My first time tasting this cuisine outside of my visit to Xi’an and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors definitely suit my palate more as a non-local visitor. The Steamed Wheat Noodles with Seasonal Veggies & Wheat Gluten may look red and oily, but don’t be fooled! It’s not spicy at all. It pairs perfectly with the cold veggie appetizer! There was one male staff member who was genuinely professional—polite, attentive, and carried himself with such great etiquette. I’d honestly come back just for the service. Truly exemplary.

I work nearby. In the past few years, I have taken my colleagues and many friends here to eat hundreds of times. It is very authentic and satisfies the Chinese appetite of our overseas friends. I once got a free ice cream for my birthday! Today's lunch was served by the manager Grace personally. To express her gratitude, she gave me a shopping bag and free iced coffee, and no VAT was charged👍 Thank you, I will often bring friends over to dine.

A very nice hub in Piccadilly Circus that offers various delicacies of Chinese cuisine. Very fast service and quality food, generous in both taste and portions. Prices meet the correct balance between quality and quantity: in 2, with a starter and 2 portions of biang biang noodles for 49 £ in total I find it quite reasonable, considering also that we left the premises full and satisfied. Recommended.

Took 10 of my colleagues there for a quick dinner before heading off to an evening event, the food and service was both great and I'm so glad there is another authentic Chinese food place that actually offers services. Price was very reasonable, we all had main and drink, with a few snacks to share and the bill was just over £20 each. Reservation was quick and easy. And beef rib noodle is certainly the one with highest rating tonight among the different murger, noodle, and pots we ordered.

The only thing we tried was the Biangbaing noodles with ox tripe, but MAN were they good. Totally different than any noodle dish I've ever had, and I eat a lot of Asian food. Very attentive, friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing meal at Murger Han in London! The braised beef rib noodles were incredibly tender and packed with rich flavor, and the crispy pancake was perfectly flaky. In the past, every time I came to Hanji, I would go straight for the **Yangrou Paomo (lamb stew with flatbread), Liangpi (cold noodles), and the Terracotta Warrior ice cream**. Today, we used a **BuyMee go £19.9 discount for a two-person set meal**, so we decided to try the **Beef Tendon Bone Noodles**—and it was absolutely amazing! This dish is now officially on our must-order list. The owner also secretly told me that **they’re giving out free "Roujiamo" keychains** to diners—limited quantity, first come, first served!

The food was very tasty (3 in 1 BiangBiang noodles, Duck Murger, crispy chicken), and the portion of the noodles was quite large. The service staff was quite nice. However, they forgot our crispy chicken dish order (it came after we finished all other dishes, after reminding them 2 times) and forgot to bring us cutlery, as well as tap water. Even though we booked a table well in advance, we had to wait upon arrival and they had to rearrange the table situation to free a table for two for us. They finally found a table in the basement area, which doesn't look very inviting, which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't book a table in advance, but when booking a table i would like to experience a bit better service in that regard. Still the service was very friendly and the food was super tasty.

If I had this place next to my house I’d eat here all the time. The clear soup lamb noodles in particular (“slow cooked lamb noodle spring onion lamb soup”) — man that was a lovely warming bowl of broth on a cold night, deeply savory yet not oily or heavy. The roujiamo weren’t bad either, but that lamb soup was a little bowl of heaven.

The food was mainly cold, their ordering system is faulty and they blame customers for it. Half of our table was served 2 min after the order, the other half 20. Out of 5 people, 4 orders were wrong and they didn't acknowledge it. Forget about the spicy, extras veg etc, noodles will be all the same. You feel pressured to finish and to leave, it was definitely an unpleasant evening. Plus, they charge you 14% for cover charge, when the service is easily one of the worst I have ever experienced. Unfortunately , went downhill pretty quickly...

The food at your restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, the service is far below expectations. The new manager has been extremely rude, which is disappointing for loyal customers like myself. As regular patrons, we believe we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. This is not an isolated experience, many of my friends who also frequent your establishment have encountered the same behavior. I strongly urge the higher management to address this issue promptly, as it risks tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise wonderful restaurant. I hope to see positive changes soon.

Came here yesterday and was already welcomed with lovely service by the waiters and staff. We had not reserved a table but the staff kindly allowed as to dine as long we didn’t overlap with the people who reserved . The biang biang noodles were soft and it was an amazing experience trying it for the the first time . I would definitely recommend. My daughter was pleasantly surprised by the spicy diced chicken and said it tasted amazing like a more expensive KFC. A big shout out to one of the lady staff whom we had a great and warming conversation as she gave us advice around central London . Overall I would definitely recommend being my first time to go out of my way to write a review !!!

This was a true hidden gem. The homemade Biang Biang is to die for, we couldn’t get enough of it. Great value for money. If it were twice the price, I would still go. We got the mild spicy level of the dried beef Biang Biang and the spice was just right. The meat was spectacular, melts in your mouth and juicy. My husband and I went in for a Saturday night dinner, super crowded, but the staff was friendly and efficient. Fully deserve the 5 stars 👌🏻

My husband and I used to visit this restaurant often after shopping nearby. However, yesterday will be our last visit. The service was very disappointing. First, despite there being plenty of empty seats downstairs, we still had to wait for a table. Secondly, it took a very long time for our drinks to arrive, and we asked two different staff members for a fork, but no one brought it to us. Lastly, when we asked for the bill, we had to wait another 15 minutes before it was brought to our table. The service at this restaurant used to be very efficient and friendly, but it has gone downhill now. Perhaps there has been a change in management, as I no longer recognize most of the staff.

The staff are lovely but it gets so busy that it's difficult to get their attention especially when you are requesting noodle refills. Food here is tasty and you get a decent portion. I ordered the biang biang noodles and the murger. Whilst the noodles were yum, I found the murger a bit unmemorable. It's a hot spot with a lovely atmosphere - expect to be seated close to the next table...could barely get my thighs in between.

Meat eaters were pleased with their choices. But as a vegetarian this place is harder to enjoy. Incorrect bill (not in our favour) given first. But quickly rectified upon query. Still, this was unpleasant. The service is otherwise quick. Our waitress was nice and answered questions promptly.

This is a recommended experience, but it comes with a warning. Why don't ordinary people go to extra posh hotels? Is it because they feel somewhat assaulted by the superior attitude they fear they will experience from the staff? We loved our time at the Dorchester Hotel Grill, but we had to learn the hard way that you need to be assertive, confident and persistent in order to get what YOU want, and not get charged for what THEY want you to have – 3 coffees and 2 waters - £52! Staff - The meeter-greeter was charismatic and knew our family name as we approached - impressive. She was personable, warm and effective. The first assault comes when a huge ice bucket with lots of champagne bottles in. This is wheeled across with great ceremony, and you were asked if you might like a glass. This is your first test of assertiveness. A polite man will ask the ladies and make £100 disappear very quickly. When I asked for the wine list instead, she looked disappointed - I don't know why, as plenty of the wines are priced at over £100. Then we are given the A la carte menu - and you have to be assertive again. You have to actively ask for the lunchtime menu. Irritating. Food - We went because we saw a YouTube review by Greeno - with three substantial courses. Be warned, the first course has changed and the two alternatives are less than overpowering. My companions had the burrata and salad, which came in a high sided bowl and was somewhat of a challenge to get started on with a knife and fork. Beautiful and complex visually, but a little bit bland in terms of taste. My onion confection was a little bizarre. I kid you not, it was a hollowed out onion filled with pieces of onion and the waitress poured around the side… an onion broth. I was hoping for something more French onion soup like, but this was more a the contemporary artist’s impression of the theme of the essence of an onion. The tiny bready cheesy bits on top were worth the first bite but then fell into the onion broth as they were balanced on top of the onion. It made me sad as I remembered all those lovely onion soups in Paris. The mains were an upgrade from the starter. My companions had a straight out of the sea piece of cod with a crust of nuts and clever things and it was a beautiful dish. I had a wonderful large half breast of chicken with tasty skin on, with various sources and, I kid you not, another onion! But this time it was stuffed with salmon and was really pleasant. And the CHIPS - if you could only have one element from the whole meal it would be these extraordinary creations. Apparently they take 72 hours to make. This is the lunch for you. Wine - We had a Barbera D’ Asti that was OK, but were charged £75 for the pleasure - the cheapest bottle in their eighty page wine catalogue - the Italian Reds are on page 53. The red wine was disappointing for the price. Kitchen tour - when they're not super busy they offer a tour of the kitchens which is worth a look. We spoke to Freddy, the head chef whose name is on the menu and was a delight - armed with all our knowledge from Anthony Bourdain and Jason Atherton, we talked about taking knives home on the tube, working service in silence, shouty and sweary head chefs (that is the past) and were shown the impressive wine collection with single bottles costing up to £13,000 - maybe my £75 wine wasn't too bad after all. Dopo parecchi anni sono tornato alle. Origini il. Primo locale in cui ho lavorato nel. 2012 appena arrivato a Londra. Locale sempre carino su due piani il. Secondo piano usato per feste e il. Primo come bar e ristorante. Se non sbaglio è anche cambiata la proprietà non ho visto la manager che c'era prima e Devo dire che meglio così. Cibo non male servizio cordiale. Prezzi un po' alti ma a Londra di non caro non esiste niente.
