Atmosphere is good, Food is good also, just the carrot cake is a but dry.

Not much of a hype though. I ordered dip in chocolate waffle, they weren’t crispy at all, less chocolate, size was more than for a person to eat but without taste was difficult.

Did not had the cookie dough i anticipated. Looked quite chemical and not appealing to me. Taste was also not the best.

Ordered 2 scoop ice-cream of the combinations (banoffe & white chocolate/salted caramel & pistachio). Absolutely 💯 luxury 👌

We visited Creams Cafe in West London, Ealing Broadway, and had the Strawberry Chocolate Indulgence with vanilla ice cream. It was as delicious as it sounds—fresh strawberries, rich chocolate, and creamy vanilla ice cream all coming together perfectly. A big shoutout to Demona, the staff member who served us! She was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even better. Kudos to her for the great service! The only thing I noticed was that it felt a bit cold inside, but then my Missy quickly corrected me—apparently, it's meant to be that way so the ice cream stays frosty. Luckily the waffle was hot, so that helped me warm up. Overall, a great visit with tasty desserts and friendly service. Would definitely come back! 🍓🍫🍦

5.50 for a little slice of cheesecake that was not even good and very dry ! This is ridiculous I was a regular customer in creams but this is the last time I'm going there !

We ordered cookie dough,bubble tea, pistachio brownie and milk shake. Nothing tasted fine cookie dough was under cooked, bubble tea was super diluted and brownie wasn't fresh. We had very bad experience.. disgusted 😔 😔 Will not go ever again

Friendly customer driven staff with a welcoming, cool social setting vibe throughout with nice lighting, ambience and sofa seating. I was served by the curly haired young lady who was polite and patient with me in deciding what to order and my crepe came out perfect and exactly how I thought it would - tasty toppings and indulging after my local dinner. Recommended and have already mentioned to them I will be returning.

What a disappointing experience! Order a waffle and a milkshake with my partner, waffle arrived relatively quickly but my milkshake was nowhere to be seen. Despite asking for it twice milkshake wasn't brought over until my partner had already finished her waffle! Restaurant was empty so how can you get a simple 2 item order wrong?! Go to Heavenly Desserts instead.

never went to creams before & had no expectations, yet i was surprised. their cappucino is hhhuge, & waffles well done. couldnt get to try others than the bueno one, but wouldnt even tbh. would recommend!

This waffle shop is located on the main street of Ealing Broadway, making it very easy to find. The staff were friendly, but the food quality was quite average. We ordered two waffles, and they weren't as crispy and delicious as I expected. The ice cream's texture was also a bit off, and the coffee was too weak, which was disappointing. I probably won’t return.

Desserts are awful and are tasteless. Ordered cookie dough and the imbeciles tried to serve me crushed cake I asked to change and they changed it to waffle that was hollow and tasted like cardboard. Waste of a £10. Avoid as they are so many better desserts in Ealing.

Ridiculous. Staff are unbothered and lazy. Refuse to take card payment and sit in orders 2 hours before close because they didn't want to clean the tables or actually work, apparently. Place is unclean and unkempt; avoid - what a dump!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. What's the point of claiming to be open until 12 or 1 AM if you won't allow customers to sit and dine? I walked in at 10:30 PM, only to be told that they only do takeout at that time. There was no mention of this policy on their website. It's incredibly frustrating and misleading. Such a letdown.

I'm sure Affogato shouldn't be serve in this dish ! Sometimes they serve it with scoop of vanilla ice cream and sometimes with vanilla ice cream from the machine ! I think they have to make their mind about what ice cream they ganna use so we know what to expect unfortunately it won't let me to upload the pictures

I recently visited Creams hoping for a delightful dessert experience, but was sorely disappointed. Despite their constant price hikes every week, the quality of their offerings has only declined. The waffles were soggy and unappealing, topped with warm strawberries that lacked freshness. To make matters worse, the nuts sprinkled on top were stale, adding nothing but disappointment to the dish. They used to serve ice cream with their overpriced waffles, but now they charge extra for it, making an already expensive treat even more costly. Overall, Creams has failed to live up to expectations, and the frequent price increases only add to the frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying dessert experience.

Just ordered cookie dough via uber. This cookie dough has become a cake and all the cream is melted. We buy cookie dough not for a cake. It's put in microwave by them and the chocolate is burnt. Just disgusting

The toilet was so bad and it was all dirty on the floor ,the hand dryer wasn’t working either.The service was alright but the food itself was unsatisfactory,the oreo waffle I ordered tasted of eggs a lot as it was undercooked,the latte was extremely bitter as well.Wont recommend !!!

Decent place, nice desserts but the area lets it down.

It is generally clean and has a decent ambience. But it is a bit worn around the edges. There is some damage on the seats. Menus which are taped together. It's still a decent place to get some desserts.

Great place, helpful staff, very friendly, helped me with chooosng my toppings. Music was ok. But the lightening could be better. Swap the bulbs for warm white. The lights are too bright and white! Thanks.

Firstly the customer service is impeccable, I had a slight issue with my waffle and crepe and the man who served me was very understanding and went above and beyond and offered me a replacement and refund, I really appreciate it and it helps when their milkshakes are just as sweet as their customer service.

Food is tasty, but tables, seats and menu... I cant believe you let people sit in that place. There were no problems with staff and food but the condition of this place is horrible. Expected better from Ealing branch. Menu is ripped as well as seats, most of it taped.

Wrong order given three times, bad coffee and rude attitude from waiter! Didn’t know the difference between a latte and an americano. Cake was nice (they gave me the wrong order the first two times but then swiftly sorted it) and I have been here many times before without an issue. Ordered a latte and I was served an americano with milk. Or it just had wayyyy too much coffee in it as it was SO bitter. Was not drinkable. Mentioned it to the waiter who said “what do you want me to do about that”??? The wrong order has been given and that’s the response LOL. They went to sort it and got another americano instead of my actual order. I couldn’t drink either one even if I wanted as it was so bitter. Don’t serve coffee if you don’t know the difference between them!

Winner winner chicken dinner! Found an ice cream shop that’s worth me returning to. Me and the kids were feeling rather peckish for something sweet after a day out and creams in ealing caught our eye. We were greeted with a warm welcome and given top tier customer service by the lovely staff member Skye. Will absolutely make another visit soon.

Pleasant, efficient service at lunchtime today. Most of our group did Create Your Own, which is brilliant because it lets people reduce the amount of sugar/fat etc in their order 👍🏻 In addition, vegan crêpe and waffles are now available, along with dairy-free sorbets. Sadly, the café was quite empty. The toilet is pretty dismal, to be honest. No toilet seat! 🤔

We went there today around 5pm. It was very hot as no air con was on. We waited almost 25 minutes & still no order. We asked again & we’re told the printer wasn’t working (huh??), but no-one bothered to tell us! We were told our order would be 2-3 minutes. After almost 10 minutes, 1 part of the order appeared, a few minutes later, the other part. At one point we counted 9 staff, mostly standing around chatting. It begs the question - how many staff does it take to serve 4 portions of ice-creamy. AVOID!

Although I don’t like dessert that much I feel like creams is a good balance of finding something sweet and not too sweet on the menu. when I arrived to creams I was met by this beautiful young lady with locs she sat me down and Accomadated to me more than I expected a dessert chain would. Thanks to skye I will be returning again!

Went to Creams Ealing today to try their Alfonso mango and the lemon sorbet! We also tried the UniCone! Must say the portions were generous and the sorbets were creamy and flavourful! Anyone who visits would know they are reasonably priced and the staff is always willing to give samples for tasting. A nice cafe to hang out with friends and family… Did I add the UniCone came with a cherry and lots of sprinkles ♥️

Usually not a fan of creams but the Ealing branch has definitely changed my mind, the staff member at the till broke down the allergens and gave me recommendations that suited my taste that I described, will be back !
