Terrible customer service with the owner just grunting at my wife when she asked for butter and not margarine. When they came to total the cost of the breakfasts , they tried to charge us £30 - ten pounds MORE than it should've been. We walked straight out before they got a chance to get their utensils out!

Visited Manors cafe, was not given a menu, placed my usual order but was really shocked that my small breakfast that normally includes toast and a coffee for £4 had doubled in price. Really disappointed as I’m disabled that’s a lot of money for me. A 100% increase is unacceptable especially for a loyal customer. Won’t be going back.

Me and a thew off the boys from work wanted to get away from the old wife’s, so we headed straight the cafe to have our selves a brew. All in all it was a perfect experience, the staff were lovely, the food delicious and the beverages were refreshing. Also my friend Ash went a bit crazy and got us all an omelet in the house, the best I’ve ever had.

English breakfast with toast and coffee, £4.99. That'll do me. Cafe is combined with the Post Office, which is quite unusual.

After finishing the 5 miles capital ring walk 29th December we found this cafe near Boston Manor station. We were warmly welcomed and had a well deserved mug of tea, breakfast and a bacon and egg panini, very tasty. After paying he wished us a happy new year and gave us a chocolate bar each. We will look forward to visiting the cafe on our next leg of the capital ring.

I love this place. Friendly people always ready for a conversation. BUT wish they didn't serve drinks with plastic straws and other single use plastic products with their take aways. Polystyrene take away food containers are another one.

Found this cafe only about 2 minutes walk from the tube station (Boston manor). Nice and friendly staff, good breakfasts and reasonable prices. Its in with the post office so i almost missed it.

Welcoming family run café merging with the local post office. Plenty of tables, lots of breakfast choice from full English, Irish and other international varieties. Cold and hot sandwiches, baguettes and international snacks available to have in or out. Table service and even a paper to read while sipping your favourite drink.

J and I set for a bit of shopping so stopped at Manners for a bite to eat. Jacket potato. Beans and grilled bacon and tomatoes. Poached eggs, beans and grilled tomatoes ( 3 slices) tea and a latte. All cooked lovely but it cost £17.97. Shocked, absolutely shocked. Asked for a breakdown and tomatoes cost £2.00 per plate. There wasn't a whole tomato between us. Has put me off going there again. Not our only bad experience this week

Bad food. The English breakfast is only beans and the eggs are not cooked. I've got a falafel sandwich and it wasn't good at all! Plus they charged me more without me knowing why!

The owner is friendly and always tries to please. It's our local cafe and it's just up from being a greasy spoon but it's got good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice or juiced apples, carrots etc as well as serving omelettes, salads and the all day "greasy spoon" breakfast. They do their best to keep you healthy and you just have to make the right choices!

Pre cooked, poor quality food with parts of the meal missing, and no explanation of alternative offered, small portions compared to other cafe's, over priced considering the lack of quality. Best thing about this place is the exit.

I have been here before, and this time was excellent. A warm welcome and freshly made sandwiches to order. There is also free WiFi and a post office within the premises. It has a community spirit and prices are reasonable for the area.

Manners has a great choice of all day breakfasts, served by friendly, helpful staff. We found ourselves there following a Capital Ring walk from Richmond to Osterley Lock, and the food was just what was needed after a 5 mile walk. It was so good, we couldn't wait to get back there to start off our next leg of the Capital Ring - and we travelled from South-East London so it must have been good!! You can also buy birthday cards there and post a letter - amazing!!

I happened to find myself in Boston Manor and my friends suggested an all day breakfast. We were expecting a reasonable fried breakfast, but what we had was a great fry up that didn't break the bank. The staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. (Manners has something like 10 varieties of all day breakfasts so choosing was hard as there was so much to like.) Although I live nowhere near Boston Manor if I'm ever in that part of town I'm definitely going for a Manners fry up!

Having been using Manners for a few years, the food is consistently good and very reasonably priced, loads of choice and really pleasant friendly staff. A great place for a late breakfast at the weekend, lovely lunches too.

Stomach pain and digestive problems every time I eat from there. No idee what they put in that food, looks healthy but it's not healthy at all for you. The staff is horrible overall, you have better chances to win the lottery then get a smile in there. Avoid at all costs!!!

In terms of grand, historic interior, this is probably the best Wetherspoons we’ve been too. Such a peaceful, calm and special environment. Our family thought the food and service was just as good.

The consistency in the reviews seem to be that the food is good however the staff are very rude. I’m afraid I have to agree. The staff speak to you like they’re doing you a favour by acknowledging your presence. There’s a huge undertone of arrogance and entitlement from when you walk up to the counter. Not a great start to the day. It’s disappointing as it’s a nice place. Won’t be going back.

¡Buena comida! Tuvimos una reunión familiar y compramos un cordero asado completo de Mugi para llevar. Cuando llegamos a casa, todavía estaba caliente y sabía increíble!

Really, really cute, tucked-away spot - great for a casual afternoon meal. The service here was so superb. I was on a Peep Show filming locations tour in London and this was a must-see for me. The manager totally remembered the shoot and regaled me on the experience. Food was excellent and I'll definitely be going back to try their pizzas which they stone-bake on the premises. The neighborhood is so cheery and right next to a historic park with lots of fantastic Victorian architecture. A great find. Cheers!
