Food is very tasty! Huge portions and noodles are one of the best ever tried.

Staff were very polite and always making sure we have everything we need. Food was served quickly and was very well presented, delicious and portions were generous. Seating is very comfortable and lighting is soft, just the right amount of brightness great for photos but not too bright. Background music was at the perfect volume, you can hear it but still hear your table mates speak and the playlist was immaculate.

Food was nice, I enjoyed mala flavour and staffs are so kind! I really like here :)

Great food. The biangbiang noodles were great and I would high recommend getting them with the house special. Serving size was feeling and spice levels were perfect.

tasty! The casserole meatballs with beef only cost three pounds. I thought it would be a few slices of beef, but I didn’t expect there was a plate of beef! Delicious and affordable! The stir-fried steamed buns are also delicious!

I got their youtiao from YOHOME supermarket in Hammersmith, its the best youtiao i've had so far. Heated it in the air fryer, dipped it in some sweet soy milk, HEAVEN

The three-in-one and mutton steamed buns are both authentic. I really burst into tears. It's from the affirmation of Xi'an people. I really recommend it.

Sublime. Honestly cannot fault this place. The staff are excellent. Super attentive extremely friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely outstanding. We had the biangbiang with dried beef and the LaTiaoZi noodles with lamb soup. Both amazing. The two of us shared and frankly we fort over the last bites. Amazing

Incredible food, this is probably the best Chinese food in London.

Very little vegetarian options and even that was plain and boring. I had tomato and egg sauce noodles. It was scrambled eggs on top of pasta and with spinach and tomato. No flavour at all. Gyozas were nice. My friend enjoyed her meat soup. Service was not great.

My friends and I have been loyal customers of this restaurant, and we used to dine there often. However, ever since they changed a new manager, the quality of their service has plummeted. The new manager has been very rude to us, giving us very bad attitude every time we visit. It has made our experience very unpleasant, and we will never go there again.

The food at your restaurant is excellent, but unfortunately, the service is far below expectations. The new manager has been extremely rude, which is disappointing for loyal customers like myself. As regular patrons, we believe we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. This is not an isolated experience, many of my friends who also frequent your establishment have encountered the same behavior. I strongly urge the higher management to address this issue promptly, as it risks tarnishing the reputation of an otherwise wonderful restaurant. I hope to see positive changes soon.

Great place with lovely soups and great portions! Not to be missed

Came here yesterday and was already welcomed with lovely service by the waiters and staff. We had not reserved a table but the staff kindly allowed as to dine as long we didn’t overlap with the people who reserved . The biang biang noodles were soft and it was an amazing experience trying it for the the first time . I would definitely recommend. My daughter was pleasantly surprised by the spicy diced chicken and said it tasted amazing like a more expensive KFC. A big shout out to one of the lady staff whom we had a great and warming conversation as she gave us advice around central London . Overall I would definitely recommend being my first time to go out of my way to write a review !!!

I'm rating this place so high and will definitely come back mainly because of Grace, she made the whole experience enjoyable even though when we first got there we had to wait even though we booked because of some kitchen delays. Honestly she was helpful, kind and interesting.

we were there for breakfast and ordered traditional Chinese food. Everything is kept as their original taste. My daughter took the wonton soup and she loves it. The deep fried dough stick is quite big and tasty.

La Tiaozi loves delicious food😋 The stir-fry is too spicy but the people are very nice

The thickest longest noodle you will ever eat, I pulled the noodle out the bowl and transcended into a different dimension, a better world where noodles rule and the streets are paved with chilli oil

Amazing food, very authentic, outstanding service, don’t miss the handmade noodles

This was a true hidden gem. The homemade Biang Biang is to die for, we couldn’t get enough of it. Great value for money. If it were twice the price, I would still go. We got the mild spicy level of the dried beef Biang Biang and the spice was just right. The meat was spectacular, melts in your mouth and juicy. My husband and I went in for a Saturday night dinner, super crowded, but the staff was friendly and efficient. Fully deserve the 5 stars 👌🏻

We had 3 in one Biang biang noodles and it was good! Both pork and beef were good!

Handmade biang biang noodles were excellent. Noodles were bouncy and chewy, and went well with the spicy tomato broth. Duck Murger was slightly on the drier side. Friendly service !

it was okay. the murgers are just fine. my friends had the noodles, though, and really enjoyed them, so I'd recommend going for the noodles over the murgers. the staff did get our orders wrong twice, but they were incredibly busy so it was understandable. would recommend if you want large portions of noodles. wouldn't recommend the murger.

The most authentic Chinese street food place I’ve had in london. Amazing flavours and great variety with a very genuine ambience! Loads of exotic stuff to try! Beware of the spice levels!

Flavourful food and friendly staff! Strong recommendation

My husband and I used to visit this restaurant often after shopping nearby. However, yesterday will be our last visit. The service was very disappointing. First, despite there being plenty of empty seats downstairs, we still had to wait for a table. Secondly, it took a very long time for our drinks to arrive, and we asked two different staff members for a fork, but no one brought it to us. Lastly, when we asked for the bill, we had to wait another 15 minutes before it was brought to our table. The service at this restaurant used to be very efficient and friendly, but it has gone downhill now. Perhaps there has been a change in management, as I no longer recognize most of the staff.

It was a delicious surprise and very different than the Chinese food we are used to on top of that the staff were very friendly and they spend time explaining the menu to you. We’re definitely going back when visiting London again //

The staff are lovely but it gets so busy that it's difficult to get their attention especially when you are requesting noodle refills. Food here is tasty and you get a decent portion. I ordered the biang biang noodles and the murger. Whilst the noodles were yum, I found the murger a bit unmemorable. It's a hot spot with a lovely atmosphere - expect to be seated close to the next table...could barely get my thighs in between.

The service was very good. I ordered a large plate of chicken noodles. The chicken was delicious and the noodles were a bit bland. The beef steamed buns were delicious.

There are not many people on weekends, but there are a lot of takeout orders. The whole environment is very unique and the food is authentic. Especially the menu is the most special I have ever seen. It reflects Chinese culture and characteristics very well. When I came back, I recommended it to friends around me. My children never forgot it and told me to eat there again.

A lovely place to get authentic Xi'an cuisine! The biang biang noodles are top class, freshly made and very soft and juicy. The Murger, (specialty) is like a bao bun mixed with a burger, very special and incredibly tasty, the bun is soft and fluffy with a juicy pork/duck or spicy beef filling. We went for the pork and it was amazing! Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the overall decoration and atmosphere is very chill.

Murger Han offers a pleasant dining experience with good service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, creating a comfortable environment for guests. While the food is enjoyable, there’s room for improvement. Some dishes could be refined to elevate the flavors and match the otherwise great experience. Overall, it’s a nice spot for a meal with great service and ambiance, but with slight adjustments to the food, it could be even better!

As an authentic Xi'an person, this restaurant is the most authentic Xi'an snack I have ever eaten outside! Ever since I tried it once, I will eat here every day after get off work. The five-in-one noodles, steamed buns, meat buns, and tripe noodles here are all very delicious! ! The service staff are also very warm and friendly and can support communication in Chinese!

Great dining and food experience, the food was served on huge bowls which we loved and the service was so friendly and kind. We didn't have much time but the food we ordered tasted amazing. It's worth a visit if you want a friendly experience to chinese noodles.

If possible, I don't even want to rate a single star. The walk-in waiting line was left outside in the cold wind for over 30 minutes. There were seats available inside, but instead of letting any of us in, they preferred to wait for reservations who would come... at least 1 hour later? And an old couple started waiting here from 4 p.m. and finally be seated at 6 p.m. Simply absurd. The whole restaurant was obviously short of staff and in complete chaos. They prioritised takeaway than anything else. We were finally able to get in, but 2 guests were allowed for 1 hour and 1 guest for 40 minutes to dine in. However, it would take 10 to 20 minutes to wait for the food. Totally a waste of time, and the taste is average but not authentic. Won't visit again and won't recommend it to anyone.

The service was extremely poor :/ we had to ask for the food after long waits and the food was just waiting at the counter.. the drink came nearly when our mains were over.. and asking 2-3 times. The waitress seemed to be annoyed every time we asked her anything. Avoid the panna cotta. It was liquid and not set. Tasted good but the texture was poor. They forgot to serve the panna cotta and were asking us why we aren't leaving yet. They took payment before it arrived even when I told them it hasn't arrived yet.

Delicious hand pulled Biang Biang noodles at Murger Han. We were lucky to get a table as we were walk ins during a busy lunch time. Ordered the Slow cooked lamb in lamb soup as well as the Spring Onion and Chilli Oil noodle, both equally as delicious and enormous portions. Also highly recommend their Crusty Murger - opted for the Roasted Duck which was incredibly flavourful.

-Atmosphere: Very warm, there are terracotta warriors and horses at the entrance of the store, it will take you back home in a second -Food: Roujiamo with crispy skin and fragrant meat, casserole rice noodles with lots of hot ingredients, crispy salted chicken is delicious, but a little oily -Service: The lady is responsive to our requests. When we are waiting for a table at the door, she gives us the menu first and lets us order in advance and eat directly when we arrive at the seat.

I get a bit nervous when I see a restaurant trying to do too many things. Wtf is a murger anyway? But I did hear the biang biang noodles are good here. That might be a bit of a stretch. Pun intended. Speaking of, our big bowl of noodles had packed flavour. I appreciate that they serve tripe here. Alas, my biang biang felt like it wasn't pulled enough. Did the chef give up halfway? Some parts just felt too dense and uncooked. The wanton was bland and uninspiring. We did love the ceramic giant bowls and prompt service. The gimmicky spin the wheel was unnecessary. The food, in essence, was "mid," as the kids would day these days.

The restaurant is small and cute and the staff really polite and helpful with a smile. Food came really fast. We had the set for two and it was an appropriate amount of food. We finished everything and didn’t feel too stuffed. Definitely coming back.
