Go there most mornings for a coffee on my way to work always nice.

Very bad service I ordered cappuccino and I asked her to put for me extra chocolate on top because I like extra chocolate on the top, but she refuse it and she want to charge me for it and she’s shouting in front of Customer her name dosa I never have this problem before in Costa

I just come here for my lunch and coffee can't stay more than 1 minute it's freezing inside the air conditioner on that Disgusting way to tell everyone you are not welcoming here buy coffee and leave there no WiFi as well the toilet dirty will never come back

Very very busy Costa. Tables weren't cleared and toilets weren't clean - the flush was broken and door jammed. I had a small iced decaf soya latte. It was good. I sat in for a little while but it was very loud.

The staff in ealing they are lovely and caring they got respect for costumers they are very helpful kind ❤️❤️

Coffee is great! The people that work here are efficient and respectful, but the chairs are dirty and they have no WiFi and have had a sign for more than two months, saying that they are working hard to fix their WIFi problem. Their speakers are broken (Kik drum sounds bad).

They make flat white same as latte Shame I once worked in a private coffee shop, even when the customer made a mistake, we offered another coffee at the expense of the establishment, here the employees only dispute, I will not take drinks here again .. I do not recommend, not polite staff ... I just waste £3.55

I visit here regularly and most of the time there is only 2 member of staff working. Today only one, long queue but staff Uren did very well under pressure. Well done

Love my local Costa Coffee. A very convenient meeting place for friends and family and the coffee is top notch. Toasted cheese or something sweet for those who are hungry. Best of all there is always a Costa Coffee not too far away.

Need to update the opening / closing hours online as they differ considerably to what's on the door and its most annoying in morning when says they open at certain time on website and you get there to find on the door advertised to open half hour later, and from around 11am not much seating available,

Someone should check the people working here. I understand they don't like cleaning toilets but they should come up with better lies. Today they sent old people and a small disabled girl to other toilets saying thay there is someone in the toilet and better go somewhere else . Like for real ? I was there for 1h and 30min and no one came out. No morals at all !

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE VIDEO! The other day, I came to get some pastry and coffee. Look what I found on pastry at Costa Coffee at Ealing Broadway shopping centre. Is it normal to have flies on pastry. The pastry was full of flies, I couldn't film all of it, though.

I have been buying coffee at Costa daily for a long time. at Ealing Broadway station coffee in Costa is watery and when I asked for stronger I had to pay extra 🤣 I don't recommend it.

The place is cozy despite the constant crowds and lack of connection. The workers aren’t really “there” for you, do your orders the wrong way, nevertheless they try to recover and make it better for you.

Busy costa in Ealing, is normal as is a busy place in the shopping center. Team in the early mornings is great, i really appreciate their smiles at 7 am, thanks so much , they makes my mornings better.

Staff ok , but cafe is noisy. Toilets can only be entered by a code on receipt and are not that good anyway.

I would avoid this costa at peak times just because its messy and cramped with not much space. Dirty dishes all over the place. But I suspect when it's quiet it's great . Staff were lovely and did best to clear que quickly although they did forget milk for tea and I couldn't be bother to que and asked for it because it was so busy...

They are very rude, the barista make the worst coffee you can have. If they forget to add something (like syrup) in your coffee and you tell them they will just argue and not give you what u pay for. I will never buy a coffee here again.

When the male baristar was never frendly, and clould n’t understand what customer says well, when I ask one more cup as a holder, he force me to say “please” which was what I have said in every sentence only except the last time to say the same thing louder. Waiting for a friend to join me and had a cooler drink. When friend arrived we left to find a quieter place to have something to drink and have a chat. All Costa stores are so noisy if you are hard of hearing. Wish they could do something with the acoustics! I love Costa Coffee drinks but only when I am on my own, not a good place for a chat with friends 🤔

Worst experience I went there for a meeting, firstly i waited for 15 minutes on a table which wasn’t clean and trays from previous customer were there. I went to the counter and requested the staff politely and straight away one of the female staff replied that i have only two hands, i will do it when i can. Excuse me, I’m paying for my drinks & snacks. I’m not asking for any favour or anything for free. I will never come back to costa, they don’t know how to behave with a customer. Worst experience ever

The worst Costa branch in the Ealing area. Busy, dirty, full of weirdos occupying the tables without consuming - and you have no place to sit down because at 6pm half the tables are already closed for cleaning. Not to mention the derelict furniture falling apart... See pix attached.

I went to the Costa Coffee shop at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, W5 5JY this Friday afternoon at around 7pm. The closing time displayed at the shop entrance was 8:30pm. But when I asked the shop attendant to affirm the closing time before buying my coffee, he told me it’s 8:00pm. I didn’t bother query him on his answer, as I didn’t intend to stay in the shop for long. To my surprise, about 5 minutes before 7:30pm, the shop attendant started stacking up a number of the chairs and tables in the shop and used some of them to block up the passage to the toilet in the shop. That was the time I was about to leave the shop. I saw a woman customer asking the shop attendant to let her use the toilet. I couldn’t hear their verbal exchanges, but could see the shop attendant waving his hand in a gesture of refusal, and the woman then leaving hastily. Apparently, she was rushing to find a toilet in the adjourning shopping mall. On my way of returning home, I couldn’t help thinking that the shop attendant’s uncanny answer about the shop’s closing time, his premature actions of preparing for closure of the shop, and his refusing to let a customer use the shop toilet while it’s was still more than one hour before the shop’s publicised closing time were all acted out of his selfish intent aiming to close the shop early. Such ‘customer service’ is really the worst that I have ever encountered in my past two years of patronising Costa Coffee in different areas of London. I sincerely hope the the manager of the shop could take early actions to rescue Costa from being tainted by the un-customer friendly service of this shop attendant.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the noise is too much, very busy and sometimes no free space to seating inside.

I visit here regularly and most of the time the standards are often good. Toilets are clean and tables are cleaned/cleared. On any occasion where that is not the case, upon request - staff do come promptly to clear and clean tables. The area is specious and has plenty of indoor seating and also outdoor seating (which is sheltered). Inside there is plenty of PowerPoints which is ideal for meetings or recharging appliances. Parking close by is a challenge so it’s best to arrive on foot.

Very busy, tables not being cleared or cleaned. Slow service. One customer threw his drink at a member of staff and was thrown out by security. Connecting to WiFi was easy though.

Today was a disappointment totally, the place was dirty, the staff were not friendly, the coffee was not the usual nice taste. After drinking the cuppacinnio it made me feel very unwell and nauseous for a few hours . Not sure why but the feeling finally passes. I hope not to back in a hurry

Easy to get to via public transport links or by car thanks to the convenient car park near by. The store is accessible for people in wheelchairs, staff is friendly and service is quick, with reasonably price coffee beverages.

The coffees and everything else are good but I think that when you sit outside and especially in winter they should have heating and also clean the tables more often, but I think the heating It is the important thing because I think that the cleaning tables is because they are short of staff

OMG!!! The service has declined so much at this store. Queues are horrendous and staff look and act as if they didn’t know what they were doing. Coffee still better than other establishments but they should do something to streamline service and get more efficient at serving customers. Right now it’s shambles!

Only 2 staff working, quite spacious and almost every single table was dirty.. I understand it was busy but the tables need to be cleaned also and did not find any bins apart from outside, they have hand sanitizer, the iced frappe drinks were not made that well.. overall quite dirty inside..

Good Stuff... Service was quick, cheese and tomato toastie was delicious and staff were friendly(ish). Lots of seating space and decent location in a busy shopping centre. Not Good Stuff... Thursday lunchtime was fairly quiet so the state of the seating area was surprising. Drinks spilled on the floor, several tables covered in litter and chairs could be High School throw-outs for the amount of stains and gum on them.

The worst service I have ever ever experience in any Costa throughout the UK an dubai was this 1, the waiter a Middle aged gentlemen was rude an uncooth an made us feel like a burden to order coffee i definitely will not ever go back here
