Be at one is a vibrant place, had a great time last night. The Stand out feature was the bartender Alfie, was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly. It’s always a pleasure to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job and connects with people. Additionally the doorman at the back was a pleasant presence, with a warm smile and friendly demeanour, made us feel at home.

I understand why it’s not busy, that’s why it’s three stars. Xavier was a star. But the entrance staff was abosmal. Chewing gum and saying ‘yeah, walk through, and I print me as I asked for a cloak room when I walked in. I hag is hospitality? This isn’t it.

I've been here at least 7 or 8 times, it's usually good but last night was disappointing. One of the bar staff made me the wrong drink and then the second time he charged me double for 2 cocktails even though I had a 2 for 1 and I told him that at the start. It was the same guy that made a mistake twice and I ended up paying an extra £30+ just because of his mistake. The other staff are ok and the security guards are amazing they make the club a safe environment and are friendly. This experience has made me not want to go back

This chain courts a vibe as zesty and fun as their Spicy Mango Margherita. Came for a cocktail, stayed for three.

Music far too loud so we had to shout at each other and one person almost lost their voice as a result... beer and cider available but not actually mentioned on the menu... cocktails quite expensive for what they were... cannot recommend!

Charged £40 each for X2 vodka red bulls. Asked for a reciept and was told “the machine was broken”. £10 entry as well, left after 5 minutes. Never stepping foot in Be At One again and will be advising others as clearly overcharging and hoping no one will notice.

I when last night in Be At One Regenstreet and is a great bar with friendly staff and tasty cocktails. The happy hour deals are fantastic. The general manager Greg is super cool and he look after you in amazing way Perfect for a fun night out!

I have already called several times, sent emails and even went in person to complain. and they still don't return it to me. SCACAMMERS. Be very careful if you go to this bar when putting in your debit card. especially if they are tourists. They charge you double your account, they say that in “tips” and then they don't respond and they don't return the money. THIEVES

Told security I was joining friends, which he challenged by asking me to call one of them. I did but my friends were obv not on their phone so I was akwardly standing and calling in front of bouncer, and decided to just leave.

simon samuel quite literally save my life. i will die for him. he found my lost passport and hand delivered it to me. him, karim and samy are the three best people i have ever met in my entire existence. they deserve only good things. 10/10 bar and 28/10 people. whatever higher power there is, they better bless them. i love them. thank you thank you thank i love you

It's expensive to get in, especially if you're a guy. £20 entry per person on a Friday/Saturday night. It's still packed with people which gives it a great atmosphere.

Me and my friend went for a few drinks on Thursday, after multiple people had pushed Infront of us to be served and one man also cut Infront of us after we had been waiting for ages to be served, he then started giving us horrible looks, for no reason at all. He had told me to fix my face, called me fat, told me to shut up multiple times and called us horrible names. He complained to the bar staff who hadn’t heard any of the story or what this man had been saying to us and we were kicked out. This man got his drinks straight away and carried on with his friends as if he hadn’t said all those horrible things to us while we were kicked out by security. After I said what he had done they said they will chat to him. Which didn’t happen. We’re both horrified of how we had been treated and that nothing had even been said to this man for all the verbal abuse he gave us. Will never be coming back to this place after that experience, do not wish to be verbally abused when coming out for a few drinks. Definitely did not feel safe in there after that with none of the staff members or security even taking into consideration what he had done to us.

Went with a friend to order a few drinks, thought we’d go to London as we’re not from there.. worst experience !!! we were called horrid names as rude comments by this man who barged in-front of us to get drinks. We were kicked out by some blonde guy on the bar who had no idea what even happened. Ruined our night won’t be coming here again. Sort your staff out you kicked out girls who were completely innocent and let some man who clearly had too much to drink, stay.

Popped in here on a pub crawl for a hen night. Nice find. Spent quite a while in here. Photo booth was fun. Drinks not stupidly priced.. Good music.

Mike the manager took great care of us - and everyone from the bouncers outside to the bar staff were fab. I left my coat by accident and was so happy to find the team had kept it safe overnight for me to pick up the next day. What a bunch of great people!

This is one of the worst night clubs, I have ever been too. I still remember the day( 18-10-2023 around 12 to 1 am). Me and my friends went to this club for a few drinks. On the down floor, some salsa dance was going on. A friend of mine is a really good salsa dancer, so he just went down to see that and a black guy who claims that he is in charge of that dance event told him and me that we are not allowed(which is fine). But also he looked at us and said that "you people are not fit enough to dance, you can't dance", which is very humiliating. These kinds of staff are a setback to this club. This kind of idiot abusive people could let down your business. Will never ever come to a club which has this kind of staff who doesn't have any quality.

This place needs a serious makeover, disco music at 4pm, weak pathetic drinks, customer service training and new toilets!! I came here for the 241 drinks and was so disappointed. I used the toilets which smelt awful due to the unhygienic sanitary bins that hadn't been changed which then attracted flies. I then didn't feel too good and felt nauseous due to some medication I'm taking so I vomited to feel better. Someone must have heard me and told one of the male staff members who then harassed me in the female toilet by knocking on the door. I said I was fine but he waited for me outside and questioned why I vomited and asked me to prove that I was on medication!!!!!! He followed me to my table and I was so embarrassed in front of my friends as he invaded my privacy and exposed me when I didn't necessarily want people knowing. So what if I was sick, why is that an issue!? I'll never come here again!

I was at the bar with my friend, and we were enjoying a drink, a gentleman approached us who was lovely and gave us tokens for free drinks, we got them. We had the drinks, and he approached us again to meet two of his mates that he’d met the same night. They came us to us. Anyways as we are YOUNG 20 year olds we didn’t think much of it as we weren’t interested as the gentleman said he was married. He abruptly left and two men came over, asking our ages. One in a black beanie guessed “youngest 25” we are 20. We said no and presumably felt very uncomfortable. I abruptly asked if they could leave and so did my friend. However one of the men decided to take that to heart and throw a drink on me and my friends legs. Which I decided was very disrespectful and not fair as we are young and do not want to be approached by older men. Proceeded to go to security and the manager and they said “oh we can only see you throwing a drink at him” which at a well known bar we get told knowing not to be approached by older men” which they were. They proceeded to smoke outside gloating. Which I find amusing because how can a woman say no to a man as they get annoyed if not interested????? Especially because the young gentleman at the bar looked over to ask if we were okay ? How is this okay

If u could I’d leave 0 stars. The MANAGER that supposed to INTERVENE in a situation that happened to my friend did nothing. My friend got a drink thrown at her by a 35/40 year old (bare in mind she’s 20) after she told him to leave her alone and obviously like everyone else would react she threw her drink at him after being soaking wet from HIS drink. The manager said „I can only see you throwing drink at him on CCTV” You might wanna get a MANAGER THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS that have been asulted and not being on some old man’s side.

Came in Friday night with my friends. A couple befriended my drunk friend at our table when we was up at the bar. The man sat away from the table and the woman sat on it. She was too comfortable and being overly friendly to my drunker friends. I have worked in hospitality for years so I know what to look out for pick pocket/spiking wise and was so clear this couple has poor intensions. Their mannerisms together was just all red flags. This lady was whispering to the man and kept staring at our drinks whilst being in her act. I downed my drink and said loudly to my friends “do you have your phone, card and bag?” And the woman’s WHOLE persona changed! From one really overly friendly nice woman with a big smile, to a complete panicked, silent person looking at her phone whispering to the man and tan to the bar. I spoke to the security and the manager and I really hope they took the appropriate action. The girl looked Arabian with light eyes and a whitish tshirt, the guy had facial hair with a dark blue jumper.

This was a fun place we stopped at for a drink. We were surprised to get two drinks for the price of one which is apparently what they do at happy hour between 4:00 and 7:00. Nothing was amazing here - the drinks and the space were fine....

Absolutely appalling experience at Be At One last night. Seeing the negative reviews around the manager, Simon, I'm surprised he's still working at this bar? Our group had a large booking and were enjoying ourselves until some random customer threw punches and injured our friends. The security, after confirming this through footage, proceeded to kick OUR group out, refusing to let anyone in to retrieve our belongings. The manager and the bouncers at the front door were absolutely useless. My girlfriend was also involved in the scuffle and was hurt. And the most shocking part? The group that threw punches were seen partying and enjoying themselves in the same place, while our group was kicked out. The manager then accused our group of swearing at him, and walked away from the situation when confronted about it. The staff said police were called, and then they cancelled the call when the manager had a sissy fit. If you care about your and your friends safety, I wouldn't go to this bar especially when Simon is there. If you have any issues, don't expect them to resolve it. Other Be At One's have been great, will not be returning to this one.

Nice place for afternoon cocktails, off regent Street I thought the place would be packed! But wasn't too crowed when I went and the bar staff had were doing great entertainment with the cocktails making!

Security did not let us in to venue and reported we needed a reservation, im pretty sure this an open walk in place as have visited before, Security guy checking people before allowing them to join the queue also very heavy handed in exchanging words. everyone has a job to do but there is no need to behave un courteous to public.

Great atmosphere - staff are lovely and seem to enjoy being at work with their team - they're usually dancing and pouring the drinks in entertaining ways! I think they have a great selection of music to dance to and often have separate events and dance classes, too. Drinks are so much better than your average cocktail bar, they're unique and made to perfection 👌 there's a lot of choice and the staff can adjust the recipes if you want a specific spirit etc. Staff really make it for me though, they're hard working, knowledgeable and friendly - thanks for the lovely experiences every time I've been there!

It was my birthday party this weekend at Be at one Regent street . The atmosphere in there was incredible, started from the main entrance of the club Queue went smooth and easy with security team , welcoming everyone with great respect. Mr Greg Helped us at door to upgrade for convenient drinks Package and walked in with us to our Reserved Tables . He managed to makes everything easy for us and comfortable . Mr Angel was great bartender with An amazing service . Mr jay was helping us with service and music was absolutely awesome. Mr Greg Your customer service highly appreciated . Thank you jay. Great shop with a nice atmosphere and excellent staff in a very central location. They were all kind and served us perfectly (security, guard, barman). I have just visited this place and do not recommend it. The staff is not friendly, not one smile from their staff. I walked into this bar, sat there for two hours and when I went to the restroom and then went back to my table where I had all my stuff, one of their employees came up to me and asked me what I was doing there and then made up a story that she had reserved the table for someone else. She literally kicked me out of my table after I had been there for 2 hours where I still had my personal stuff while I was in the restroom. She didn't even offer another seat. Unprofessional and rude. If you don't want to be randomly kicked out of your table during the evening, don't visit this bar.

I was a regular customer at Be At One for the past 7ish years, it used to be my favorite place, I have seen the overall quality deteriorate with both the music and the drinks, on new year's eve however even the security have failed miserably. There was a group of around 5 men at a table adjacent to ours and one of the them knocked over a drink I just bought drenching my girlfriend’s phone and the table, I quickly tried to clean up the phone before it receives water damage. My girlfriend came back, I told her what happened she has shown them her drink and her phone from afar, they didn’t do anything, they just left after some minutes either in shame or to have some cheap drinks at the nearest shop. The aforementioned group’s table was vacated because they were gone for that long, a member of staff has cleaned it up and have removed their name tag and we asked if we can move to it and not only he said yes, he has even helped us move. The reason we wanted to move there was because our table to drenched in the spilled drink. The group of men decided to come back after a very long time and they wanted “their” table back and started harassing us. I did not let them intimidate me, my girlfriend went to the security who decided to call me over and let the group sit, I tried to explain the situation to the security person, but the only thing he offered is that they maybe able to get us a table at the exact opposite end of the bar, my girlfriend was distressed and the told me she was threatened by the men, I relayed that to the security person, he visibly didn’t care, at that point we decided to just leave. I went back to my jacket and it was reaffirmed why leaving was indeed the best choice, there was a security person blocking my way, I had to ask the group of men for my jacket, which they returned to me and then we left because it was very clear to us where everyone stood. I would be interested to know by what logic does security decide to favour a group of men instead of actually addressing the concerns of the couple who has called them over, any reasonable person would have either just looked at the table and seen that there is no tag on it, or would have just talked to the staff or they could have guessed that a group of men are more likely to be causing problems then a couple. I did previously see security go and wake up a girl who dozed off a little bit, not sure what inference I should make from all this, it looks like they are fine calling over girls and couples but are afraid to handle groups of men, or were the men friends of the security people?

It was bloody awful, drinks tasted out of date ...we tried three different drinks as it was new years and we paid to get in (booked online)as it showed cocktails and seemed like it would be a laugh.didnt have the most common cocktails..so had a cider mine and my friends tested bad ...the "free" prosecco you get when you booked was absolutely disgusting ..I asked for orange juice to be added didn't help .so last attempt was a Disaronno and coke...just about drinkable my friend also tried a cocktail with ginger in it and that was also awful.music was bad too.... Justin Timberlake... spice girls and Brittany spears...just no .. avoid

Been a customer for ages but the bouncer asked for £50 for entry two hours ago, he tried to fool us! So shameful such people are still working at this place!

- large space - photobooth - tons of open seating with booths - fun staff who are quick - excellent security - overall, clean, cool LED lights, and good vibes - feels very well put together, and corporate run - their menus feel like an Applebee's or Chili's menu - it's highly professional and feels like a large chain Worth the stop by.

Had a table booked for New Years Eve, all was going well till further in the night. My friends and myself left our small booth on top floor to dance (we wasn’t standing too far from our table just so we could keep an eye). After dancing we went back to sit down where a couple had taken our seats. Went over there and sat beside them still letting them use our table and the guy began to threaten us because we sat at the table. We was so confused as it was our table and we mentioned that to him but he continued being aggressive. We went over to one of the bouncers to let him know of the guy threatening us and his response was “what do you want me to do about it? His a traveller.” Absolutely appalled by that response we immediately left! Because the boy is a traveller that means he can get away with doing whatever he wants & makes other’s feel uncomfortable??? Aren’t the bouncers meant to be there to stop trouble being caused/ making people feel safe? Because that’s not the experience we received. I love Be At One bars but certainly will not be returning to the Regent Street location.
