KFC Alperton - Western Avenue in Ealing

never normally have an issue with this KFC but today the food was horrible the rice was bland and the chicken was the worst ever all fat and grease no nice meat on any of it at all was all fat and gristle wish I hadn't bothered ordering

Chips cold some of the chicken cold so not eaten. I thought i had ordered fravey large hole in the bottom of the sealed bag. Can of drink fell out at door.

the food was all cold, the fries were soggy, the burger was soggy and the pepsi max can had some black bits on the top of the can

Great food, environment and quality service

Their coffee machine and ice cream machine were not working most of the time we've visited. They don't clean the tables outside. inside the restaurant is somewhat clean sometimes. Some staff are okay, but most act like they're forced to work there, and they don't care about customer service.

Great service by Lasanthika. He was very helpful with my order. Nice clean atmosphere.

They did not pack our drink, a big bottle of Tango. How do you miss that?

Chicken is soggy, oily with too much salt, Chips portions are tiny and soggy too. Food is far from fresh and not cheap either. Staff are polite and helpful, I give them that. I don't think I'll be eating food from KFC by choice for a very long time. I wish the management or share holders take their families there for a meal sometime to see for themselves the quality of food they are feeding the nation.

The outdoor sitting area is perfect especially in summer.

Visited KFC Alperton recently and had a good experience. The place was clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hot wings were crispy and well-cooked, and the fries were perfectly seasoned.

The Service is very good as they recommend the good stuff to me.

The service is atrocious, I go through the drive-through, and they are guaranteed to get my order wrong. The service agent handing out the orders is the most miserable person. She just practically throws the food at you. I'll get her name when I pop in again and update my review.... There is no change in service as of 12/04/2025.

Order kept changing time of delivery when it arrived it was cold as the driver had 3 more deliveries which is why mine was cold, he was obviously waiting for the others before delivering mine

He said he delevierd it 45mins later and also I saw him driving away with thr motercecle with my food

They forgot to give us our water on our two meals.

The food arrived very quick. Food was okayish. I didn't like the taste of the chips and the Chicken fillet was okay but I have had much tastier fillets from other outlets. KFC service was not so great as no sauce or napkins - just the food.

Really disappointed..it start from taking the order,with the women who has no idea why is there. After a very long waiting in the car for our food what was full of oil and most of the things cold. For sure we don't come back in this place.

Thefood was cold chips rock hard and as for the chicken there does not seem to be any seasoning and the pieces are very small seems incredible for the price I would say dont waste your money not very good

The food was very bad very oily and tested so bad and they was missing items in my order like the mashed potatoes and the large coleslaw and the food was cold and the drink was hot like I think kfc can do better the. This I have ordered from kfc before and it wasn’t like this this time was very bad I could even eat the food because it was to oily I had to cook something at home because I had guests I don’t want this to happened again because like I had a guest in my house is embarrassing

Burger was cold. Signature fries were dry and over cooked nearly burnt. Had I ordered in restaurant I would have taken it all back. I'm not ordering from ANY KFC again

They always have nothing left and close earlier then time stated . Staff will stop cooking food and close everything early to get home. Waste of a journey 3rd time coming and the same thing .

Kfc got my order wrong. I said no lettuce and they put that on, and left off the mayonnaise. Good thing it was out of personal preferences, not allergies. The driver was very good though.

Bad chicken quality and quantity

DRIVER PUT DELIVERED BUT ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED. RIDICULOUS AS HE HAD NOT BEEN GIVEN A CODE SO HOW CAN HE PUT DELIVERED?

Terrible service at this KFC. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order at the till, and when I finally got my food, it was the wrong order. I had to go back and sort it out, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized, and the whole experience was slow and disappointing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

The Staff was very rude and not listening to me he said if you don’t want food from here you can leave this place. I said to him I order already the food. How long will it take to get ready? And when I got the food it was really uncooked and it was bad. Smell there and burger in the wing was smell as well oil too much on it And also I would not recommend this place as health and safety wise not Clean not unprofessional staff staff very dirty stuff all over the floor from stuff that help review for customer

The delivery man was excellent , the chicken was drenched in oil to a point it made us all siek. I will never order from KFC again. This is my firts order on just eat ....not very impressed

The KFC is no more like it was before. The chicken was way too salty and no Taste like KFC I used to eat. I’m not Happy at all. This is my true opinion… not happy…salty chicken that is all you sale…I would like my money back Please. It was treat for my grandkids but even they didn’t like it…sorry but it was awful food.

I got the salad zinger yesterday 20/12/2024. It was awful. It was very small portion, its not like tge one in the picture. It was only Lettuce zinger on the top. I have had a very bad experience with this branch of KFC.

Dear team hope you are well, so my time selection is not working correctly in just eat app, so instead I sent a note to the driver and restaurant and asked them to deliver at 5pm, however they ignored this and sent the food nearly 2 hours early

My recent visit to KFC Alperton was far from satisfying. I specifically asked for certain items in my order, but what I received was completely different. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you actually ordered. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The tables and floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and it gave the whole place an uninviting feel. The only saving grace was that the food was still warm and tasted okay, but the poor service and lack of cleanliness really overshadowed the experience. I hope they work on improving these aspects because right now, it’s not a place I’d rush back to.

The pieces of chicken had a terrible smell and weird taste, like they had cooked it in something off. Fillet burger was as tasty as always but I’ll be staying away from their chicken pieces for a while

Thought ketchup sachets would be included 🤔 Tin drink was warm as it was put next to the hot food in the same bag. Otherwise it was a good meal.

Literally 5 mins from KFC and took over an hour to deliver ice cold food.

The server wasn't very polite, didn't smile or even say good evening or even say collect your order from the next window. He just took my money, gave me my change and walked away. Only because I know not to argue with people who have access to your food (and your toothbrush) why I didn't address his behaviour at the time.

I always eat here and normally food is fresh and as expected. So today I ordered a Zinger Burger and the burger came in the size so thin like its almost like you are just eating the crumbs, Im not sure if KFC is cutting down on meat size but if it is this os ridiculous.
