It's McDonald's the kids love it

I ordered my food and I waited for about half an hour or more without my food I kept asking where is my food? They said they will get it ready. And when I finally got it after asking for the 10th time they gave me cold food and my MC flurry was melted; I didn't even get my sauce.

We ordered burger and fries, fries weren’t fresh at all. Staff was good . They don’t have security at all, we got attacked by two drunk men and they were also misbehaving with staff. And on shift there were 2 ladies only (no man). We were 5 people and attackers were 2 still we didn’t fell safe!!!

Only went in for a coffee, their coffee machine was out of service. I left without purchasing

Delivery orders are often wrong with missing items or items you never ordered. The quality of the food is good, no problem with that. But their ability to put the right items in the right bag is terrible. Unfortunately did a McDelivery order today and had no choice where the food was coming from, ordered a McRib but got chicken selects instead, sorry to see nothing has improved in the last 3 years.

I ordered a big Mac and it came out with ketchup in it and cold. I asked for a replacement but they refused to replace or give me my money back. I won't be going back to this store and I would advise those buying food to check it before you leave

no crispy onions. they were just soggy and the fries 🍟 were not full so basically paid for large fries and got medium. also food was luke warm. don't usually do reviews

Ordered at 7:35 and my order arrived 8:23. The food was also in a shopping bad so arrived cold. Very disappointed

No drinks came or my dippers not happy at all

Worst mcdonalds. Food cold always. Literal lack of organisation with staff. Running around doing nothing and panicking. Worst mcdonalds. Evenings are notorious for this, not sure about daytime.

Order at 15.30 and didn’t arrive until 17.15

This has to be the worst mc Donald’s. Always gets the order wrong when we order online- there is always either burger missing or drinks missing. This is not 1 or 2 times- it happens all the time. They even mess up the order when we use their drive thru. Today I was using their drive thru and I ordered chicken big mc and when I got home I just ate without looking and it was the normal big mc and we don’t eat beef due to our religion. This is so ridiculous. How can they manage to get the order wrong every time!!!! Also it would probably not happen if their screen was working where we place the order on drive thru

delivery driver had problems finding the place but then he found it and I got my food.

Great service....just check your order before you leave....and hound them for the sauces.

One of the worst Mc Donald’s last week 21st September ordered for almost £30 and came on drive through for pick and asked me to wait on bay and I was waiting over 20 minutes and I didn’t get my food I had to walk inside and collect my food. Not even a sorry and they offered me an apple pie Lol…. Is just one apple pie correct your service standard???? Manager was not on the floor and guy with a white shirt talking on the phone and walking around the restaurant. Today 28th September I ordered chicken nuggets kids meal all the nuggets were burnt hope team and manager aware about “Acrylamide” if not please use google and find out. If you can’t serve please close it down.

The delivery driver took 45 minutes to come and the food didn’t even come it was just drinks and they were all spilt and the driver was careless about what hallend

It would be wonderful if you gave the option of 'no ice' on the drinks. 🙂

Depressing place to eat. Not only the food quality is just bad, but also the decor, toilets and overall feel not mentioning the accurac of the meal. Some mc donalds have soul, this one lost it long time ago.

Driver spilt and dropped drink resulting in all the order being wet and damaged. Very disappointed will not be ordering again

The driver did not want to deliver to my door saying he had loads of of delivery and now my whole order is not correct I think this was done on purpose as I told the delivery driver that could now come downstairs because I had young children in the house I didnt order a side salad I didn’t order a mc spicy my happy meal is missing and all the drinks are missing I am really upset

The Philly Stack is meant to come with 2 cheese slices and cheese sauce, yet there was barely any sauce and no cheese slices.

Do not get food here (Greenford Westway)!!! I got a takeaway from here a few days ago and took the food home, I found the burger had clearly been eaten, I had to go back and return it, when I went there I tried to stay calm although was so angry as this is very bad. I spoke to the manager and he said we don't serve food like this, I said so you're trying to say we ate it, my husband said that we have brought all your food back without eating. The manager just kept saying they don't serve food like that, I told him I just want a refund, he then offered us replacement food, I told him I don't want any food from there so gave a refund. Never got any apology or anything.

First of all they took too much time to prepare items but eventually missed one item (both sweet currency dip) i ordered. Delivery driver has to pick so many order that's he stayed in few locations for a long time without moving. Overall worst ever experience

We've been several times when visiting the retail park. Every time there is something wrong with the self-service till machines. Either the receipt printer is not working or it fails when trying to pay. This time the milkshake machine was also broken, but the self-service till still let me order a milkshake. They really need to do better.

Ordered through Uber eats. I found that if I order from this branch the food is hotter than the Iron bridge branch. One of the large chips was half full and the sauce for the nuggets was not in the bag, even though it's a requirement to select 4 on Uber eats before progressing with the order. Trivial errors but it's all too common with deliveries and buying in-store. Sort it out guys!

They send food missing! We ordered 3 happy meals however the toy was a book and the fries and fish fingers were missing we recieved a 3 happy meal boxes with books! Previous recieved wrong order completely! Ridiculous never order from here again.

Toilets absolutely disgusting told the lady at the tills did nothing about it should have been done straight away I was the only person there at that time so should have been a priority to be done

Nothing wrong with the delivery driver on the other hand mcdonald’s i do, half of my stuff was missing and if it was there it wasn’t what i ordered, i asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces and you gave me ketchup and barbecue which i didn’t ask for and a missing sweet chilli dip that i paid for ! Food was hot and tasty...however service was Extremely slow. My number showed up to collect and disappeared and still waited 10 minutes. (Total waiting time from order 15 minutes) No apology

Complete wrong order! I got someone’s vegetarian order for £12 when I spent £22 and couldn’t even get any of my items right. Absolutely disgusted at how that could happen. Not happy at all. And I will be requesting a full refund.

Apparently this is large fries when asked about the size the reply was that the right size for large fries and that was that not very good customer service I think more training is needed on replying to customers

This restaurant ALWAYS gets my order wrong! Some item is always missing! Really think you need to train / hire better staff!
