This is a great place for sure if you want quick tasty desserts. Sometimes the food could just miss the mark or be a bit cold but the service is definitely outstanding. Quick responses all round even if there is a problem

I am dissatisfied with the service I recently received from one of your employees. Unfortunately, my experience was far from professional, and I believe it highlights a need for additional training in workplace responsibilities and customer service etiquette. The employee in question appeared to lack an understanding of their role and the expectations of their position. Their behavior was unprofessional and did not align with the level of service I expect from your company. All staff members must be adequately trained to handle their responsibilities, mainly when dealing with customer needs and workplace etiquette. I strongly urge your company to implement proper training programs that emphasise professional conduct, workplace respect, and the importance of customer service. Every employee should know their role is to serve customers professionally and respectfully, ensuring a positive experience. You got a young black boy who has nothing to do with work, he's still too childish, and he must get maturity first, then the job, the experience I handled it without him clearly, he needs a disdain at the workplace, other than cleaning the milk of his mum, which looks like he still has it. I hope you take this matter seriously and address these concerns within your team, if you don't mind. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be handled. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Ordered at 20:40 - 2 waffles and 2 milkshakes. Didn’t arrive till 22:48 and when it came… never seen such a limp bit of waffle in my life. It was so cold the chocolate had set on the waffles. Absolutely abysmal. Avoid at all cost. TWO hours for a bit of pre-made batter, chocolate drizzle and ice cream scooped in a blender with a chocolate bar. Wild.

Jaffar was a star and the gentleman who prepared my nephew’s dessert and milkshake went above and beyond for us! My nephew has allergies to all nuts and they ensured there wasn’t cross contamination, and they took extra care with him. We had a range of things (waffles x2, crepe, chocolate fudge cake, 3 different milkshakes, 1 bubble tea) and everything was delicious! The drinks came a little later so I didn’t take any pictures but they looked and tasted delicious!

Never order from here again. They have delivered here and tha packaging was horrible. All the milkshakes spilled into the packaging.

Unfortunately they don't have vegan milkshake options. Service at the till is friendly and knowledgeable, but when it comes to making food and drinks, it's very slow. Making two cappuccinos took almost 20 minutes.

I have eaten at creams Croydon valley park, ordered chicken pockets and chicken waffles I was not ask if I wanted ice, when the food came there was only one set of cutlery and I was still waiting for my glass with ice, when I went to ask for sugar for my wife and set of cutlery the server look at me like I was inconvenience none of the Asian servers smiled like they were not happy to be there. I felt uncomfortable eating. To top it of we couldn’t eat the chicken pockets because it didn’t taste good. I’m sorry but it’s one of the worst service I’ve ever recieved.

The workers poorly conduct themselves and aren’t good at customer service , as I tried to order an item on their menu one of the workers said it’s was at the back and the item couldn’t be served even though they had it at the back absolute laziness , another issue was they charged me for falafel hot pocket but there was no falafel in it as they only put a bunch of veggies and I heard one of the workers say to the other worker that there was no falafel . Anyways main point none of them seemed like they wanted to work there . If you want your day ruined go ahead but if you want a fun time go to Kaspas instead they get the order right and their customer service is better .

We ordered milk cookie dough. It was so hard that the spoon wasn’t getting inside. When I complained, i was brushed off by saying thats how we make it here. I told them, we order the same thing in Morden branch but he wasn’t bothered. Just at the end said sorry about your order to shoo us away.

Jenish and Mehak are the goats of cremes. A mixture of quality service and great skills 😮‍💨. They are single handedly keeping Cremes a multi million pound company. You shouldn’t settle for anything less.

Awful experience at this place. My young son got locked in the toilet and couldn't get out causing him to suffer a panic attack. A member of staff had to come and use a knife to wedge the lock open to eventually get him out. This should not happen in a place that offers public facilities and it's clear they don't care about maintaining the place. Before this happened they had taken our order for 3 items 30 minutes earlier and failed to deliver 1 item because they forgot about it. Shocking service and venue.

My hot chocolate fudge cake had hard stale bits at the edge of it, the ‘gelato’ was basic ice cream, the berry slice sundae arrived half melted so it was all just a cold dripping mess. The best bit was that there was free parking which is not even specific to Creams. Also not one of the 5 members of staff were wearing gloves while serving the food. Surely picking up the waffles and pancakes with your fingers is unhygienic?!

The waffle and crepe both weren’t made right. The food felt very cold and tasted old even after a replacement.
