KFC Alperton - Western Avenue in Ealing

Terrible service at this KFC. I waited 10 minutes just to place my order at the till, and when I finally got my food, it was the wrong order. I had to go back and sort it out, which was incredibly frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized, and the whole experience was slow and disappointing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.

The Staff was very rude and not listening to me he said if you don’t want food from here you can leave this place. I said to him I order already the food. How long will it take to get ready? And when I got the food it was really uncooked and it was bad. Smell there and burger in the wing was smell as well oil too much on it And also I would not recommend this place as health and safety wise not Clean not unprofessional staff staff very dirty stuff all over the floor from stuff that help review for customer

I got the salad zinger yesterday 20/12/2024. It was awful. It was very small portion, its not like tge one in the picture. It was only Lettuce zinger on the top. I have had a very bad experience with this branch of KFC.

It’s shameful that they close the road from A40 to here so no driver can access this place. Very harmful to the business and customers. The business should complain!

Ordered food then 20mins later it was cancelled. Last time they forgot a few items too

Dear team hope you are well, so my time selection is not working correctly in just eat app, so instead I sent a note to the driver and restaurant and asked them to deliver at 5pm, however they ignored this and sent the food nearly 2 hours early

My recent visit to KFC Alperton was far from satisfying. I specifically asked for certain items in my order, but what I received was completely different. It’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you actually ordered. On top of that, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The tables and floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, and it gave the whole place an uninviting feel. The only saving grace was that the food was still warm and tasted okay, but the poor service and lack of cleanliness really overshadowed the experience. I hope they work on improving these aspects because right now, it’s not a place I’d rush back to.

Thought ketchup sachets would be included 🤔 Tin drink was warm as it was put next to the hot food in the same bag. Otherwise it was a good meal.

Literally 5 mins from KFC and took over an hour to deliver ice cold food.

The server wasn't very polite, didn't smile or even say good evening or even say collect your order from the next window. He just took my money, gave me my change and walked away. Only because I know not to argue with people who have access to your food (and your toothbrush) why I didn't address his behaviour at the time.

I always eat here and normally food is fresh and as expected. So today I ordered a Zinger Burger and the burger came in the size so thin like its almost like you are just eating the crumbs, Im not sure if KFC is cutting down on meat size but if it is this os ridiculous.

I was horrified when we were served with discoloured chicken on two occasions. The manager dismissed the issue and overlooked the chicken. I instantly felt sick after one bite. This restaurant should be closed down. I should’ve taken photos, but out of disgust, I couldn’t think about it.

Dinning always. Can't tell a specific day. lady Lasanthika or Lassanthi put the hand to her bottom and itchy and after that served the food for me. Saw in my eyes. But hesitate to tell as she is friends with the other male too much who is working in there. So in that way who's to inform. Environment is not nice. Busy store the people just standing with nothing no cleaning. Food taste is good but can you tell the people to tie the hair. Thank you.

All the chicken was hardened and over crispy. There was a time when KFC delivered chicken that would melt in your mouth. These days you have to eat like a lion and chip your tooth, that's how hard the outer skin ins.

I love KFC, but I know it's not so healthy. I have not eaten KFC for a while, so for a quick lunch, a 2 piece box meal went down very nicely at this KFC outlet. Conveniently located coming into town on the A40 before Hanger Lane. A small car park also supports a separate Costa Cafe, but some spaces may be found on the surrounding street. Drive-through is also available. Restaurant has a spacious inside seating.

Delivery driver was polite & food was filling. Only annoying thing is, being unable to tip the driver after receiving the order (which should be the only way). Imagine tipping someone beforehand like this app asks you to do & they’re disrespectful to you. Doesn’t make sense.

It's KFC like every other KFC...drive thru or eat-in options 2/3 hrs free parking I think

service not too fast (it's hard to be fast when there are 2 people at the counter) generally a lot of space, you can also order while sitting in the car, I recommend it, but not for people who are in a hurry

Every time I have ever been to this KFC they tell me we don’t have enough chicken I went yesterday at 11 they said they are closing soon so there’s no reason they should be cooking more chicken, I just wanted an Original recieve meal??!! I went two weeks before a bit earlier they told me because it’s Ramadan they haven’t been cooking much chicken??!! But every other KFC I’ve been to all around London has never had this problem. In their defence the staff are all very polite but just annoying when you go out of your way to drive to them. They should have some kind of warning on their website when they are low or have stopped preparing food for the day.

Food quality was top and arrived warm and on time. Best part was the KFC special offer exclusive to Just Eat which did a very special deal for 2 burgers and 2 chips for £10 which is a bargain! Definitely will order again!
