Didnt arrive but marked as delivered

unfortunately once again something was missing this time coca-cola and orange juice

Awful. Bag dripping with softdrinks, food soaked and cold.

I made an order of £17 and never receive my order

Got my order over an hour after placing the order, none of the condiments I ordered were in the bag, dry chicken nuggets really not the best. Chips were also undercooked and had to leave a lot of them as just inedible.

A quick McDo burger, promptly delivered, all good :-)

Old and cold fries, burger cold and even worse the whole burger had fallen apart completely with buns and burger separated and soaked in sauce the whole box

The delivery driver was great when I did get my order. But I waited over an hour to get my food delivered from the restaurant & some of the food was cold even when I received it. Very Poor experience.

Fries come cold more times than I can count. Ontop every time I order nuggets or even pay for extra sauce they don’t add it. This has happend more than 10times already. Worst mcd iv ever been to hands down probably a good reason it’s only rated 3stars blud.

best mcdo delivery in ages. nothing forgotten, nothing spilled, I even got napkins and it arrived few minutes early. all food exactly as it should be. impressed

I got the complete wrong order. I ordered a lot of food for my family and all I got was someone else’s drinks and they don’t even have a phone number to call just if I want to get the situation sorted immediately and not in two days. Very very disappointed. Really bad communication system and restaurant made a big mistake

we ordered from mcdonalds aperton and we specifically said for the rider to call us when he arrived outside our hotel. not only did we have any rider information to contact him, but that rider never showed and our food was apparently delivered when it wasn’t. and now I’ve just been charged and have no food, so we are extremely disappointed as we tried calling McDonald’s for more information and they did not respond

This branch has just had a fresh makeover. Very clean and seating is so much better. Food was the best yet and freshly cooked. Will be back soon.

The drive thru guy got the order wrong 3 times. First he entered it wrong, then he didn't upgrade it to a Large Meal. Then we forgot parts of the order which he 'promised' he put in the bag himself. Complete shambles. All issues rectified but it was very inconvenient. We had only placed a small order of 2 meals and 2 mcflurries.

We went here for breakfast - they didn't have hot chocolate which was disappointing... But also my egg mcmuffin was a bit oilier than other branches... But this is a McDs, what more can you expect!

31st July 2024 @ 01:00 appx. Waiting 20 minutes at the counter. No one to provide counter service. The night staff they all looking each others faces including the two Gujarati managers . Totally useless. Night staff having hard time serving drive through windows and delivery boys. Most of the time this restaurant at night time is dead. Only the homeless are sleeping in their. Toilets and tables are dirty. Bins full and stinks generating flys in the restaurant. Good for night sleepers and backpackers.

We never received our free chicken nuggets,WHy??

Dear McDonald’s I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with my recent delivery order. I have been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has left me utterly shocked and appalled. Upon receiving my order, I was horrified to find that both the milkshake and the fries appeared to have been half-eaten before they reached my doorstep! The milkshake was only half full, with clear signs that someone had taken a sip. The fries were in complete disarray, as if they had been picked through and sampled. This is completely unacceptable and has seriously impacted my trust in your service. I cannot believe that such a well-known and reputed company would allow this to happen. The thought of consuming partially eaten food is both revolting and a serious health concern. I demand an immediate explanation and a full refund for this order. Additionally, I expect assurances that this will never happen again to any customer. This experience has severely damaged my perception of McDonald’s, and I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I hope you take this matter seriously and rectify the situation promptly. I experienced a good service on this Mac Donald’s

I ordered online like 5 times and everytime they missed my dips which i paid for.

If you order a large meal don’t be Surprised if the container for the chips is half full, happened too many times now and I was letting it slide but enough is enough. On Monday night (24/6/2024) one of your cashiers robbed me of 4p. Meal came to £6.93, I gave £7 in pound coins and I only got 3p back. Disgusting behaviour. (29/6/2024) Happened again. Got short-changed with the large chips.

As usual, the filling in the hat trick is minimalist, but nothing like the promotion photos you have to search for it. This is the reason I do not like to go to McDonald's expensive for what you get. Expect to never receive what you see in the photo, their way of making even more profit

2 big macs ordered ketchup only,both came with all the works and couldn't be eaten. How hard is it to read an order,it's not complicated. no cheese means no cheese.

A nice clean restaurant staff where kind and friendly only thing letting this place down was the speed of service was there during a very quiet time only had 3 orders on the screen plus my one and it took well over 10 minutes of waiting Toilets where clean and tidy

Delivery driver was great. Came early and driver was lovely. But Mcdonalds did not put the sauces in the bag AGAIN. What is the point in asking what sauce I want if you aren't going to put it in the bag anyway. Poor effort.

Comparing to other branches this is good. It's clean light ablnd not miserable inside. Has sauces for free and tablets for the kids. At least 2 of tablets had issues though and were not usable.

If I order condiments I expect them to be delivered with my order. If you don’t have the condiments, cancel the order. It’s part of the meal. If you can’t be bothered and don’t care about your customers, simply take them off the menu or charge. Don’t just not put them in the order.

I tried to cancel the order because it came very hard, I tried to call the restaurant but without success.

The courier didn't want to come to the door, so I had to go down.. And he spilled half a Coke!!!!

Ridiculous. Is it that hard to just check the bag before you seal it? 50% of the time I order from this McD’s, they forget either a few or a lot of the items. Even if you put a gentle reminder on the notes for them to check the bag, they still fail to do it. I have half my order right now.

Your driver is rude he wanted me to leave my baby on her own all because he didn’t want to come to the main entrance of my building to deliver my food he was at the fire exit so instead he decided not to deliver my food at all I wouldn’t give any stars but have too otherwise can’t do review

I ordered big mac with extra bacon. Paid extra 0.80 and did get only one rash of bacon. Why ? ? Every time something is missing. Disappointed, really.

Having read some of the recent reviews, I can confirm that this doesn't appear to be a tight operation. I did have to send a QB w cheese back for not having pickles and onions. It was replaced fairly quickly without fuss, which is good. Now the 2nd one looked liked it had onions added at assembly, which is not actually what is supposed to happen anymore but obv this is hard to verify with certainty. Patties are overcooked, I believe they are using a higher cooking temp now but this reduces margin for timing errors I think. Cheeseburger patty was very thin, idk if this is due to the overcooking or skimpflation but it was a poor show. Fries were overdone - they weren't bad by any means, but they weren't quite at the McDs level and were undersalted. Nugs and Apple Pie were fine. Yeah, would probably not go there again. I've only eaten in 3 UK McDs in the past year - Luton Airport Parkway, Ealing & here. Ealing was definitely the best of the 3.
