It is was too long to arrive and it doesn’t taste how it’s meant to taste

Food was fantastic I got a mixed kebab with lots of salad, pickles, garlic sauce and chilli sauce plus don’t get fulled by the picture I’m trying to stay away from rice and bread due to being on my diet 💪💪also first class service in restaurant 👍🏻

Customer service is not good.i never get any respect from rotti mama.i think in my concern food safety need to be visit this again.

A bit disappointing. A jacket potato with beans at &7 with no butter or salad. I expect more. Wasn’t great.

I love this restaurant. I went for my sister's birthday. 14 of us were there and the service, the food and the friendly staff made the occasion wonderful. Will definetly be going back.

Purchased peri chicken burgers and fries amounted to £12.47, disgusting price and chicken. Soggy fries and shit food. Never ever eating here. Poor staff quality and usually dont understand english very well. Over priced and very poor. Dated 19th sept 2024.

The best pie mash you could possibly wish for! And very pleasant surroundings and company. I only wish I had stumbled upon Cockney’s before now.

Long wait to eat Luke warm food?with little taste, despite lots of staff working there. I asked if they put the food on heated counters as it’s long wait, the person said yes, which is a lie. I asked for a medium and was given a small.There were 8 people ahead to pay for their food. They should ask people for drinks at the start, rather then wait to the end.

Staff were nice but the food was terrible! We had chicken parma and ribs. The ribs were tasteless despite the sauce on them. Shame as I have good memories of F&B. Hope it's just this specific location as opposed to the entire franchise.

This is a great place for sure if you want quick tasty desserts. Sometimes the food could just miss the mark or be a bit cold but the service is definitely outstanding. Quick responses all round even if there is a problem

Lovely staff, great service and good food!

Foods better than the Watford one but the tapanyaki here isn't all that even though they have two separate hot plates, one for meat and one for seafood! They keep some of the food under a lid on the hot plate, instead of cooking it straight from fresh, so everything comes over cooked and over seasoned but apart from that all good! Parking right outside!

Very friendly staff and competitive prices but location has no parking if your travelling light then shopping mall car park is only 5min away at £8.50 for 24h.
