McDonald's in Ealing

I’ll mark with a star just because I had no issue with the food . But I’ll want to say about Sefina and her behaviour about getting feedbacks . I was sitting at the table and she came saying that I can get a free burger next time if I’ll register my receipt following a link . I’ve said that I’m not eating so often at McDonalds so I’m fine not to do it . But she insisted and I’ve decided to do this hopping that she will go . Once I’ve accessed the link , she started to tell me what I should choose from the survey (higher rates about my experience at McDonalds, about staff , service , food etc ) . Few times she disagreed with my choices and tried to write it for me , I said to her that I can do it myself . At the end , there was some space to write a review and I decided to skip that part , she tried to take my phone from my hands to type . I saw her behaviour and I said that I don’t want to finish with this , but she said why , you are at the end of the survey ? In my opinion , that’s not a normal way to obtain a positive feedback . Acting like this, shows how unprofessional you are . The feedback is optional , and there is no one who can force you to write there what you want . We are not in wilderness .

This place won't be happy until someone is hospitalised from allergen issues because despite so called management saying that they are dealing with the staff not following order notes it's still happening on a regular basis wouldn't recommend this place at all today when asked not to put mayonnaise on the fillet of fish they put it on anyway

For the right order this time. I think there's a new manager so hopefully it'll be better than it used to be. Unfortunately you can't order though the app here.

The chicken nuggets tasted horrible and had a very weird taste. The music is sooo loud in this McDonald’s! We couldn’t have a decent conversation as a family. I couldn’t wait to get out.

Friendly staff, plenty of seating inside and outside the venue. When we were eating one afternoon, staff member asked if we were interested in kids' face painting.

Soggy chips. Dry burgers. Tried the ranch burger. Not so good. Normally quite enjoy a McD now and again.

Avery busy mcdonalds. However, they were very helpful when the app malfunctioned. The food was of normal mcdonald quality. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating

I always enjoy my visits to McDonald's! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is quick and friendly. Nice place , prices bit higher compearing with other branches in that area . Still good services but sometimes there are deliberate delays in service. Your food is there and no one there to serve it 😞

Sometimes it’s good but usually is bad as it’s always in a rush and they make the proportions smaller than other McDonald’s

I waited for my food for over 10 minutes and got an incomplete order, and one lady mumbled something to me, maybe a mango, what kind of mango, I want my coffee, after a while no one paid any attention to me or my order, I was robbed for 2 coffees and I will never go there again. This place is a tragedy!! Never again !!!!

Jewisha was really helpful at the counter. When I visited the store was really busy and her professionalism was outstanding. She helped me to sort out one of my order. I have noticed she was working very hard, cover most of the stations, from the counter to the frise station and after drink station. As I said, she was really outstanding and I was happy customer. Thank you again Jewisha and to all team in Greenford retail park

They’re lucky I’m even giving one star cos if zero, was an option I would give it because how are you telling me that school kids aren’t allowed in because of one little incident this is ridiculous I mean, how are you even getting sales when you treat children like that absolutely appalling, and the way that the staff spoke to kids was absolutely disrespectful

Service wasn't good, they didn't seem to want to be there, like we were an inconvenience to them when speaking to me. The food also took over 10mins and it wasn't even busy (11am weekday). Burger was thrown together by the looks of it too. Not a great experience..

Do not support this McDonald’s, after 12 at night parking ANPR is on. You get fined even if you visit drive through. SCAMMERS!!!!

This should not even be a 1 star review So I have just had my monet stolen by 2 employees shreeyani and kuiijeet, this may not be entirely there fault but due to bad training but the conviction they have in it would suggest otherwise Firstly sending me back and forth to saying it was paid then it wasn't and me reversing back and throw between windows, to having to show my bank account to show the transaction This would have been enough with most normal people but nit these to so ultimately I've had to leave after 30 mins of wasting my time with no food, £8+ lighter in the pockets and more time now to get my money back for what is ultimately garbage

Food was really good but customer service is 0… staff is not friendly. I went there with my friend for having dinner the lady whose name was tanya didn’t serve us properly she was only showing her attitude… I ordered for eat in and she didn’t give us tray as well when I asked for tray she made rude face and didn’t give us tissues as well…. I would say avoid this McDonald at any cost or teach her customer service… Thanks

I ordered my food and I waited for about half an hour or more without my food I kept asking where is my food? They said they will get it ready. And when I finally got it after asking for the 10th time they gave me cold food and my MC flurry was melted; I didn't even get my sauce.

We ordered burger and fries, fries weren’t fresh at all. Staff was good . They don’t have security at all, we got attacked by two drunk men and they were also misbehaving with staff. And on shift there were 2 ladies only (no man). We were 5 people and attackers were 2 still we didn’t fell safe!!!

When the food arrived the drinks where spilled making the fries wet and half of the ice cream also splilled out.

Poor choice of drinks , no coffees or tea. Food was not worth was ordered no sausage in sausage and egg McMuffins.

Delivery orders are often wrong with missing items or items you never ordered. The quality of the food is good, no problem with that. But their ability to put the right items in the right bag is terrible. Unfortunately did a McDelivery order today and had no choice where the food was coming from, ordered a McRib but got chicken selects instead, sorry to see nothing has improved in the last 3 years.

This has to be the worst mc Donald’s. Always gets the order wrong when we order online- there is always either burger missing or drinks missing. This is not 1 or 2 times- it happens all the time. They even mess up the order when we use their drive thru. Today I was using their drive thru and I ordered chicken big mc and when I got home I just ate without looking and it was the normal big mc and we don’t eat beef due to our religion. This is so ridiculous. How can they manage to get the order wrong every time!!!! Also it would probably not happen if their screen was working where we place the order on drive thru

One of the worst Mc Donald’s last week 21st September ordered for almost £30 and came on drive through for pick and asked me to wait on bay and I was waiting over 20 minutes and I didn’t get my food I had to walk inside and collect my food. Not even a sorry and they offered me an apple pie Lol…. Is just one apple pie correct your service standard???? Manager was not on the floor and guy with a white shirt talking on the phone and walking around the restaurant. Today 28th September I ordered chicken nuggets kids meal all the nuggets were burnt hope team and manager aware about “Acrylamide” if not please use google and find out. If you can’t serve please close it down.

The delivery driver took 45 minutes to come and the food didn’t even come it was just drinks and they were all spilt and the driver was careless about what hallend

Depressing place to eat. Not only the food quality is just bad, but also the decor, toilets and overall feel not mentioning the accurac of the meal. Some mc donalds have soul, this one lost it long time ago.
