Greggs in Ealing

As a customer, I’m extremely disappointed and find this experience completely unacceptable. I ordered two double baguettes with drinks, but both baguettes arrived without any sauce, leaving them dry, and one appeared half empty. Although the drinks were delivered correctly, I did not receive a refund for this unsatisfactory service. Staff need to double-check orders to avoid these issues in the future.

Great service at Greggs this morning! The team was friendly and efficient, and a special shoutout to the male employee who served us—his smile, positive attitude and efficiency made the experience even better. Much appreciated!

been here twice in the last 5 days and both times the breakfast order was wrong. The lady (although friendly, it was the same lady both times)...was busy talking to her colleague in the back both times so there was no one in the counter for several minutes when walking in and the order was disappointing both times because it's not what I ordered/paid for.

They are selling 2 sizes of the baguette for the same size

It's in busy place so the atmosphere is noisy and could be cleaner. The staff is nice, the food is regular but cheap.

Never received it. Driver was outside and would not accept our instructions when called us three times. Very rude.

The steak pasty had about 3 small pieces of meat in the whole pasty. I ordered a steak pasty where I expected more meat to be in it but it had just three pieces of meat , everything else was the sauce. This is very poor and misleading xxx

My order came by bicycle which always takes longer so when arrived my coffee was cold and the shop never put the two sachet sugar I ordered not very good service today ?

These guys are so efficient. Food is always A*. I spoke to the staff to tell them how i appreciate their service and they were lovely people as expected. They pack all the orders with care and everything is fresh. Crispy bacon, great breakfast rolls!

I've been ordering from here for a long time. Their breakfast and service is brilliant. I had breakfast rolls this morning. They were buttered nicely, right amount of sauce, perfect bacon. Lots of filling. My orders are always correct and fresh. I'd like to thank all the staff in this branch for their hard work and care towards their orders. Best Greggs in the area. Dont use just eat as theres always issues. Only ordered as had a voucher code and the quality was still the same very disapointing. Breakfast roll, cold and undercooked sausage totally inedible, burnt omelette. Stone cold sausage roll and cheese and onion bake. Spilt coffee. Donuts were sweaty with no sugar. Only thing that was decent was the luzoade

Bakes arrived but the wrong ones. I ordered 6 bakes 2 cheese and onion, 4 sausage cheese and bean. What arrived was 6 cheese and onion.

why don’t people check the bags before sending out the orders to the delivery driver as item is missing?

Seating capacity is very limited. Otherwise, it's really very good with rich taste and freshly baked items.

Placed an order with Greggs, Greenford Branch, which was accepted. After showing order was being prepared, it was suddenly cancelled, no reason given. Went on to place the same items from Southall branch. Once order on the way I tracked the delivery. The driver was a couple of streets from my address & then veered off in a totally different direction to another delivery area where he stopped for approx 4 minutes. Eventually my order arrived and needless to say omelette in baguette was cold!!

The delivery driver got my food about 10 minutes after I placed my order. On the map he went in the opposite direction to where I live. Stopped off at one point and didn't move for about 10minutes. I placed my order at 12.07pm and he arrived at 1.28pm. I understand there may have been traffic but he was on a moped. My hot drink was delivered spilling out of the bag and the hot food is freezing cold. I am not impressed as the hot food and drink will have to go in the bin now!!

I'm core customer of Greggs from last 2 years. I spent 2 years in East London. I know how to make mocha very well but in southall literally mocha was awful as well as I told the guy you have to improve your mocha quality coz you guys selling cappuccino to mocha customers. If you go in Stratford or ilford or Romford you can see in fact you can feel different taste.

Hi I was served by Daniel Carbon who was a supervisor This man is an absolute diamond I sat in the restaurant and had a hot drink. I watched him interact with many customers He was friendly, kind,smiled generous. He worked so hard and went the extra mile for his happy customers. He is a real asset to this store. The service I have received before this before was dismissive and unfriendly from Greggs staff in Southall. It doesn't cost anything to just be approachable and nice Daniel was all these things The hot chocolate was nice and just sweet enough The pizza slices warm and just right The Tottenham cake was delicious Thank you Greggs Thank you Daniel

My order was closer to greggs yet the delivery man went all the way past my house to another area to deliver another order. Our food was cold and stale! AWFUL. Uber eats so much better

The sausage rolls were cold. Delivery took an hour, rider was waiting at the restaurant for at least 15-20mins, once the rider picked up the order it was another 15 mins before it was delivered for some reason, Greggs is not even 1 minute away literally. It was a small order, Greggs took 45mins+ to get the order to the driver and the food was cold. Two bad experiences back to back, I won’t be ordering from here again.

I love the jam in the spooky doughnuts, just wish the icing was flavoured and not just coloured. Bat biscuits are nice too.

Both hot drinks had spilt all down the side of the cups and in the bag as the lids were not put on properly. The salad has minimal protein, just loaded with carbs (rice), there’s like 4-6 chickpeas in there and hardly any lentils at all, maybe a spoonful if you’re lucky. The flatbread has minimal filling inside, just eating plain bread all around the edges before I get to the filling, nothing like what is shown. The bhaji flatbread and salad are simply not worth it. Sausage roll was fine.

Once again, what was advertised for sale wasn't available. I received a call asking me to chose a different salad. Greggs food is a favourite in our home, but they consistently run out of things by lunchtime. Why can't the managers order enough to get through the day? Try ordering a chocolate foughnut after 3pm..very rarely have them. You guys are open until 8, but run out of salads and doughnuts with 4-5 hours trading time left. Not a great way to run a business really. Would be great if the Greggs takeaway menu was available from all stores. Wedges and chicken only available from a select few. Disappointing!

😡Southall Greggs🤬😡 What a terrible service! This morning, I simply asked for my first cup of coffee and a breakfast roll. There were three ladies working, but one of them took my order without paying any attention. She quickly went off to do something else, completely disregarding my order. The lady who was supposed to make my coffee just left it sitting on the machine and went about her business. Then another lady came and started taking orders, clearly overwhelmed by the sudden influx of customers. To make matters worse, she handed my coffee to someone who had ordered after me, giving me the wrong one. When I corrected her and said, "That's my coffee," she had the audacity to argue back, saying it belonged to the person who ordered after me. Unbelievable! This is the kind of worthless service you can expect from that place. Absolutely infuriating!

They just sent different items without consulting me if I wanted a substitute.

If you don’t have something in stock, I wish you’d get in touch to check what an appropriate substitute is rather than just guess. This is the second time I’ve been given something that I don’t like or want.
