de alimentos. Nos recibieron en una agradable y acogedora mansión y tuvimos la suerte de estar sentados en vista de la unidad de preparación. Se puede decir que los chefs tienen una pasión por la cocina y un verdadero cuidado por lo que hacen. El servicio fue impecable, muy rápido y trajeron su propia política de cerveza fue excelente, incluso brindaron un servicio de descorche. La comida era genial, teníamos una fuente de pollo madras, cordero bhuna, saag aloo, naan y arroz. La cantidad justa y cocinado a la perfección. Dejamos una gran propina y sacaron un vaso de rojo de cortesía para agradecernos. Qué excelente experiencia.

Having eaten here before on a couple of occasions we decided a return visit was in order. The restaurant has recently been refurbished and the place feels smarter and better. The food we ordered was delicious, the service was good and the portions were just right, and what you would expect. I would recommend trying this place if any where near the area.

The best Indian food I've had. The only negative was that despite the information on the website, our Tastecard was not accepted on a Sunday. Nevertheless, we had a very good time and very much enjoyed the food. Service was friendly and attentive, prices are reasonable, the food is definitely 5-star.

Was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant, our meals were absolutely delicious, all of the dishes were freshly cooked by chefs we could see producing them.The kitchen area is in plain sight and served well by staff who look pleased to be there enjoying their job.Will definitely put this place on my revisit list.

Nuestra familia hace viajes regulares para comer aquí. Hemos comido aquí al menos cinco veces y nunca me ha decepcionado. Comeremos aquí de nuevo, pero solo pagaremos el cargo por servicio si es bueno y vale la pena pagar.

Besides the lack of vegetarian options, the restaurant food was good and spicy. The service was a little bit slow, but it was a nice restaurant experience. Overall, it’s good for groups of any size and the paneer tikka is one of the best!

I have been let down a couple of times by the quality of the food. The service is poor. The staff is rude. The food is not of high standard. And the curries are over priced.

There is a conflict between this establishment and Groupon, meaning that I have wasted money. Neither will accept blame - Groupon sells the voucher, Urban Karahi don't accept it.Laughable.

We went to the restaurant this evening. My sister in law is visiting from Australia, along with her brother. Tomorrow is my wedding anniversary,46 year’s. So this was a double celebration. There were seven of us, plus my son’s infant son. The food was as good as ever. Our visitors were very impressed with the standard of service and the quality of the food. The staff were very tolerant of the eighteen month toddler who was a little restless at times. We were served efficiently, then left in peace to catch up and reminisce. A very enjoyable evening all round.

We popped into here for a unplanned meal last week. I have always wanted to try this place despite the interior looking quite garish with the purple luminous lighting.

Mi marido y yo visitamos este restaurante ayer (domingo) con un bono de groupon, comida india de 3 platos para dos con vino. Hice la reserva en línea a través del sitio groupon siguiendo las instrucciones. A la llegada nos sentamos y nos dio el camarero nuestro vale. Otro camarero llegó a preguntar cómo habíamos reservado y me explico. Muy groseramente me dijo que me tendria que haber llamado para confirmar la reserva como su groupon, me explicaron que no había instrucciones para ese efecto. Él nos dio nuestros menús y nos dijo que podía haber un entrante, un plato principal y un lado, marisco o fuentes sin incurrir en cargos adicionales. Nos pusieron nuestros pedidos y esperó. Cuando él llegó con nuestras bebidas mi marido preguntó si queríamos conseguir poppadoms y él dijo que sí si pagamos. Nos preguntó este ya que era una comida de 3 platos, dijo que el campo, uno entrantes eran los platos principales fue otro campo y nuestro arroz/naan era el tercer supuesto, nos dijo que este no era la derecha y cómo puedes considerar el arroz/naan como un campo cuando se trata con la red. Dijo que eso es lo que era y que podría haber otro campo de poppadoms, pero tendría que pagar. Comimos nuestros campos y a la izquierda.

Fuimos para una comida en un día de la semana con mi pareja. El restaurante estaba bastante vacío. Nos dijo lo que fue excluida del menú como miembros tastecard. La comida era muy promedio, así como el servicio.

Having had a wonderful time on my last visit, ordered a vegan meal without corriander. It arrived covered in cream and corriander. I was so disappointed. I am a long standing customer, but was treated with so little respect 😒

Cogimos nuestros amigos aquí para una comida en la última noche y aunque la comida sigue siendo el servicio de nuestro camarero era horrible. Él tenía una mala actitud y realmente no parecen interesados en trabajar allí. Habíamos estado allí unos 20 minutos y tenía pappadoms y luego nos dijo que 'apresurarme en orden he tenido suficiente! A group of us came here as a recommendation from our friend who loves this restaurant. We entered the restaurant at 6:45, but they refused to take our order until around 7:45, only taking drinks which itself took a long time. We told them we were ready to order multiple times. At 8:15, a member of our group decided their food would never be ready by the time they needed to leave, so tried to cancel their main course. The waiter was rude, abrupt, and blamed us for not ordering until 7:45.Our main meal arrived at 9:15!!!!!!!! When we tried to let the manager know our frustrations, he had nothing to say, no apology, and took the service charge off the bill only - which we were not going to pay anyway!

Really good food, and definitely worth a take-away. The restaurant itself is very tacky, often noisy, and with constant screens and music pumping out (some people are into that). Up to you!

This place used to be one of our favourite places to go for curry, but the waiters refused to take our food and drink orders all at once and as a result our meal took 3 hours to complete. The only excuse is that we were a party of 15 and there was a larger party of about 30 there at the same time. But we had booked in advance, the starters came cold, the food was not good quality and the customer service was negligent and rude. We will not be visiting again.

Excellent Food and so very tasty. Service can be Hit and Miss but you will forgive them once you taste the food. Open Kitchen which I like to see. Good place and gets busy.

The Urban were amazing last night. Not only did they cater amazingly for a Vegan diet, but it was Super Tuesday... the meal, which was huge, only cost £26! Massive variety of dishes. They did politely request that next time we call ahead to alert them of food requirements. Really grateful for their effort...

Since my first visit to this modern Indian restaurant when it opened some ten years ago, I decided to go back again. And I'm pleased I did. The decor is modern yet comfortable, the kitchen behind a glass wall down one side and has its own tanoor oven, similar to Gifto's in Southall. The service is fast and friendly, whilst the food is a cut above many high street Indian restaurants. The menu is conservative but delivers good quality food. We had spicy deep fried prawns to start which were subtly spiced with coriander and lightly battered. Also, the lamb samosas were almost as good as Rita's (a Southall institution). I chose a chicken vindaloo as a main with tarka dal and pilau rice on the side. Very nice indeed and not overpoweringly hot. The wine list is ok, but they only have one option for wine by the glass which is a pity. They also have special offers such as half-price dining on a Tuesday and BYO booze. Definitely worth a visit and the best Indian in Hanwell.

Came here tonight with my partner and daughter for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. Everything was cooked to perfection and the chicken Manchurian which was to die for. Massive big up to the chefs, keep up your fantastic work.

This is my go to place for an Indian take away. The food is always really tasty and they have a number of interesting options that are different to what you usually see in Indian restaurants. I'm vegetarian, and they have a number of different and tasty veggie options. I recommend the chilli gobi fry - I don't even like cauliflower but this tastes amazing. We usually get take away from here, the restaurant itself is nice enough but nothing special.

Really enjoyed the food here; veggie Manchurian particularly popular with our large 15 strong group (6yo - 44yo). Naan breads fresh and tasty too - Highly recommended

As a family we eat from here on a fairly regular basis... When the usual chef is on holiday things do change but I have to say I have never experienced a 'bad' meal from this restaurant either eat in or take away.... And I have always received very strong customer service from all members of staff.... Highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely eat from here again and again and again

Extremely disappointed with the manager on 21.01.17. Two naan breads were missed on an order a couple of weeks before on a collection order - was told these would be given free on the next order. Upon ordering, there is no acknowledgement of the missed items and the manager refuses to compensate. Urban Karahi have gained £6 but just lost a three year customer who spends well over £500 a year at their restaurant.The food is good but their service on this occasion has unfortunately lost them my business.

Urban Karahi is indeed urban for its modern city take on Indian food. A great menu along with some tasty signature dishes like the chatpata chicken wings and fried cauliflower for starters. For main course the saag dhall (lentils and spinach) is delicious! Take advantage of some excellent offers and discounts too. On Tuesday nights and Sundays. Sunday is the best time to go, you'll get 50%off your total food bill! So it's well worth a visit!

Went for a catch up with old work colleagues last night. Food was fab especially king prawns. Only one downfall it was very very noisy you couldn't hear yourself speak. Probably because it was a half price night and could be where we were seated as it was quieter out the front. Definitely worth a try.

Was invited out for dinner by a friend who wanted to try this restaurant. Never ever again. The food was not fresh, we ordered quite different dishes, hers spicy and mine mild. They looked and tasted the same, both very spicy, it seems they used the same sauce just changed the meat, I asked for yoghurt to cool it down and they tried to charge me £2.50 for a saucer full. Needless to say I declined to pay especially as when ordering I asked for it to be extra mild.The fire exit is barred by tables and junk in the doorway and the railings outside are locked. Let's hope the never have to evacuate the building in a hurry.

We always eat at Urban Karahi. The food is freshly made. The staff is very good. They can't do enough for you. Food is very very good and very tasty.

I've been using this place since it first opened for dining in and takeaways. However this evening I thought I would dine in for a change and also get the 50% off deal which is good. When I arrived, the service was awful and the waiting time for our food was awfully long which has never happened. However I didn't manage to finish all my food and normally I just take it away for a snack, I was told I wasn't allowed as I wasn't paying full price. I find this absolutely disgraceful for a resturant to refuse to give me the food I paid for and I will not be returning.

We have just had a takeaway from the urban karahi, someone mentioned this place to us a while back so when we ordered we were really looking forward to a lovely meal. Before we had even received our food we were disappointed by the service from the driver who complained that he didn't want to come into the building we live in as he would have to leave is car, even though there was free parking he then banged our door continuously until we open which was very rude. The food was horrible I couldn't have more than a couple of bites as I felt like I was eating left overs from the night before. Nothing was fresh and tasted very bad myself my husband and my son were very unsatisfied, we would not recommend anyone to eat there.

I read the reviews on tripadvisor and thought that it between Ealing and southall so based on the reviews it was going to be good. I had lamb chops, they were ok (4/10), main was lamb karahi very disappointing (not nice). Please don't go there you will be disappointed, best drive to southall for are real North Indian meal.

Following my telephone conversation with a member of staff today during which I attempted to make a reservation for 2 this evening (Wednesday), I was advised that taste cards are not accepted on Wednesdays. Staff/Manager EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL We used to order takeaways. Each time they forgot one thing or other. The last time we ordered food, they forgot to send naan breads and the driver ( who said he was the manager?!) said it will take him 40 minutes to deliver them. We were extremely disappointed and asked him what does he want me to do...sit and wait? And what should i tell my hungry kids? He offered to give food for free but then refused on his return. The guy was 'extremely' rude to us.Please DO NOT VISIT OR ORDER.

Dined here in April 2016 as a family of 4. Food and service was ok - no complaints but certainly nothing special. The place is extremely dark making the menus very difficult to read, in addition I didn't like the fact they added a service charge to the bill and then also expected a tip...cheeky b'stards!!

I've been here many times and realised I hadn't reviewed it. It's not in the world's loveliest spot but I stay locally and it has been a godsend when I haven't been able to cook. More than that, I've come here for lots of celebration meals and this time 7 of us ate and the range and taste of the food was exceptional. I love the masala fish but pasanda, sag chicken and the vegetable sides were all just as good. The cooking is excellent, the flavours fresh and the staff are really attentive and friendly. The only downside is that it can be quite quiet but if there's any justice at all that won't always be the case. An excellent local restaurant.

Really good quality food! Lovely- Ordered the lamb, excellent brought out on hot plate sizzling. So were both curries. Popadoms lovely with great condiments. Great friendly staff who were accommodating but not too in your face. Service was friendly and not rushed. Will be going back.

Went for Wife's birthday dinner, food and service was nice. I was surprised the staff brought the cake out with a nice candle on it and staff wished her birthday as well.

Nice setting. The waterfall of coloured lights look nice to begin with but if your facing them all night can get on your nerves. The starters were good, tapas are large portions. The curries are hot and spicy. Flavoursome nan and good choice of vegetarian meals. Large choice of drinks and cocktails.

Visited in November .The place is actually a polished Dhaba with people screaming their lungs out and everyone dressed in black as if they were mourning. The Food is VERY AVERAGE and there are a thousand places in London better than this over hyped restaurant

This is our local Indian restaurant so have been many times since it originally opened. It is easy to take it for granted. Our friends experiencing it for the first time reminded me of how good it is. We had a fantastic king prawn shaslick which was delicious. The chilli Gobi fry is always a favourite. The food is definitely above average, fresh with a varied menu.

After arriving at 7.30 on a quiet Sunday evening our mains still hadn't arrived gone 9 o'clock. Take outs seemed to take preference over the customers who were eating in. We complained twice about the wait but they were unapologetic saying the take outs were ordered first. Foods ok but it's definitely not worth the wait.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to a mid-week treat and were lured to the Urban Karahi thanks to the 50% off food deal they have on a Tuesday. I was amazed just how busy the restaurant was given that it was mid week but it was buzzing with a great ambience. All the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Service was prompt and the food tasted fantastic. The portions were of good size - you could easily share a portion of rice between the 2 of you. My only criticism is the decor is quite dark - apart from that we had a fab evening, great food in a great place! Definitely worth a try, especially on the days the deals are on!

Me and my wife usually visit here when we go to visit the in-laws so have been around 5 times now. It really is a hidden gem of a restaurant as it's right in a residential area. The food has always been spot on, very tasty indeed. My wife is a vegetarian so can be a little fussy sometimes, but they have a great selection for veggies and she loves eating here. The ambience is really nice at the back of the restaurant so ask to sit there. The food can be a little pricey so check their website for certain deals which they offer on certain days.

I've been there few times and every time I was really enjoying the food. Everything is super tasty and portions are big. I am not big fan of their interior desgn, I think it looks a bit cheap and cheesy but food is great and that's the most imporatnt.

I used to live round the corner from here and was here when they opened. It was good then and continues to be now. Food is well cooked with an eye for detail. Ambience is very good and the dining area is split into two, giving a very distinct feel to each. I would come here again in a heart beat.

This place will never disappoint the true Indian food lovers. The quality is fantastic, portions are decent, menu is quite varied and most importantly, prices are reasonable. We have dined here couple of times (recently in last week) and we have always come out fully pleased :) I will also like to point out that this is our fixed takeaway joint (for the last 5 years) for Veg Manchurian, as my hubby and I feel they have the best Veg Manchurian in West London. By far and large the best curry in Hanwell and Ealing (probably west london). Amazing food, freshly prepared (I see them doing prep as i walk past everyday). Excellent service and all backed up by a great price. Tuesday and Sundays are 50% off food... but if you eat there any other day, you wont feel stung by the price. Go fourth and enjoy!

proper indian food but service is slightly slow due to its popularity. the wings are amazing and something ive yet to find elsewhere. went there yesterday and the tandoori legs were bland, but this is really odd as its normally spot on! will still keep going back there. the starters are better then the mains, so we often just get loads of those like the manchurian dishes and paneer which are the best ive had.

A group of 7 of us ordered a takeaway on a recommendation from a friend and we were not disappointed! The curries were all delicious, the naans were soft and fresh and, as with most Indian takeaways, the portions were generous. On the whole, we were very impressed with the quality of the food and would not hesitate to order from this resturant again.

Used this place for the first time and wanted to order a food delivery, but had to visit the (empty) restaurant to order as their telephone wasn't answered over the course of 45minutes. To say we were extremely disappointed with the food would be an understatement. The vegetatian sharing platter was not fresh, and definitely not sufficient for 3-4 people. We attempted to guess it's age.. finally guessing that it had been sitting in the heated trolley for the best part of a day. As part of the platter, the chilli paneer was diced into cubes so small as to be unreconisable as anything in particular. The garlic mushrooms? We had to consult the menu to identify these old rubbery inedibles. Another starter, the sheekh kebabs were of poor quality and tasted 'dusty.' The main dish, Karahi Prawns? All we can ask is.. since when have prawns in thick batter ever been used in a true Karahi dish? The answer..ever since Urban Karahi tried to eke out a small amount of prawns and flog it as a main course. I wish we'd eaten in the restaurant, if we'd received these dishes at the table, they'd have all been sent back in quick succession. Bad experience. Eat in.. at least you can complain there and then.

Genuinely impressed with the "urban" menu on offer - the popular Amritsari Fish was light and tasty, the Dahl fulfilling and the Brinjal Bhaji simply wonderful. We did not stop there but continued well past the provision of our belts! This and the offers available with a variety of discount cards make this a worthwhile choice for a fantastic culinary experience

Just read the other tripadvisor reviews of Urban Karahi and people seem to either love it or loathe it. We fall into the former camp. In fact, we'd go as far to say it dishes up some of the tastiest, best spiced meat dishes south of Southall. We've been twice and on both occasions the food and the service (which seems to receive criticism below) have both impressed. Indeed, Urban Karahi is up there with our favourite Indian restaurants and believe me - we've tried many. 'Yes' - the food is spicy but much, although not all Indian food is. 'Yes' - the decor is a bit like a 1980's disco, all jet black with neon lights, but for us this adds to the charm and ambience. Both meat and veg dishes are competently spiced and innovative and as for the wine - on both the occasions we have been, we have taken our own and no one has seemed to have minded. Our top tip - try the mixed grill. It blew us away.

Went here for a birthday dinner with my husband and 1year old daughter asked for a table for 2 with a high chair only to be told they don't have high chairs.... How is this possible In this day and age? If you want to acquire or keep business you need to be open to all ages. They missed out on 2 adults having 3 courses and a bottle of champers so I really would recommend they go to ikea and invest in a couple of £12 high chairs. The restaurant is of a decent size so space would not be a problem. Good food pity about them not being family friendly. We won't be going back.

food is very good, especially the starters! my family probably could just eatr that. service generally has improved a lot and a much better attitude towards children- service can be slow but not too bad most of the time.

We had a very disappointing time at this restaurant. My children's drinks arrived 30mins into the meal - despite asking the barman 9 times ! The waiter kept leaning over our table and food, his tie almost ended up in the food! To top this all, when the bill arrived, they had charged us for chutney !!! Chutney's are always on the table in any indian restaurant and never charged for. Then the waiter had the audacity to raise his voice and not listen to our complaints! It's a bit like going to a Pizza Hut and being charged for Salt ! very very disappointing we will not be visiting this eatery again ! The staff need some serious training in basic waitering !

My family and I live nearby and have been regular patrons of Urban Karahi until recently when we experienced very poor customer service. Normally food is ok with a slightly more interesting and varied menu than the average London tandoori. Having returned from a long flight, we adjourned happily enough to this restaurant but were appalled by the poor customer service. Our food arrived suspiciously quickly and it soon became clear that they wanted us out as quickly as possible. At one point, we were told our table had been reserved by someone else which was patently untrue - no 'reserved' sign and no mention of this when we sat down. We used to be loyal customers - we aren't any more!

The food was excellent and I will definately come back to this place. Next time I am going to check the prices of alcohol before I order because last time I was slightly suprised about it. They ahev a very good deals and whenever you are in Hanwell I recommend to visit this place!!!

Visited urban karahi with my family on a Friday night. Food was poor lacking in spices and general flavour and some dishes were burnt!Staff extremely rude and bad attitude problem.Dirty, sticky menus, poor lighting and not very nice atmosphere.This place wants to feed you in 30 minutes ...get their money and push you out.Also got charged £7.00 per selection of standard chutneys (we had 6 pots due to the silly small portions! Stay away from this place it is not good!!!

I regularly visit here with friends, as the the food is excellent and you can see the food being cooked if you sit at the front of the restaurant. The dishes were still high quality, but in ordering our food we had communication issues with the staff over the order. Which made us uncertain if we would get what we ordered, but it worked out in the end. They currently do discount evenings which are great value.

went here for a small leaving due with about 5 colleagues. the expectation was to be an ordinary indian restaurant. I was surprised at the least. the food was better than expected. the service was just ok they don't interact much, more robotic. but the food was great. The most surprising dish was the chicken tikka masala. this dish is usually inauthentic and has a strong tomato taste in most restaurants. but here it was special, when my colleague ordered it I thought, its probably the same as everywhere else, but were we surprised. it was special. very special. it was sweet creamy and just melts in your mouth. the meat was tender and tasty. we also ordered the mixed grill which was pretty good. some bits in the grill were really great, others were just good. but i have say we all left Full and satisfied with the meal. Lets put it this way I will be bringing a few friends because it is really nice.

I'm from New York, USA. I have been to Urban Karahi on 3 occasions and the food as always been fantastic. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Food has always been hot and fresh when it's reached the table and I've never had any complaints. Will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant quickly became our local after we tried it using a Top Table offer. Unlike many Indian restaurants, it has a good atmosphere and they don't scrimp on cutlery, etc.We've now brought both sets of parents here and everyone has enjoyed their meals and we're always given a warm welcome. My top dishes are the tandoori fish and the saag chicken and paneer. We've been here over 10 times now and the service has always been good and so has the food. I hope the good reviews don't go to their heads as this is a great and affordable place to eat.

My third visit, and the food was very good. Sadly the service was indifferent and the staff really didn't seem to care that our party of 8 were happy. We waited a long time for our main courses, enough for us to enquire how long more. There were lots of empty tables and a lack of ambiance. They had no decaf coffee and seemed not to worry. Most places have decaf as an option especially if people eat late, so again another lack of effort. We asked on two previous visits so it never sank in or got passed on. As a group of 8 we have now decided to give the place a miss and try elsewhere. For the price which is higher than average the food is great, but that's not all that counts when you dine out.

Took my son and his girlfriend here for her Birthday. Food was excellent! Good attentive service. Enjoyed the Decor with its water wall and bright colourful ambiance. We have eaten there before so received a 20% discount on this meal. a good marketing ploy. The cost for 4 on food was £55.00 after the 20% discount. We have 20% on our next meal if taken within 30 days so will probably go again. See! It works. Only criticism perhaps a young family who's children were noisy!

At Urban Karahi the kitchen is visible through glass wall and makes a great fearture seeing the dishes being made. We ordered a selection of plates and nan bread and the drink mango lassi. Food was well cooked and tasy, not too hot. The service was good with attentive staff who gave advice on matching our wishes to what was on offer. A minor criticism is that the lighting over the tables is a little dark, making reading the menu difficult. All in all, this is an excellent place and I will go back.

Very good value for money- albeit in an area not exactly brimming with good restaurants.Service can sometimes be a bit slow but probably a testament to their success.Very useful if say been in Twickenham for the rugby and want a place not too far away.Helpful staff and not expensive.

We had a taste card '2-4-1' offer and we ate for a very good price of 50 pounds for 4 adults. The food was average, if this was somewhere that had a couple of Indian restaurants it would not be so bad, but being so close to Southall I would sadly recommend somewhere else. It's not that the food was bad, far from it, it's just there's so many better places around.Pro's - Good price (with special deals from taste card), fast, but not a rushed service.Cons - Average Indian food. Dirty cutlery.

Warm, homely restaurant with good food. Very attentive waiters with friendly attitude. You can see the chefs cooking your food which gives very good impression. The prices aren't high compering to other similar places. Would recommend to anyone who likes traditional food.

Food really doesn't come up to standard. Spices are not cooked off before using so flavours are harsh and far too spicy, even milder dishes taste of raw pepper and chilli. Setting is nice, with a water wall which may appeal to some but don't expect the food to come up to some of the many great Indians round here. If you want vindaloo all the way this is your ideal.

Late arrivals !!!The food in Urban Karahi in Hanwell is excellent, particularly the wings starter ( all types). The main courses are tasty and just the right amount. The service was quick and efficient and the food arrived in quick time.One minor complaint, dont get in their too late !!We booked a table for 9.45 and one of our party of 4 was there on time. The rest of us arrived at 10. For that 15 minutes our colleague was asked quite a few times where the rest of the party were. He said that we were on our way. When we arrived we were asked to order quickly as the chef was closing the kitchen as he lived a good bit away and wanted to go home !! I would still recommend it. Not the cheapest but good quality food and service

If you are looking for a restaurant with table clothes or to take someone on a first date forget this! BUT if you are impressing just for the food factor then this is it! Try the Chatpata wings you will not be disappointed.

The chefs can be seen at all times which I like. The decor is very modern and cool. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The food is delicious especially the seafood dishes. wait for the surprise at the end of the meal. very cun and cool!

This restaurant offers the usual dishes, but to really see why we love it so much you should ask for some of the more usual and original dishes. The Chatpata Cicken Wings are a signature dish that I've never found anywhere else (not even a recipe online) that you must try. Also, curried lamb on the bone, chatpata soft shelled crabs, the atomic wings (only for the hardcore chilli freaks) and the Mongolian Paneer are all lovely. The prices are reasonable, the decor is a bit odd and neon (but fun), the atmosphere is usually lively and relaxed, and the staff are always friendly. What I really like is that the chefs work in an open kitchen behind a large window, and you can see them working in a lovely clean kitchen. It means that when we leave we can wave and say thanks.It's in the middle of nowhere, but well worth a visit.
