Amazing food, had a mixed platter with sushi and prawn tempera, prawns were meaty and very flavoursome. Good service, really chilled vibe and lovely interior. Must try!!!

Matthias was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable on the food. Loved everything I had and will definitely be back. Quality food and quality service.

Booked a table and ended up in the secret party room, with our own entertaining barman (Dench) who couldn't do enough for us and music of our choice it was a fun few hours 🍹🍸💃🏻💃🏼

Such a disappointing experience! We felt completely unwelcome, and the service was nonexistent. No sense of hospitality at all. we left within 10 minutes.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis un samedi soir (même sans réservation !) Le restaurant est bien situé car dans une quartier très touristique mais un peu à l'écart du monde. Il y a deux étages avec cuisine ouverte sur la salle. Les pizzas sont globalement bonnes même si rien d'exceptionnels, ça fait le job 😊 Les prix sont un peu élevés mais rien de choquant pour Londres...! Merci pour l'accueil!

The atmosphere of the cafe was good, but the macchiato was sadly pricey and really sour.

From the moment you arrive, the Connaught and all its history welcome you. The doormen and staff are the most welcoming, ready to help you and with the biggest smile. The facilities overall are excellent. The decoration of the restaurant deserves special mention. Now onto the main event, the food and the proposals of Darroze are always excellent. In these pictures you can see the spring menu. Albeit not taking dramatic risks, every plate hits a perfect note that will stay with you for days. Worth mentioning the pricing is very fair for the excellent quality provided, which is greatly appreciated. I recommend it to anyone and I will continue to visit.

He sido cliente durante muchos años. He tomado docenas de clientes y amigos. Nunca he dudado de la calidad de la comida. El personal de la cocina trabaja duro para proporcionar y están claramente orgullosos de su trabajo. Sin embargo, recientemente los estándares lejos de la cocina se han deteriorado. La cola para sentarse siempre fue parte del encanto. Un pequeño plato de pimientos padrón y una copa de cava hicieron la anticipación divertida. El personal ahora mal entrenado e ignorante que ‘acoge’ a la gente ahora me ha cansado hasta el extremo de ya no querer ser cliente. Ningún sistema, sino reconocer quién es el primero en la fila, dejar a la gente confundida y colgada, ningún sistema etc... no apropiado para un restaurante con tan buena comida. Ya no puedo arriesgarme a la vergüenza de llevar a la gente allí. Los aumentos de precios también se han vuelto exorbitantes. Considerando que reconozco los problemas a los que se enfrenta esta industria, las baraffinas están transmitiendo cada vez más a sus clientes. Todas las cosas buenas terminan. Gracias y adiós.

Excellent appam, pol & seeni sambal. The mango curry, the chicken curry and the jaggery beef were yummy.. Good service. Didnt need to wait for long..

We had the most wonderful experience dining at The Grill at The Dorchester to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless – warm, professional, and so attentive. Every single team member we interacted with was kind and welcoming, which made the evening feel even more special. A special thank you to our waiter, Marco, who made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch to our celebration. His attentiveness and care didn’t go unnoticed. The food was a true 10/10 – every course from the starter to dessert was an absolute delight. The flavours were rich and beautifully balanced, the presentation was immaculate, and each dish felt like a celebration in itself. I had the ribeye steak, and it was cooked to perfection – so soft it melted in my mouth. Truly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a meaningful occasion. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience.

A gem off of the beaten track for sure! The food was out of this world and full of flavour. Staff friendly and attentive too! Can’t wait to come back!!
