Extremely bad would not recommend. I ordered from here and over an hour had no signs of delivery and an additional 25 min delay. I called the place and asked why this is and if they can hurry my order up. Upon calling and saying so I was told “it would take more than 25 mins okay bye”. This was extremely rude of them. I continued talking to them but they threatened to cancel the order even though that is not what I wanted. In the end they cancelled my order and hung up. They had no available drivers and still decided to accept my order which is very unprofessional of them. Do not order from here!

Best service and best food pizza store in town

Location:- south hall. My personal experience:- never tried their pizza before until this April 2025 and I must say, it’s one of the best I ever had. Good customer service, friendly customer service assistants and pizza was 5 star as well. Not to forget their prices are pocket friendly, £7.99 for 15” pizza? Nahh man that was a bargain for. This review was written on my return to the shop, at this point I’m glued. It’s halal here as well.

The staff is having a heated discussion right now. I ordered a vegetable pizza, but they made a non-vegetarian pizza instead. When I asked for a replacement, they argued with me and claimed that I hadn’t specified that I wanted a vegetarian pizza. This was a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place again.

I order paneer pizza and staff give me uncooked pizza. When I did complained about pizza your staff start arguing with me . The staff is so rude specially the lady working in southall gogo pizza.

Firstly, the pizza's here is taste's amazing, you can call on the pizza gogo website on what order you want so you can claim ur pizza in person after 10 minutes to not waste your time.

The workers are very rude and impolite. I saw them kneading the pizza with their hands without gloves. When I asked him why he didn’t wear gloves, he replied very rudely, “If you don’t like it, don’t come.” Moreover, the pizza dough is sour.

Disgusting service from Pizza Gogo Southall. Ordered pizza for delivery at 9:47pm and it is now 11:31pm and haven't received anything. Spoken to driver who was not given the pizzas despite showing staff the Uber details. Uber driver advised staff that the food was going cold and he was told by Pizza Gogo staff that they don't care, and wouldn't give the pizza.

I have gone to this branch a couple times now and the food is great every time. I usually order on the phone to pick up and its always piping hot and just as delicious. The service is always great and the usual chaps there are really nice fellows. Would recommend to anyone. Also, try the BBQ wings.

Please do not come here, my mum is a vegetarian so we ordered a vegetarian pizza , service was so slow and the order was wrong as well. However when we are the vegetarian pizza a chicken bone was inside the pizza and this was the second time it had happened to us , it was so disgusting and proves how unhygienic this place really is. Really do not recommend.

I have used Pizza Go Go so many times now and have never been disappointed. The pizza always arrives on time, is always hot, generous toppings, affordable and always delicious. The delivery driver, I think his name is Arif is always kind and friendly. This is now my regular and based on other pizza places in the area, this is by far the best!! The only thing I will say is they should use a pizza saver, other than that, very good!!
