I ordered the choco crepe. It was really chocolaty which is nice but i would have liked to seen the crepe lol a bit messy but tasted fresh

The bubbles in my bubble tea were popped already and had no flavour whatsoever. the flavour of the drink is dull and not strong at all, what a waste of money. do not recommend at all.

Terrible crepe, too thick, tasteless. Coffee drinks not hot and poor quality. Staff didn't seem interested. Not a good experience, won't be returning

DO NOT ORDER from this poor excuse of a company. Order never arrived via Ubereats, this has happened twice now. When contacting the manager at Creams (Raed) no apology or solution provided. Poor customer service. Would have left zero stars if it was possible!

Manager “Read” or “Ream” not sure because he was driving, so rude, didn’t apologise for an order that didn’t come, after waiting an hour. Just said you can try and order again. Couldn’t care less, like he was doing me a favour. “It left our shop, can’t do anything about it if it doesn’t arrive to you”. Can’t wait to meet this clown

We came to a Pakistani Restaurant on Bond Street, Ealing. Desserts had to be Creams. We chose waffles and creapes with gelato. Amazing service and taste.

Most of the time I go into creams it is always horrible customer service but this visit takes the biscuit! We went to the checkout and ordered a milkshake...Payed, and was told to wait by the doors for our order,We did so and after 15 minutes of waiting my boyfriend politely went up to a male staff member and explained that he had been waiting a long time, a women with blue hair interrupted and said in the chaviest and rudest manor “yeah it’s coming” my boyfriend then said “alright then” and walked back to where we was waiting, THEN a few more mins later you can hear her shouting at us across the restaurant “you know your milkshake is over there” THIS WAS CLEARLY DONE ON PURPOSE! Because they had seen where we was waiting...we didn’t get told that it was ready, we wasn’t approached, nothing! My boyfriend got his drink...in the end and told her that she needed to get some respect which understandably could have annoyed her however, her manners and rudeness towards him was unexplainable and should not be tolerated in your stores!

Despite a chaotic night of Southall traffic the queue was quick and efficient thanks to Ali who went outside in the rain to show everyone how they could save time by ordering whilst waiting using the menu on the creams website. However, my phone had run out of charge so I did not know what to order. But fortunately for me when at the till Alex went through the trouble of finding his phone to go to the website and find the menu so he could show it to me. SHOUT OUT TO THEM. TOP GUYS

Visited Edgware store, stood in the doorway where there was a sign to say wait here to be seated. Stood for 5 mins as a family of 5 with a disabled family member. No acknowledgement by staff who stood behind the counter some talking to eachother. Was hard to get anyone's attention so I walked in and asked if we could all come in. Stood until we were told to take a seat at a table which was turned over but was the only table available which was accessible for family member. It had a thick layer of dust on the table so even when the staff put the table upright and could see and feel the dust on hand they did not come back to clean the table. I spent another 10 mins trying to get a staff members attention so that the dust can be wiped down. We were told we can order using a qr code we were given. Tried on two separate phones and it were unable to place an order. We also saw one other couple leave as they were not able to successfully order. I went up to the counter and explained and was told they can't do anything if we can't order using our phones, the manager did not seem to care and just shrugged it off saying others have been able to order without a problem. Whilst I went to explain to my family and we were getting ready to leave another lady went up to speak to manager about not being able to order either. A waste of trip and time with abysmal service

Costumer service is non existence.The staff are very rude. Ordered 3 cookie dough and an ice cream the ice cream come first within minutes and the rest after 15/20 minWhen I asked for the ice cream to be put back in the fridge the waitress come back with it and told me that they are not allowed to do this because of covid 19 and also she could not change it and my only option is to eat a melted ice cream which I refused to do and it ended up in there kitchen bin

I LOVE CREAMS and I really enjoy their desserts. However, such poor service I had received from Creams Stratford. On 04/08/202, at 18:44, an employee named Florina served me at Stratford branch I asked for white chocolate kiss , but was told that the waffle machine was not working so I asked for it in a Crepe version with Nutella (similar to strawberry and banana). I trust the company expects their employees to know the menu inside out as it is the starting point to meet customers demand. However, when I received my order, I got a Chocolate Wonder (Milk and white); this was clearly the wrong order. I asked Florina why there's no bananas and strawberry slices to which she replied in an unnecessarily condescending, aggressive and uncalled for manner and started arguing with me instead of rectifying her own mistakes. I cannot believe she has the audacity to disrespect a customer with such an aggression. She told another employee to give banana and strawberries for 'free' when I had already paid for it implying that I was there to beg and as if she was the owner of the store. She degraded me and I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way. I was so upset that I could not get myself to eat hence I asked for refund. Creams should take the appropriate actions against Florina and kindly look into the behaviour by checking Stratford store CCTV camera for evidence to ensure that incident similar to this does not happen again in the future to any of your guests/loyal customers.I will not be visiting that branch again but the usually at other places their desserts are pretty good.

This is the best place to get cool down after hot curry on the Broadway. They sell nice deserts and I would recommend it. It's bit darker there and can do with little bit more lighting.

Took my son and 2 of his friends to the Eastbourne branch Creams cafe Eastbourne for my sons 18th birthday. There were only 2 staff. There was a birthday party of 18 downstairs and 12 upstairs. The staff were lovely, doing their upmost to take orders, sit customers, cook and serve, see to takeaway food and clear tables. I was appalled by the amount of work they were expected to do. If I had a job that expected all of these duties to be undertaken by two staff I would be looking for a job elsewhere. ROSIE and Jordan were very keen and helpful. (Thanks to both of YOU) In order to try to relieve their workload, I cleared our table for THEM. It's a disgrace of the franchise to expect anyone to work in these conditions. Management need to sort out these issues or they'll have :-NO STAFF or CUSTOMERS. NO WORKERS or CUSTOMERS means NO FRANCHISE! I WILL BE PUTTING THIS IN WRITING TO HEAD OFFICE.

Always enjoyed whenever I've visited. Comparing to other creams the standard of quality is maintained I have no issues or complaints to make. Is on the pricy side but expected I guess

Ordered a couple of desserts to our house, which is LITERALLY two minutes from the shop. The delivery took over an hour, the driver was unable to find our house despite repeated attempts on our part to direct him and then he just cancelled without any warning. We were unable to sort this issue at all as it was right before their closing time and they would not accept phone calls. Waited over an hour for the desserts and never got them in the end!! Will NOT be ordering again !!

The worst service made the order 50 minutes late no apologies. When speaking to the manager he clicked his fingers and was violent and rude. Absolutely abysmal in all fields. I would highly reccomend not to use any creams franchise as by the sounds it's a common theme of lack of service.

Our children have been there so many times and they always kept saying we should go. So we took couple of friends and we were not disappointed with the quality and the choice of dessert they had on offer. I enjoyed my crepe with chocolate strawberries and ice cream and the latte was good too. The price is standard for London prices, however the service is slow and the place needs some cleaning. If you are looking for a romantic place to sit and enjoy then this is not for you! I would go back there again just to try more desserts.

Visited today with my siblings and baby niece. A white European female with black hair and tattoos on the back of her neck serving behind the counter spoke to my sister rudely on two occasions. The second occasion she told my sister I don’t get paid to open doors when asked if she could open the toilet door for my baby niece to use. When confronted about her rudeness she proceeded to swear at myself and my sister and told us to ‘ F off and leave’ as we hadn’t paid service charge on our bill. On top of all of this she was confrontational to a point it felt like she was going to actually come around and hit one of us. I am so disgusted and shocked at the way we were treated and the managers resolve was ‘he would deal with her’

It’s a shame because the desserts there are decent but I’ve never come across such a rude member of staff. Poor customer service, no manners & apparently she’s an assistant manager. It seems other customers have felt the same way about her. Perhaps creams should give her more training in interpersonal skills!

Ordered deliveroo....the driver said they gave the milkshakes on the side in the bag which has obviously ruined all of the food and no milkshake left!! Called up and she said she doesn't understand how we would want it served any other way...I said maybe in a cup holder and not over my food and she said theres nothing she can do. Will never order from here again, there is just milkshake and chocolate over my white flat!!!

Me and my niece were drinking our milkshake that we purchased when we saw the owner of the dessert parlour touching one of the employees inappropriately, she looked very uncomfortable and intimidated. All of the staff looked very nervous around him. We found this very concerning as they should not feel like this at their very own job. We hope this review has been helpful.

Went to eat at creams with the family. We always come to creams in southall. The service is really good here the quality of the desserts is amazing presentation is really nice as well. Only thing that lets this place down is that some of the staff are quiet moody and miserable which does put your mood off a little bit because your here to enjoy a nice family outing and then you get a moody staff member that makes your mood go down to. I get it its busy maybe people are annoying them but at the end of the day customer service is always supposed to be on point smiling, happy, being polite. If your going to be moody and serve customers they will be put off with you too.

What a place. We visited with friends whilst in Ealing. We were blown away by the choices on the menu having never seen anything like this before. We shared a large kinder Milkshake which was amazing. The waffles and sundaes looked incredible. We can’t wait for our next trip down to London.

Hi there, Today first time I went southall Creams Gelato .. I have seeen the rude Staff the lady called ANGIE 17:30pm 6April ... she was soo rude I asked her very nicely We need a table for two people .. my friend said she wants to sit downstairs because they got sitting downstairs aswelll ... but the same lady refused us to sit there .. and telling us we can't sit there .. just after 2mins I saw She allowed one couples to sit downstairs How ridiculous is that .. I really couldn't understand why she was behaving us like that .. I don't want to disrespected her infront customers.. I used to work Creams myself Aswell So I know very well how customers got treated .. So tell your lazy staff clean the toilet nicely and keep toilet paper always And be nice with Customers .. if she had a bad day She needs go home not to take piss out on customers.. Hello ladies and gent boys and girls of all ages. Have you seen the newest craze from creams Southall. The bubble pop waffle for only £7.95 Not bad on price but my god was it lush.

3rd time visiting southall creams, last time was 3 yrs ago and I must say it has dropped in standards. The deco is falling apart and doesn’t give a welcoming atmosphere. Their manager is very friendly and helpful and is probably why I would give 2 and not 1 star. We ordered 3 desserts and 2 out of 3 could not be finished due to poor quality and undercooked batter. Needs a lot of improvement but I guess with the amount of people visiting they won’t bother.

Well spend evening and it was my bday evening so my hubby took me there and we had some delicious drinks and cakes. We always love to visit again except the fact that its too much calories.😊
