McDonald's in Ealing

I've ordered my food at half 12 in the morning and it's taken over 2 half hotels just to get to me when it's around the corner

Best Drive thru for North & West London. Staff great and quite a quick turnaround from ordering to collection.

I recently visited McDonald’s with the hope of enjoying a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. While the service was reasonably fast and the staff were polite, the food quality left a lot to be desired. The main item I ordered was noticeably small in size, which made the meal feel more like a snack than a proper portion. More disappointing, however, were the fries. They lacked the usual crispness and freshness that McDonald’s is known for, and tasted bland and underwhelming. I understand that fast food isn’t always perfect, but consistency in quality is important—especially from such a well-known brand. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I do hope McDonald’s takes more care in maintaining food standards in future.

When you order a tea to go with your breakfast, it would help to include milk. Had to throw it away.

Asked for extra onions and they told me they're not able to for reasons... Ridiculous TBH.

It is what it is, fast food with people serving you who can’t be bothered to acknowledge your presence. Half our order was missing and then took a further 20 mins to remember to bring it to our car in a spot they told me to park. Expect nothing less from a fast food joint in a busy west London location.

Last time was absolute disgusting. I've ordered cheesy Philly and cheeseburger. Both of them came warm but super dry. By some reason they put in my cheeseburger bacon. Cashier could not count, as he charged me extra 1.18 by some reason, and then he was convincing me that he owe me 50p. Was it some math problems or cashier was making fun of me. Anyway it was the worst experience in MC in long time. It was drive through at Thursday night.

I came from my night shift and was hungry so I entered macdonalds for some delicious Msc spicy burger. I ordered it then when I go there to pick up my food then girl on white shirt with glasses gave me and I came back to my seat to eat and realised that she didn't gave me tissue! When I open my Mac spicy it was unexpected Mac! it was only letus chicken and bun! Taste was not satisfying compared to other mac Spicy I eat in other macdonalds. This was my 3rd time here.. service at night is bad !

Be extremely careful when getting food from this place!!! There was a small and hard object in my food and it has now completely destroyed one tooth and chipped two more! Avoid this place or inspect your food thoroughly!!!!!!!

Absolute crap McDonald's, taking online orders but yet when I go there restaurant closed

Appalling organisation and wait times at the drive through are horrendous. There is obviously a staffing issue that needs sorting out. Food is regularly swimming in grease and had to be thrown away. This is not a good advert for Macdonalds !!

Came to this Macdonald's 3 days ago and still thinking what did i eat . I ordered a Beef burger and no way that taste like a burger im still wandering what was is because it Definitely was not beef . It tasted more of blood and different type of meat

Always i get frise cold, the staff is not care about how to take the order always some mistake. And manager from today is so rude on the phone… the food IS COLD! Unfortunately, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior All the time drivers waits like 15 to 20 minit sometime order is ready but still they are not give the order always they ignored to drivers I am very disappointed with manager and with staff in the morning please look when the food is ready and u are not paking it is cold food when we going to customers they are complaining for food it is cold please speed of your service.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your Manager (Noorus). Unfortunately, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior that made my experience uncomfortable. The Manager Noorus the words that were rude, , "raised their voice when I asked a for delivery," he didn't give me and told I'll not give do whatever U want do as well as he came to me and told get out from my store this is my store also told me if U in my country I'll break you.This lack of courtesy and respect was completely unexpected and left a negative impression of your business. This manger is think that he is the superior, even he don't know how to speak with the delivery driver. As a delivery driver, I expect a high standard of service and respect, and I believe that addressing this issue would help improve the overall customer and delivery drivers experience. I hope you will consider providing additional training to ensure your manager Noorus treated with respect and professionalism. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but it is important for your Manager (Noorus) to maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards delivery drivers at all times. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure this type of behavior is not repeated in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Quite a good McDonalds. Food was as expected, no issues.

I have noticed the last couple of times I’ve been here in the evening it’s been rubbish. Last time my cheese burger looked flattened and way too much ketchup. It looked and tasted like it was left standing too long. They don’t care.

Reasonable but a lot of order mistakes when no managers around at nights

Still 😎 Apart from one Asian female, working weekdays, wearing a white shirt, calling herself a manager. If you are unlucky enough to be served by her, she is very rude, acts as deaf when you try talk to her,relating your order, deliberately delays you order, when it's already your food been prepared and ready to be served.

What a bunch of incompetent, rude and not customer friendly staff at the Alperton branch. Especially the Asian lady who can't talk but shouts and refuses to listen to you first before trying to open her big mouth. Definitely need training in Customer service. Never again will I go here. On fact just been put off by the whole experience.

If ordering from drive thru, always check your order before leaving. Things have been left out on several occasions.

Mcdonalds are pretty much the same all overthe uk. Barely warm food and hot drink, a burger that looks as though it has been thrown together from some distance. If you are lucky you won't get soggy fries but they will probably be cold.

Good service and friendly staff. This McDonald's is a great choice. Service is fast can dine in or takeaway and also has a drive thu system for extra convenience. And it's open 24 hrs a day.

Fries and Dips are not delivered

I asked for a plain burger they scraped of what they could from a full dressing burger and sent it in my delivery

Ordered twice came late twice and cold and the burger I asked for plain was scraped off with someone’s hands as there was scrape marks on the cheese and onions still under the melted patty needs some serious management done.

Some of the food was cold. This being my 1st McRib, it will also be my last. Too much sauce made the bun soggy. The patty was barely warm and the onion came in 2 long pieces and about 4 bits diced. The hot chocolate wasn't hot and was overly sweet. I was told that the chips and chicken burger were ok and the apple pie was as hot as the sun as always. The salad was as you'd expect. Sharing the wrap, we found it to have more bread and less filling unfortunately. Overall, I won't be rushing back..

If you can, avoid Alperton McDonalds - customer service always sucks and they never get the order right. Without fail, everyone they will forget something

Good option for quick food! The Good thing is that you always find one around you are. Sometimes save you, specially when it is late at night.

When I finished dinner, I threw my wasted in the pin , then I looked at the worker looking aggressively, and I told her, is there any problem, she also replied to me that I threw the waste in the wrong place, it was a shock for me, I could have left them at the table, but I don't like this behaviour and I want to deal with customers in a smooth and civilised way.

There is a lady who saved me she didn't fulfill my request & she is very rude & she didn't respond to me properly. It's a very bad experience for me. Please educate your staff to handle the customers.

All good but unfortunately they didn’t offer meal deals on the burgers we wanted, which is different to eating in. This makes it expensive.

Staff are friendly, polite and attentive. They keep the restaurant clean and tidy.

Got my order over an hour after placing the order, none of the condiments I ordered were in the bag, dry chicken nuggets really not the best. Chips were also undercooked and had to leave a lot of them as just inedible.

Great for a quick food, staff is very nice too. Atmosphere like any McDonalds, still better then less fortunate central London McDonalds’.
