Costa coffee in Ealing

It's Costa in West Isling Station.

While I was ordering the unfortunate milk tea, large 🪰 midges (flies) were sitting next to me on the baked goods. I really did not like the way I was served today 10/31/2023 at approximately 15:00. I only asked for a cup of tea with milk to go, three girls took turns asking me the same thing. Again and again. I ended up leaving unhappy with the order they gave me. They asked 100 questions and didn't understand basic details. I used to come for a drink at a different time and was served well by a young man with piercings. I just want to wash this place of dirt and flies. Then it would be great here.

Great customer service and hot milkshake! I live very close so this is my local!

Far less busy than Costa Coffee shops near other Ealing tube stations.

This is a good clean spacious costa with a good member of staff servibg and preparing the drinks. The service is warm friendly (a little slow) but worth the wait. The environment is a little on the dark side withimites natural light but it is good!!

The staff at this Costa are the best. That's what makes this place one of the friendliest coffee shops ever to exist. Sara in particular is a legend, but all the staff here need a bonus/promotion !!!

Have never written a review before but was appalled at the service I received. I was handed one vile iced latte (undrinkable). I was then handed two drinks one of which I was confused by as I did not order this, I enquired 'o sorry I ordered one hot drink, was I charged for two?' I got a very snappy 'o course you haven't been charged for two' As if I was some form of village idiot and even another coustomer commented to me about how this was not an acceptable way to talk to someone. My friend is also visually impaired, the guide dog might have given it away. They did not call her order out and seemed shocked when she did not collect it. I was also unaware the drink had been made and no one would tell her what drink it was. She can't see. A degree of coustomer service and understanding would be nice.

Came back after a long time to my once and still and will forever be Coffe Shop again. People serving changed. Asking the question which is unlikely to get a "yes" answer. Is she still working here? No, with a head shake. Having an americano. Interesting, never had the same taste of coffe anywhere in the UK. I wish this coffee shop stays the same when I reach my 70s hopefully.

Particular person in there who loves ordering people around in front of customers. Doesn't mind ignoring a queue to do some irrelevant task either!

Dear Costa Coffee Customer Service Team, I am writing to file a complaint about a rude staff member and bad service I experienced at the South Ealing Costa Coffee location on. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received and I would like to bring this to your attention. During my visit to the South Ealing Costa Coffee, I was treated rudely by one of the staff members. She was dismissive of my question. Additionally, the quality of the coffee I received was poor and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Costa Coffee. I was very disappointed with my experience and I believe that the behavior of the staff member was unacceptable. I would be grateful if action will be taken to ensure that all staff members are trained to provide excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Costa Coffee for many years and I would like to continue to support the company. However, I cannot do so if the level of service and quality of products is not up to par. Thanks for paying attention to this matter.

I recently visited the South Ealing Costa Coffee location and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The staff members were rude and dismissive, and the coffee I received was of poor quality and did not meet the standards I have come to expect from Costa Coffee. Overall, my experience was terrible and I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have been a loyal customer of Costa Coffee for many months , but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the management team takes notice of the poor service and takes steps to improve the quality.of products and the behaviour of their staff. In summary, I would not recommend the South Ealing Costa Coffee location to anyone looking for a quality coffee and good service. Save yourself the time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Just had my iced coffee made by one id the girls i think is the manager… it is soo good. Every morning getting my coffee from them and always nice and lovely service.

Came there Yesterday with my cousin, Sonia was a joy to be met with, phenomenal customer service, professional behaviour and willingness to help, helped me decide on my coffee as honestly I'm a Starbucks person but she just made my experience this soo much better. Thanks a lot and thanks again!

I don't usually write reviews but oh god, come on. I came today to the store with my child at 4 o'clock. I have ordered my usual. An iced mocha. Omg the worst one I ever had. It looked like vomit. She did put syrup inside and shake it with her hand.... that's not an iced mocha. She made another one when I asked her but was very upset, you could see it. She poured the hot coffee straight into the plastic cup(not the paper one) and add milk and mixed it into a blender. The blender contained 80% of ice and 20% of milk and coffee. So she made a new one, without chocolate. The second one taste like water as there was more crushed ice than actual coffee..... (She did throws away the rest of the mixture as she exageratly put too much ice into the blender) I am not used to write bad review but having a monstrously bad coffee in a coffee shop is ridiculous. Not nice. Please see the pictures attached. People do pay for a service. Today 05 June 2023. At 4pm . The lady that served us was blonde.

I'm a big fan of Costa and very glad this particular Costa is close to my home and allotment. My grandson and I spent a lovely hour or so on Sunday warming up with flat whites and toasted cheese sandwiches.

Came in on Tuesday 23rd November with my colleague. Young man at the counter looked like he was in training. Clearly difficult to be trained when the lady if that is what she can be described called Zayhan was not being of any help. There were customer receipts on the floor, and general debris. It would have been common sense to go through orders as they come through, except for some reason she was just taking any order, and then when finished completing the order throwing the receipt on the floor. Her dress sense was scruffy, wearing trainers, fine, but not if they are dirty. Overall a lazy individual sabotaging others, trying to make herself look good, at the expenses of others. There were customers there that were asking for takeaway but for some reason she was giving them cups. Should write more but as I do not want to be served by her again, then that will do for today.

Costa isn’t my go too.. but it’s late so everywhere is shut. I ask for an oat hot chocolate and she says “I’m sorry but we’ve washed up the jug” the time being exactly 18:39. So not closing for another 21 minutes. So anyone who cannot drink cows milk (such as myself), won’t be served if you don’t go in time! Ridiculous service. 0 stars if I could to be quite honest.

You should update the information in your page, it stills saying that you close at 7pm and it is actually 5pm and it has been this way for at least 3 years. So I don't ask my friends to meet after work and 30mns after seating having to get up and leave

There was only one person working, she was working hard but there were loads of customers it was Saturday. The coffee was good.

We were on our way to the Tube and decided to stop in. They were short staffed but still massively helpful. The coffee was the best i ever had in a Costa - not sure why but they got it right! The place itself is charming and nicely laid out and decorated. Random lucky stop - delighted.

Disgusting service was there for 9.10. Male staff at till Waited no Queue for at least 4 minutes before he sais are you being swerved asked for 2 coffee's and 2 bacon rolls as there were none in fridge. Told by male to look in fridge. No there isn't any have you got any outback. Female piped in "no we don't have any and it's not my store" Think Extremely rude and terrible service to start

Awful service, never coming back to this place. The staff is rude and always gives incorrect orders. For the past 2 days they haven't had any cold drinks cups and when asked if they can just give it in coffee one they refuse. 👎

Very nice coffee shop. I was quite surprised with the size of the shop. The staff was super friendly and have extra chocolate sticks and marshmallows for the kids.

Thank you, Anna and Mohamoud, for serving me everyday a coffee, which powers me for the day. It is rather busy in the morning and you are super efficient as well as patient to ensure that sleepy customers get what they want. My favourite is Flat White with extra shot and you always remember my order. I hope someone serves you coffee over the weekends! Keep up the good work and thank you again.

Went with mu child on a hot day for Frappe only to experience indifferent and rude customer service. The lady at the till does not say hello and waits for you to say what you need. And when they hive it yo you and you say thanks they don’t reply. Just an air or arrogance. I think they should know they get paid because we buy stuff and if we are polite to them they can be too. appalling.

I went yestarday11.4.22 to Costa South Ealing i always going there beffore work and after. Like usual mornig went very nice and so smouth,with some nice talk with manager and team member. After work i go back again and on door i read card machine not working im be a bit suprice,cuz on morning everthying look fine,i go in with my mind i be use my free coofe from app. But one lady explain me all system went down and they just akcept cash payiment for that moment. Its not a problem for me i try always have some cash "u never know what happen :)" and another girll (Gosha)come and tell me she be give me the recived with her sin.and when next time i be back they be add my beans to system. I told her its not a problem im not so gready and i understud the sytuacion. Im be us well so impresse how come and stress less she be when i heared so many customer so rud to them. Costa shuld have more that nice and polite people like them

I went to Costa Coffee South Ealing to get my coffee only to face an extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant stuff member who took my order! Not only she did not bother with saying hello, she waited for me to say what I want, after I placed my order she was only starring at me after a minute or two she said is that it? I replied yes and again she waited for me to pay without even asking how would I liked to pay. I prepared my Costa App to scan my order in order to collect my points when she said to me” well, this is what you should have done before the payment” ( payment wasn’t done at this point yet). I told her to cancel my order and I left the store as I did not wish to pay my money and be treated so badly as a customer, there are plenty of coffee shops out there to get a coffee. What I do not want as a customer to face such unprofessional staff member!!! Will never step foot in that brunch ever again!

Very pleased with quick visit. Friendly and attentive staff making one feel at home. The mozzarella and tomato ciabatta really good and the coffee first class. Very competitive pricing and as good as you will get.

Good place with good service. Seating arrangement was a bit tight and not well organized.

Says closes at 0830pm online and closed at 0730PM sp actually wasted our time to drive there, it’s disappointing to mislead customers in this way 👎🏻

Not one I have been to before as was visiting new area. Quite busy and staff very polite but there were signs that they were slightly rushed off their feet , but it was lunch time!. All sorted eventually and pleasant quiet seating arrangements near the back too

Nice place that provides consistently good coffee unlike other Costas where it is really like rolling the dice on whether it will be nice or terrible. Staff are friendly. Only problem is they are understaffed so recently close at 4:30pm every day- 4 hours earlier than the time on Google. I went there at 5 and obviously had to go home, which was quite annoying. Good when they are open.

One of the poor service I always received from these branch as always they are out of ice. Staff are rude when they serve you no sorry at all.

Came here other times and it was ok. I came today and the service was terrible. I asked for a caramel Latte. They put the caramel Latte in a take away glass so I told them it was for eating in but instead of swapping the coffee to a regular mug they did like they didnt listen. After 1 minute waiting for them to realized I asked them if could I have a mug for my coffee and they asked me if I wanted a glass so I told them I didnt know as I dont know what is the usual container for a medium caramel latte. They gave me the glass so I poured it but the glass was too small. I ended up with an small mug and a glass. I also asked for porridge and they told me they didnt have spoons when in front of me there was plenty of Metallic spoons. They gave me the smallest spoon which actually was a bit useless for eating porridge as it was quite small. Dont know if they have a bad (everyone can have) day but terrible service today. Maybe they got angry because I just gave them 40 p. I dont know.

I tell you what..a great branch with some super-friendly staff. The store has benefited from a fresh lick of paint and a new furniture style too. Their WiFi is temperamental - it wasn't connecting on the day of my visit.

I really like Costa.the last time I went there they had a special offer on and I bought quite a few things. They're drinks are amazing.

One of my favourite Costa Coffee shops. Staff are always lovely. Takeaway only at the moment, but there is seating outside and several parks nearby if you want to sit and enjoy your drink.

Well considering Northfields and South Ealing have some great quality coffee, they were always set up for failure comparatively . But honestly I have never enjoyed this shop.

The world slowest service. We were 4 people in the queue and I was waiting almost 30 min to do order. The members staff talked each other’s, laughing and they did not give a dawn about the customers

Am I invisible. I was today around 5pm at the till ready to order a coffee, the girl behind the counter saw me, the hairdresser from the shop next door enter witht 2 others with the attitude of king of the place, ignoring all rules of covid and good manners, starting to chat to the girls behind the counter and at that point I was completely ignored, I felt a piece of furniture, they starting taking their orders completely ignoring me, I am disabled I suppose I can stand longer then anyone. It is so frustrating been ignored, I just left.

This is the best coffee shop. Atmosphere so nice! Coffee is so nice. Only problem is there is no free WiFi. But with data it's okay.

good coffee and very good staff.but there is one minus. I constantly take large coffee with caramel and coconut milk and for me not correctly considered the cost of coffee. I pay 4.20, and in another Costa I pay 3.75 for the same coffee. I can’t understand why such a difference?

I go to Costa nearly every day and the manager at this branch tried to charge for a bit more milk on my single machiato.

The Place was clean and very welcoming. The staff was so nice and she made my hot chocolate at the right temperature. It's situated near by the station and in front of the bus stop 👍🏼😘

I just called today to ask a question and the lady that picked up the phone just said very rude : call me later because I am busy right now then she hanged up. I go there very often but I don’t even bother to go there anymore prefer to take the bus for 10 minutes to the next cafe shop

Nice staff, very clean environment and a nice place to relax and work.

The only place worth visiting on South Ealing Road. Staff serving coffee are great.. Coffee too.. The only thing is they need to make sure not to touch top of the cup when drink is made. It's not hygienic.. 6 months later Baristas in this coffe shop when serving ☕ touch edge of the cups with their dirty fingers.. Hopefully Management will sort this out because I have seen this in so many Costa places (Acton,...)

Best Costa in Ealing! It's big but not crowded, comfy, clean and nicely decorated. A big brand with a local feeling.

I have ordered to be coffee and while waiting wanted to go to loo. I ask member of staff to give me access and they asked first for my recipe of my purchase! Shocking would let me to go loo if I did not have the recipe!

Its OK. Looks like Starbucks, but the price is far more affordable. But the regular brew was not flavorful.
