InterContinental London Park Lane, an IHG Hotel in City of London, Westminster

Loved the women playing piano. The rooms are clean and the water pressure is amazing. Everyone is very friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. Very expensive but fun to be spoiled for a night. They have a mini fridge stocked with drinks etc.

I have come here for just for a night and I picked here because the location is quite convenient. The first room I was assigned was quite nice(you can see from the video) and so I started to rest a bit in the room. I didn’t notice it’s a connecting room until someone screamed from next door(not even told when I was checked in). I could hear there are hk chinese couples talking and a kid was running around. It went on for 10mins and I called the front desk for changing room. They arranged me another room that night and helped me to move all my luggage to another room. On the next day when i woke up, i realised the room actually do not come with a Sofa next to the cabinet. I got a friend who dropped by to talk about work in the morning and it made me look stupid because one of us needs to stand. I asked the lady at the front desk and see if that’s a usual practice during checkout and she told me so. I just checked online on Agoda / their official website from the pic. Since I was staying just a night, i didn’t want to spend extra time to argue. I was paying over 400£ for such a room and changed room within the first 30mins. The other room wasn’t quite the same as the marketing picture(from their official website). I guess you might just need to double check every single items after checked in .

Great location in Central London

Location is the high point. Service great and a good and comfortable room.

Poor attention to IHG diamond members, with no recognition of their status and privileges. i end up canceling my reservation with this hotel.

I stayed last night at this hotel for the first time with my 18-month-old son, and I must say, everything was spot on from beginning to end. Pheabe at the reception explained everything clearly and made us feel at home. Our dinner at Najma restaurant was fantastic, featuring authentic Lebanese food. We were pleasantly surprised by a belly dancer who performs on Mondays—she was truly impressive. Serafin and his staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome, especially accommodating us with our son. Our room was spacious enough for our son to run and play, which was a definite plus. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a variety of hot and cold food, plus an A La Carte menu. We sampled a few dishes, and the pancakes made by the chef were delicious. Sophie and Nelly greeted us with warm smiles, and Helio provided exceptional service despite being quite busy, ensuring our experience was even better. As a special treat, I asked to visit the kitchen since my husband is a chef and our son loves kitchens (I’m not sure why 😅), and Lucia promptly attended to us. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for exceeding our expectations and making our stay so memorable.

It was a terrible experience and the worst stay I've ever had. The reception staff lacked knowledge and their behavior was very poor. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel. They take a long time to check in and to make keys. The reception staff doesn't handle guests professionally.

They are taking a long time to check in and also to make keys. At the reception, they don't have professional dealings with guests. They lost my blanket when they cleaned the room. When I asked about the blanket , they didn't do anything.

Felt really bad at the moment checking in, as I suffered from a terrible hotel experience in my previous journey. By the moment checking out, I just felt pampered by the professional services, excellent food, and great view right facing The Hyde Park. Also a great venue for catching up with friends. A no-brainer choice for me at London.

Very convenient hotel where you can easily get a tube and bus to travel around London. You can walk to the centre too because it’s not too far, 15 mins walking journey. The hotel is right next to Hyde Park and Green Park so it’s a great opportunity to do morning exercises to start off the day. The hotel has a gym and a spa. My uncle is staying in a very nice and spacious room. I like the fact they have an adapter ready in the room in case you are an international traveller Nice night spending here.

I just had the most wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Park Lane. The hotel was fantastic in every way, the service, the rooms, restaurants and location were everything we could've wanted and more. The hotel was incredibly clean and being able to walk to Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park within minutes was such a bonus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning at the Theo Randall restaurant and found ourselves eating dinner in The Wellington Lounge almost every night. I have to say my favorite part of the hotel was how friendly the staff was from all of the doormen at the front who immediately welcomed us on our arrival, to the check-in staff, the concierge and the incredible waitstaff at the restaurants. Special thank you to the head doorman, Panny for greeting us by name each day and treating us so well, as well as the staff at the restaurants including Sasanker, Marian, Divya and Viviana. I hope I can return to visit this hotel one day because it is simply the best!

Came here for the Elizabeth Royal Tea and i must say it was probably one of the best afternoon tea experience. They have an amazing selection of teas from around the world. The scones were freshly prepared, the aroma of the scones could be felt from far away, it was that good. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious as well as the cakes and the staff were amazing, they took us through the concept behind the Elizabeth Royal Tea.

I have stayed there and one of the marvelous hotels I have stayed in. I know staying at Intercontinental Hotel makes you so special, furthermore the London one was so magnificent. The room was comfy, and the breakfast was so nice. The receptionist helped you anytime you wish. The checkin was so smooth and convenient.

Very nice hotel, easy access to bus, tube and walking

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location close to Hyde park and Hyde park corner tube station. The staff were exceptional, pleasant and very helpful. We had use of the lounge and it was beautiful, lovely breakfast and a very relaxing start to our weekend. Lovely room with comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!

Just had a wonderful 2 days in this fabulous hotel. We had a few issues with the heating in our room, so we were upgraded to a beautiful suite. Also ate at Theo Randall's, which again was fabulous!!! We love this hotel and staff, and can't wait to come back!!!

The best thing about the hotel is its nice location, but the rooms are bad, the furniture is dilapidated, the rooms are small in size, and smoking is not allowed. I had to pay extra for my reservation in order to take a room with a balcony to smoke in. Other than that, I have a Diamond Elite membership. When I entered the lounge, we did not benefit from anything. The breakfast and meals are bad and repeated every day, and there is no dish. Main !

I had a lovely stay at the Park Lane. My room was spacious and comfy. Everything was as expected. However, I would like to highlight Ms. Juliana Baciu, the hotel staff who did my laundry - she did an excellent job on my stained poncho and jumper. She managed to completely remove the stain all in under 15mins - just when I had to check out and rushed to the airport. I was amazed! She was dedicated and ensured that I got back my pretty lovely pieces within the time frame. I couldn’t thank her enough for her effort- thank you for your help.

Make sure you book your stay via the IHG app, because if you don't you will get the old rundown rooms with no view. Nothing is complementary Less value for money considering the rate you pay

I stayed two nights from March 22nd. During my stay, I felt everything was perfect to travel to the hotel service, room condition, breakfast, and hotel location.

Kind and truly professional, they welcome you warmly and make dinner even more pleasant The manager really sweet, kind, super friendly We had a really great time, I recommend this hotel also for the super convenient location for any monument you want to visit, also very well connected by public transport

First thing you are going to hear in the morning, is knock knock from cleaner. They will wake you up, no matter what. The you go for the breakfast and you will have to take a half an hour line before you get seated. The you have to take a line for eggs - another 15 minutes. Choice for breakfast is really poor. After you get to your table with eggs, you will need 20 minutes more to get your coffe. Very very bad breakfast experience for 5 star hotel

It was the best hotel I ever stayed in my life. Especially the staff were very friendly and caring.

The location is perfect for sight seeing, the Buckingham palace is straight across the park. It is a couple of blocks away from shopping. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate inquires!

We stayed here for 2 nights with 2 rooms as a family. Really nice hotel with a great location. I´d loved to go for run every morning in the hyde park. As platinum member and ihg employee i got a room upgrade. The rooms we were told were renovated, they were okay, but seemed not to be super modern. The breakfast was great even we missed few things like pancakes for kids, some guacamole for the bread or champagne, that usually other intercontinental hotels serve on weekends breakfast. We had a dinner once at the bar, it was good. But here it comes, what was really disapointing, specialy for me as beeing also employed to ihg. As i work at FO, i know first and last impressions are most important. And our last one was very bad. On day of departure i came down to the FO desk and was served by mrs. Edaa. It seems she was just up to get rid of me as fast as possible. No "hello, how was your stay" when i arrived and said i want to check out. The bill appear on the screen. No "sir, there is your bill, can you check if it is correct?". So i checked the invoice by myself. It was okay. The lady took the payment and said no more word to me. Sth like "Thank you for staying with us" and "Have a safe trip home" or "hope to see you again". So after all that last impression made us to drop the total result to just a 3 out of 5.

Visited for afternoon tea. From the time we walked through the door to leaving, we had a great experience. I attended on 28/03/24 for my mums 70th birthday gift. Katia looked after us and was so amazing. We stayed for 4 1/2 hours as it was a quieter day. The food was good. The tea was good. Katia was so accommodating that I had to hug her before leaving. Thank you so much for looking after us and for making my mums day special!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the InterContinental Park Lane in March. The hotel is situated in a prime location overlooking Hyde Park and St James Park and it is within easy walking distance of Piccadilly, Mayfair and Bond Street. All the staff encountered were friendly and very helpful and our welcome from the reception staff was lovely. The room was well appointed with excellent amenities. (It is worth signing up to the hotel’s loyalty programme.) We slept well and enjoyed the amazing buffet breakfast. As one of London’s premier five-star hotels the price that we paid represented excellent relative value. I would recommend the IC Park Lane and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean. Service at a high level. The location is very conveniently located, across the road is Green park, if you go through it on the other side there is Buckingham Palace, on the other side Hyde park, if you go through it you get to Winter wonderland.

Great location between two famous parks, extremely friendly doormen, posh breakfast.

Incredible service from my incredible waiter, I think his name was Ilesh, what a lovely young man! Very inviting and welcoming! Amazing entertainment by Amy Bouj and the pianist, beautiful voices and SO professional! 100% recommend, it was an absolutely incredible experience.
