Typical McDonald’s. Chaotic, slow and service is appalling.

Was like cardboard. Stale fries

No complaints about the food but why cover up all the plug sockets. I understand that why you would want to but in theory as you are open late and someone needs to charge their phone to get back home, even use your app or make a phone payment they can't.

There are very irresponsible workers in this location, and the food here is not delicious at all, the workers and servants behave very badly. I am very disappointed 😟😫

Cheap food as always with a mcdonald’s and they sometimes hand out offers. The biscoff mcflurry is lovely but the mcspicy tasted stale. The staff are also extremely slow in this mcdonald’s.

Not a long wait. But the server didn't give me my receipt, I had to ask her for it. Otherwise I wouldn't know what number I was.

Normal McDonalds experience, but whenever we've been there on a Saturday afternoon/evening there have always been groups of young lads causing trouble.

The driver arrived with both drinks completely spilled and all over the ice cream. I said I wouldn’t take that part of the order and he tried to leave all of it on my doorstep. There is now coke all over my stairs that will now need cleaning

Rude workers that don't care about your order. I waited 40 minutes for a mini mucflurry and kept reminding them about my order yet they told me to keep waiting. I ended up leaving without it because I got fed up. Food is cold by the time it gets to you and they barely put salt on the fries. Get orders wrong very often. Awful.

They forgot the cheese on my Philly cheese steak and they spilled my sprite all over the fires which shouldn’t even have been in the same bag and they didn’t provide any straws

Since my previous review I have found that recently the food, in particular the fries, has improved. I don't know if it's a coincidence but when I've been there recently the fries are served hot (before it was hit or miss if they were hot) and I don't know if it's my imagination or not but they don't taste too salty now. EDIT: Yet again I've been served with cold fries! It seems they prepare too many portions in advance and although they're meant to be kept hot by the time you are served they are cold. A while ago I ordered one of the grilled wraps and the chicken was as tough as old boots. The crispy ones are better.

Awful. Came in, ordered on the machine, waited a disproportionate amount of time for food to be ready. Then when it was ready ‘sorry we don’t have milkshakes, even though our live menu states we do’……. Had to settle for a soft drink with no option of a refund of the extra money (albeit under £1 - not the point) I lost. Busy and dirty restaurant with graffiti on the wall, which hasn’t been removed. No, I’m not talking about the wallpaper with pictures of graffiti, this has been scrawled on the wall in permanent marker pen. Won’t be visiting again.

How this place stays in business beats me. I've been twice in the last month; the second time only because I couldn't believe that the terrible first visit was typical. I was wrong. The place is a shambles; the order screens rarely produce tickets; the service screens behind the counter don't work, so the staff shut out order numbers and there is a general melee in front of the counter. My order yesterday was incorrect (wrong burger; which was a good job because it was tepid and looked like it had sat under a warming lamp for 10 minutes or so), and the fries were flaccid. They must have dodged a quality control visit from McD regional office for a while now, as it's an awful experience. I won't be returning

The first time I've ordered food from McDonald's to be delivered like this. I'm impressed and I'm very content.

Delivery driver stopped 2 times on the way to deliver, in places that were not really on the way. Was supposed to be delivered at 20h12 got delivered at 20h50, cold food.

the package is open, the courier would normally drive for 7 minutes, it drove for almost 20 minutes.

we didn't receive the order. over 2 hours and a half waiting. very disappointed

The order arrived after two hours and 40 minutes by which time my children were very hungry and I have made alternative arrangements. I refused the order as it was not acceptable.

Taking the fast out of fast food. It doesn't matter what your job is....do it with some gusto and enthusiasm. I have seen more movement at Madame Tussauds.

Delivery driver was rude he asked to come in my house and charge his phone to which i found very strange and uncomfortable and said no.

this is not the first time when they prefer to go to another address to deliver and then eventually come to me. after all this period, my chips are saggy and tasteless and lukewarm.

Very slow service. They often make mistakes with orders. Not quick to clean tables. Sorry for harsh review but there is a lot of scope for improvement. Edit: they make mistakes very often when ordering via uber eats too!

Took just under an hour to deliver. Got attitude from the deli person. The food was stone and the burger looked as though it had been run over with a truck

Worst experience. Ordered on uber eats at 6:26pm, latest delivery 6:50. Order was "wrapping up" for an hour, so I went there in person. 7:50, My order was cancelled thanks to a driver (one out of 7 that changed) pointing out there was an issue. Got there 7:55, over an hour after estimated delivery, store wasn't even busy. Asked staff about it, they didn't even apologise. Ordered there, took ages to get the food. I was number 65 and had 1 wrap, 1 burger and fries, order 75 with 4 burgers and fries got served before me. My wrap just sat there while everyone else was being served. After asking about my order they went to check and said oh yes and went to pack it. Ridiculous service.

Order for delivery, almost every time with cold food ( I mean really cold and soggy) or missing big items or delaying for really long time.

I find it bizarre that you cannot fulfil orders as specified by the customer. You look at a screen and put stuff in the bag, but are incapable of doing so. Why advertise condiments if you consistently refuse to provide them? Utter joke.

Just had breakfast in this Macdonalds Ealing broadway. The service is slow as usual. The food preparation table had no wrappers and breakfast roll is sitting on top of stainless steel work top with no wrapper put underneath. This is how bad the workers are in this Macdonald with no hygiene brains at all. Becafefull buying from here. Too many sleeping beuties in here all times.

Yet again stone cold food and coffee leaking everywhere driver expected me to take it anyway even when I told him to take it back.
