The best restaurants in Ealing London

The food is nice and the timing of there preparation is good as well but the write free home delivery on there board and when you ask the for home delivery they charge you for extra 3 pound which is annoying. If you guys don’t give free delivery service don’t put that on your board, so we can at least know we gonna be charged for the delivery.

Chicken is soggy, oily with too much salt, Chips portions are tiny and soggy too. Food is far from fresh and not cheap either. Staff are polite and helpful, I give them that. I don't think I'll be eating food from KFC by choice for a very long time. I wish the management or share holders take their families there for a meal sometime to see for themselves the quality of food they are feeding the nation.

I had the pleasure of booking Gifto’s Catering for my wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and service. Brother Saleem was exceptionally supportive and ensured everything ran smoothly, contributing greatly to the success of the event. The food was a highlight for many of our guests. I would highly recommend Gifto’s Catering for any special occasion – their professionalism and attention to detail are truly commendable.

As a customer, I’m extremely disappointed and find this experience completely unacceptable. I ordered two double baguettes with drinks, but both baguettes arrived without any sauce, leaving them dry, and one appeared half empty. Although the drinks were delivered correctly, I did not receive a refund for this unsatisfactory service. Staff need to double-check orders to avoid these issues in the future.

What ever chef you have atm KEEP HIM HE DESERVES A PAY RISE!! Always been a hot and miss in the past but the last 2 take always have been so fresh and hot and so so so tasty. Before the chicken never tasted fresh like it was heated up in the microwave. Last few times have been perfect.

Ordered 8 XL pizzas last minute as another place cancelled my order. They were helpful and fast in making my order. Pizzas were good and the price was reasonable also.

Terrible customer service with the owner just grunting at my wife when she asked for butter and not margarine. When they came to total the cost of the breakfasts , they tried to charge us £30 - ten pounds MORE than it should've been. We walked straight out before they got a chance to get their utensils out!

I’ll mark with a star just because I had no issue with the food . But I’ll want to say about Sefina and her behaviour about getting feedbacks . I was sitting at the table and she came saying that I can get a free burger next time if I’ll register my receipt following a link . I’ve said that I’m not eating so often at McDonalds so I’m fine not to do it . But she insisted and I’ve decided to do this hopping that she will go . Once I’ve accessed the link , she started to tell me what I should choose from the survey (higher rates about my experience at McDonalds, about staff , service , food etc ) . Few times she disagreed with my choices and tried to write it for me , I said to her that I can do it myself . At the end , there was some space to write a review and I decided to skip that part , she tried to take my phone from my hands to type . I saw her behaviour and I said that I don’t want to finish with this , but she said why , you are at the end of the survey ? In my opinion , that’s not a normal way to obtain a positive feedback . Acting like this, shows how unprofessional you are . The feedback is optional , and there is no one who can force you to write there what you want . We are not in wilderness .

Hampton Hill London Hotel is a hidden gem — boutique in feel, with a calm atmosphere and thoughtful design. The staff were genuinely welcoming, and my room was spotless with lovely personal touches. It's perfectly located for walks in Bushy Park or trips into Richmond. A great mix of comfort, convenience, and charm. Highly recommend for a quiet yet connected stay.

Excellent local pub with drinks that are at a great price. The customer service is excellent, the staff are very friendly and the pub itself is very clean and cosy. Food is okay, not something to write home about, but if you're there for the drinks and for the lovely atmosphere, you can't go wrong.

Atmosphere is good, Food is good also, just the carrot cake is a but dry.

To bad service the guy who is taking order is very rude I ordered hot chocolate with hazelnut syrup and cream he don't hear oreder properly and I asked brista a girl there she went to get the cream but he stop her and arguing, with me very bad experiences don't want go there next time although he drowning the brand also
