Estábamos buscando un lugar para comer un almuerzo tardío, cenar temprano después de visitar la Galería Kings y estoy tan contento de que nos topamos con este maravilloso restaurante italiano. Sentados rápidamente y aturdidos por la variedad de opciones, pedimos un espagueti de marisco y un plato italiano de salchichas Strozzapreti. La pasta era increíble, con salsas ligeras y los mariscos en el plato de mis maridos! ¡Almejas, mejillones, calamares, pulpo, gambas mariposa y langostinos! Honestamente tanto valor y una cocina increíble! El servicio fue amable, personal y el nivel justo de atención. Recomiendo a fondo y volveremos!

I don’t typically leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s helpful for constructive feedback. This was my first time dining here, and overall, the experience was okay. The server was friendly and welcoming. We did have to wait a bit longer than expected for our food, but I understand it can get busy. We ordered bread with a side of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; however, the bread was cold and stale, making it quite difficult to chew. Perhaps that’s the intended preparation, but it didn’t meet our expectations. On a positive note, the carbonara pasta was delicious, and the server added fresh cheese on top, which was a nice touch. I reminded our server that we had also ordered tiramisu, but unfortunately, it never arrived. After waiting 20–30 minutes for the check, we eventually went to the front to settle the bill. I mentioned the missing dessert to the gentleman at the desk, who was very apologetic and sincere. He did not charge us the dessert from our bill, which I appreciated. While the visit had some highs and lows, I understand that restaurants can face busy periods. I hope to see improvements in service consistency should I decide to return.

We were on our way to Buckingham Palace when we decided to stop for Italian food. We came across this place, and it looked incredible. The service was excellent—friendly and very attentive to us.

Had the Scallops- tasted ok. Salmon was very good. The guy serving me was very ok and I appreciate it. But the 2 other women server's seem to be blind? Or maybe I am Asian but they never seemed to see me when I wave my hand to get their attention. As such service - 3 stars instead of 4. Service charge was stated as optional on the invoice but I was billed for it anyway.

I enjoyed a delicious risotto with fish for which I had asked if it was possible to cook it without the tomato as I wouldn't be able to eat it as I was allergic. The very kind waitress replied that there was no problem because everything is done on the spot. The pizza was also very good. All in a clean and welcoming environment and with adequate prices. For anyone in London, I highly recommend it.

This place is freaking awesome. We were cold and jet-lagged after watching the changing and this lovely restaurant was a two minute walk away. There were 4 of us, we all had different entrees and each one was delicious.

Service was lovely and the scallops were divine.

Worst Italian food I have ever had. For the ridiculous price of 20 pounds for a plate of risotto I was expecting way more; I have never seen an Italian restaurant serving risotto with regular rice, I can do better at home. The bill came to 100 pounds for two people and all of the plates were completely average aside from the risotto, which was shameful, to all Italians.

Very good food, I highly recommend it. I had the pleasure of tasting the lasagna myself and I can recommend it to anyone without any hesitation, it's delicious and in a nice, intimate atmosphere. For dessert, I recommend panna cotta - it's delicious.

Good food and good service, there is no debate about that but for 5 dishes of pasta, 2 waters we paid £129, VERY EXPENSIVE

Food was ok,pizza was not cut in triangles,and was a bit dry, knife very bland and my mum who is elderly was struggling to eat pizza. Ice cream was not the greatest ,with big bits of ice in it! Not topical Italian ice cream !

We got inside for a quick pasta dinner. The atmosphere is really nice but the food is not real Italian. The pasta seems to be from the super market and also the flavor of the carbonara and Ragu was not what expected for this high price.

Stanchi della cucina “estera” abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante italiano spinti dalle recensioni positive e perché vicino all’hotel (era l’unico aperto in zona oltre le 8:30). Ci accomodiamo e veniamo subito serviti con accoglienza e professionalità. Abbiamo ordinato pasta (ragù) e risotto…risultato? Ci siamo tornati anche un’altra sera per assaggiare la pizza (molto farcita ma migliore di alcuni posti in Italia). Un posto da provare se volete un po’ di sapori “simili” ai nostri. Prezzo nella media di Londra.

A stone's throw from Buckingham Palace, Italian restaurant. We ate simple but quality food. A good starter of cured meats and two excellent carbonaras professionally made by a Sicilian chef. Compliments to Gianni the owner with whom we exchanged a pleasant chat. Not recommended, especially after the changing of the guard which takes place 200 meters away. Well done.

Beautiful place Very welcoming,lovely atmosphere with delightful music and delicious food. We had a magnificent evening there enjoying the calamari and pizza. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Food is basic but in general not bad. But what is really bad is the Service, i think they would do a great job but they look scared from the manager.

I ordered a pizza and a pasta, and they taste really good, you should give them a try.

Not bad for the kitchen, however, all the staff are more than unpleasant, no smiles, barely hello, the impression of disturbing them, not a word, everyone pulls their heads, bad atmosphere between the staff which is felt

Great experience with Italian food

The place is simply magnificent! We wandered in by chance and were happy to be positively surprised! A very cozy family establishment! The service is excellent! Wide selection of wines and drinks, incl. from Italy. Well, the kitchen is beyond praise! I want to come back again and again.

We had a quick, but nice family lunch after visiting around! The lady serving us was lovely, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I would like to say thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

Very poor experience. If I have to rate the food from 1-10, I’ll rate it -2. We ordered 4 dishes and the table was so small that there wasn’t even space for our plates to eat .

P/L is not OK. £19.50 for a spaghetti carbonara that won't fill you up. The pizzas also have very different toppings, some too little and others too much. Still a nice restaurant with nice staff.

I really don't understand the rating given to this restaurant. The staff is friendly but the food really doesn't live up to the rating of this place. For my part I took seafood pasta for £31.90. How is it that at this price 70% of the seafood used is frozen??! Concerning the second course, a steak of salmon with a tasteless shrimp sauce accompanied by potatoes, asparagus, no taste / no seasoning, in short, a school canteen dish which is certainly not worth £26. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is really nice and cozy. The staff is amazing, when we arrived they were full but they did everything they could to get us a table which was really nice to see. The food is absolutely delicious, the best paste I've eat in a while. The carbonara are just delicious, highly recommend.

Good place to eat a good plate of pasta or a pizza. Everything is very correct. The service is the same, correct without further ado.

Food is good comforting & flavoursome homemade Italian fare, service is quite good but not very friendly (we’ve been a couple of times now) ; main meal portions are small for the prices but very tasty. Good wine selection & an exceptional tiramisu.

The mussels dish is unexpectedly big - over 30 of them. The sauce is quite fishy in taste which sometimes overshadows the sweet taste of the mussels, slightly better with lemon juice. The sand haven’t been cleared from the mussels though so after the bites I need to spit the sand out. The mushroom risotto is well with a good texture and the sauce is just savory and creamy enough. Maybe better to share the risotto though as towards the end the taste became too heavy with the thick risotto sauce.

Happened into this restaurant to grab dinner after a tour of Buckingham Palace and wanted to avoid the rain. Immediately seated, even with the place full to bursting. Service was excellent and food was quick and delicious. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Located near Buckingham Palace. Room with simple decoration, tables with acceptable separation and good set-up. Very friendly, diligent staff with a perfect knowledge of what's going on in the kitchen. Well-prepared Italian cuisine menu with pasta cooking points and good quality products. Delicious scallops with bacon, spaghetti with clams, scalopini with marsala and delicious afogato, good coffee. Fair wine list but with good references at a good price and good glasses. A place to return.....

We have been rejected in a fairly unfriendly way because we had a dog. I can understand that and am happy with it but the way it was done was seriously unpleasant.

My family and I dined here for lunch. Actually, I just finished my meal. This is without doubt one of the best Italian restaurants I've eaten at. The service and meals were awesome 👌🏾

Quería llevar a la familia de Escocia y del extranjero a un restaurante italiano lejos de las 'zonas turísticas' mundanas de Leicester Square y The Strand y, después de un par de horas de búsqueda en línea, encontré Bon Gusto. No nos decepcionó; la comida era excelente y el servicio / atención igualmente. Su ubicación no es mi localidad, pero volveré, simplemente porque era excelente relación calidad-precio!

The food is good but the service is not good. At first, we just went there without reservation. One of the staff told us it’s fully booked and there is no table for us. But the fact is only few tables being reserved while the other empty tables are not. Then we made a reservation via Google Map immediately and told them we had reservation. Another staff, who is nice and kind and served us whole time, let us in this time. But they didn’t confirm my booking. Then how do they know if I really reserved? At the same time, we just saw other people who also didn’t reserve the table just walked in, sat down and enjoyed their meal;) We are really disappointed with their service besides the staff who served us whole time.

We were looking for a place to eat before going to go see our show. I’m glad we walked a few minutes to go here as the food did not disappoint. The salmon was delicious as well as the pasta. And the tiramisu to finish off the meal was excellent.

As usual for bon gusto 10/10 food and service, even without reservations Geisa sat us on a window table, and was very polite and friendly with me and my fiend who never visited Bon Gusto before, Geisa advised us on the wine as well as main course that matched the wine we chose. Amazing atmosphere and banging playlist.

I’d like to call it a humble pasta—tomato and basil. It was absolutely delicious! The simplicity of the dish, combined with the flavorful herbs, truly elevated the experience and delighted my taste buds.🤤

Nice ambience. We didn't have a booking but they managed to give us a table. Veal cotlet was nice, I would have preferred abit more salt in the veal. Risotto was nice, also needed some salt and lemon. Some of the mussels had crunchy bits in it which is basically because it wasn't cleaned properly. Overall, nice experience and good food. Calamari was nice. Chicken ceaser salad was good but the portion is too little for the price paid, comparing to prices of other dishes that has more ingredients in it than just lettuce and chicken.

We chose this restaurant based on the strong Yelp reviews and proximity to our hotel. We had just arrived in London from the West Coast, USA, and were tired. The warm hospitality, gracious service and delicious well-prepared and presented dishes made us feel right at home. A real neighborhood gem! We returned for a second visit with friends - another wonderful experience! Thank you to all the staff at Bon Gusto!

My husband and I recently had dinner at Bon Gusto, not knowing anything about the food. We were hungry for good Italian food and we found it. I grew up with Italian god parents who made their own pasta and sauce. I was impressed by the texture of the pasta and flavor of the sauce. My husband had the ravoli, and I had the pasta with spinach and ricotta cheese with a tomato and cream sauce. It was excellent. The best meal we've had in London. Great restaurant!

Outstanding dinner and only 7 minutes from our hotel. We had the garlic bread, pan fried scallops and the pasta with sausage, mushrooms and artichokes. Gelato for dessert. Good wine selection. Highly recommend 👍👍

A good option for Italian food in London. We opted for pizza and Caesar salad, which were both very delicious. The place has a very pleasant atmosphere and the service is correct, without further ado.

I made a reservation and visited! Vongole is really delicious and the pizza is great! The risotto has a strong cheese-mushroom flavor, so there may be some people who like it or not! The staff brought us bowls for the seashells, provided wet wipes, and took our orders right away, so they were very friendly! Be sure to visit. The food tastes even better thanks to the friendly staff.
