I found it quite chaotic and the prices were not clear in advance. The lunch deal with sandwiches was not indicated under sandwiches. Otherwise I would have taken that. Very good choice. And the shortbread is delicious! Please note: sit after the security check. Access only with a ticket for a tour or visit to the parliament building

This is a must do if you want to have a pint and take in the atmosphere of a historic pub while in London. You feel like you took a trip back in time as soon as you walk through the door. The servers were beyond friendly and the beers were delicious.

We are extremely disappointed with the experience at your establishment at Trafalgar squares. When we entered the shop, it was because we urgently needed to use the washroom. As we were trying to head downstairs, one of the staff rudely informed us that we couldn’t use the facility. The behavior was completely uncalled for and showed a lack of empathy. We were in a dire situation, and instead of handling it politely or offering assistance, the staff’s attitude was hostile and unprofessional. This treatment was shocking, especially since we were prepared to place an order right after resolving our immediate need. Such behavior creates a very unwelcoming environment and discourages customers from returning. Please take this feedback seriously and consider training your staff to treat customers with basic respect and understanding. Thank you.

We booked the London Afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. It was a wonderful experience and a fabulous selection. The sandwiches were lovely and fresh. The scones were very tasty, and then the special sweet treats shaped in iconic london buildings looked amazing. You are also spoilt for choice with a selection of teas and coffees. My top tip is to see what the london buildings are made of .. flavour wise, as there may be something else on one of the other menus you'd prefer. After we almost finished up, they started to play happy birthday and proceeded to bring me out a separate mini birthday cake. Very nice touch. They do takeaway boxes, which was lucky as we couldn't finish everything. Hazel, our server, was great at explaining how it all worked, and they had a selection of versions of the menu. Vegan, vegetarian, as well as gluten-free, and a kids selection. She was very attentive without being intrusive. Very polite. Would highly recommend this lovely treat for a birthday, etc.

Browns in Covent Garden is a must. Instantly, you feel welcomed and comfortable. The interior design is clever with its relaxing sage green walls and large mirrors reflecting warmth and light. We were served by Panagis who was an excellent example of genuine old world service. The food choices were excellent and the whole experience was brilliant. Panagis is a great ambassador for Browns.
