Rubbish managers inept in training creating a high turnover of staff.alwya over last 7 years never been served by trained member of staff always 2 new girls training.training on a Sunday morning place was packed out expected wait 30 mins. Turned around and carried on home.

Very friendly and good coffee. I recommend it to anyone.

I arrived to this Costa cafe at 7am but it open at 7:30 and I decided to wait and then sat in the chaos outside and it was convenient because the marquees where open and it was raining, I assumed they open it because they had already the tables and chairs set in the street and that would kept that dry and clean. When the ladies noticed I was sitting at the chair they kindly retracted the marquees. It wasn’t important for them to allow the tables to get wet as long as i don’t benefit from the shelter. Nice human being gesture

Friendly staff and quick service. It hasn't changed it's still as welcoming as ever.

Had a face-lift. Costa that is. Brighter, lighter. New furniture.

the music in the place is too loud which makes it so hard to study, work or even communicate with others. I used to go there to study but not anymore. I wish it was a work friendly place.

Has had a refurbishment and feels and looks lighter attractive and appealing to come in and stay! A fabulous turnaround from what was. Back to being a proper Costa Coffee shop

Walked in, waitress was on the phone, clearly talking to a friend and not a customer, eventually she turns and I ask her if I can use the toilet as I needed to change my newborn baby, she refused unless I bought something, I pleaded as there was no where else local and she just gave me a dirty look and said you have to buy something, refusing to let someone use a toilet should not be a policy, pathetic.

Love costa and this one never let's me down

Recently started visiting again for my daily chaii latte. Staff are friendly and professional, especially Cassidy, Mehrissa and Khushi whose customer service has been exceptional and second to none, providing a warm and friendly service while paying close attention to individual customer needs and requirements. I personally have 20 years customer service experience and would consider it an achievement if at their age I was half as amazing as they are right now. Kudos to Cassidy and the whole team and Costa Greenford!

Lovely place to chill out and enjoy your hot/cold drink.

There were three of us including myself. One of my friends ordered a coffee while we wanted to study in the mostly empty cafe. However, one staff member very rudely told us that if we weren’t all ordering then we have to leave. When we said we weren’t ordering (though we were thinking of ordering food later on) she said that she’s going to have to kick us out. We had moved a table to make space for more people who were making their way. As we were all stood up, she again very rudely told us to move the furniture back.

Failed to score full points as there were children playing with a scooter in the shop and staff took a blind eye and never dealt with it or speak to parents. Accident waiting to happen child racing around with scooter and adults carrying hot drinks...

Can be hit and miss with this Costa Coffee. Which is primarily caused by low staffing levels some days. One day it’s sparkling clean and other days. The tables are not cleaned as fast as they should be. Overall it’s an average Costa Coffee.

Coffee is bland and tasteless. Watch in amazement as they empty out the used granules by hitting it against the inside of the bin and put it straight back into the machine... Also they put a cup underneath it only stream hit the cup the other one over side when I brought this to thier attention they just shrugged.

Unfortunately after being a long time customer I will not be coming here again.i ordered the peach frapachino and watched the woman drop peaces of peach on the side and add it with her hands to the top of my drink.fringe was open the whole time I was there and my husband who had another frapachino was very sick within 40 mins of drinking it.outside tables were also filthy.its a shame it never was like this before.

Greenford Costa had 2 very polite and helpful female staff this morning.

Best service from this place in greenford . I think her name was ziba. She served me and my disabled daughter, no one offered to help me with the door, but she did even though was cue to the door. Every time I’m here she makes my experience 10/10. Needs more recognition.

Dreadful place. You can never sit at a table because they are always occupied by schoolkids doing their homework. They dont even bother to buy anything from the shop. The staff dont care and told me if I didnt like it go elsewhere. So I did. Avoid!!

The worse costa ever, since a couple of months they never had oat milk ( but is still on the coffee board as a option )and this is the only type of milk I can have due to my allergies. Service is rude, team talks with each other so loud that you can't even relax dining in. Waiting for the coffee is too long as well.

Lovely service, only ordered three drinks, latte, mocha and hot chocolate but all three were served and presented well, I'm sure and food/snacks would have been given the same professional treatment... 👍

Enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere

The manager is in a very bad mood because apparently there is a new worker and the way in which she teaches her is very unpleasant, the way in which she addresses her colleague is very rude and it has made me feel a very uncomfortable situation as a client. This happened on 02/12/2023 at 9:30. I think that the one in charge of teaching a new employee should be kind and delicate and not the so abrupt way that I have witnessed.

Not the cleanest Costa coffee, but the coffee itself was OK.

I wanted my tea to be strong, every time I go to Costa the cost of an extra tea bag is free. Out of nowhere they tried to charge me the price of my drink for a tea bag which is £2.40. If you are going to charge for a tea bag it should be maximum 50p not £2.40. This is poor customer service and should be fixed as soon as possible.

Coffee OK, toasted cheese/ham sandwich disgusting - processed cheese and sandwich only toasted on one side leaving the other soggy and revolting. Toilets appallingly filthy with no soap in the dispenser and bins overflowing. Unacceptable neglect for the level of pricing.

Just wanted to take time to say thank you to the lovely lady who opened the store this morning all on her own, really appreciate that you took the time to make great coffee and provide good service despite being on your own and managing colleagues absence, you deserve to be recognised by your management

Very slow service... I don't need to say anything else. Thus can make the overall experience quite frustrating.

Dirty, slow and inaccurate service. Not very welcoming. Didn't have ice drinks and no toast. The bakery was at least 3 days old.

Filthy, slow and staff don't know how to make coffee. Filthy dirty: judge for yourself from the photos Slow: it took 8 minutes for my coffee to be made. Disgusting both in terms of presentation and taste Staff: unfriendly, almost close to the point of being rude. And there are only two of them. The barrista told me that the chocolate sieve was broken. Well get a new one then! There are not enough mains points and tables are small or round so not ideal for working.

I'm so disappoented☹️ All I go to Costa in Greenford I order coffee, the taste is always different, and when I ask why it is different from yesterday who you have settled, she says, No, this is your request, but the same request, why is it different? After that today I order a toast bread with jam She came when I was payment the manager's , and she said we don't have toast from yesterday ???!!! I do not know what her problem every day I ask for a request that is not available Please look because I see she is with people too She asking Rudely 😔 all a staff team is working great Why when I go to any Costa there is no problem?? !!! ...... Nice customer service but broken foam machine in a coffee shop? Not acceptable

We sat in, my partner and I, the barista burnt the milk and the coffee was stale (tends to be due the hopper bin lid being left off which holds the coffee beans) the dining area was loud with music, I've given it 2 stars because at least my partners tea tasted like tea,

The staff admitted to being under-trained and were sarcastic about it as though it were my fault. It was overall disappointing and the WC was unsanitary.

Decent coffee served here it has a nice modern interior.

Modern interior design, good location but no parking, Lidl just a five minutes walk, friendly and helpful staff.

Just awful, I would not recommend anyone to come here. The main waitress is clearly RACIST and discriminatory towards ethnics. She made everyone feel welcome but us. Obvious stance as to who they want their regular customers to be and who they don't. Hanwell is a beautifully diverse area and that should be celebrated. This kind of behaviour should not be encouraged. Sincerely hoping new better staff are employed

Met a friend in there the place was very clean and not crowded at all it was a very relaxing time as it was pouring with rain that day

The coffee is usually very good here. The baristas generally appear to be Polish and are very good however today the person who served me was Asian and she didn't seem to care. I asked for a mini flat white and she just poured in loads of milk to make a small latte. She just didn't seem to care. Also the toilets were messy with no toilet paper or soup.

I have been here many times and enjoyed great cups of coffee however for the first time ever I asked for decaffeinated coffee. It didn't taste of much and was very watery. I put this down to the beans rather than the barista so I won't have decaf again.

Came in and staff is busy on their phones. I have ordered take away coffe and 2 sandwiches, I've got it to 'eat in' instead. Thae lady was'nt really happy to change it and left the plates aside to talk to her friend behind the counter. Then when she did pack it she serve it with an attitude. How rude! Not a good place to stop by. Lucky the coffee was ok .

I have been at costa the broadway in greenford this morning. The atmosphere and staff are amazing! I was served by a blonde girl which was really kind and helpful. High speed service. Now I am regular customer for sure. I highly recommend it.

I have always enjoyed going to Costa Coffee and never more so than now . Love a flat white and pastries. Menu almost back to pre lockdown. Seating is spaced and queing not very long. I only go to Greenford twice a year and this is the only coffee shop in that part of Greenford and a much needed pitstop on the way to Greenford Hall to donate blood. Friendly and helpful staff.
