The best restaurants in Marylebone High Street City of London, Westminster London

Went to the Henry Holland for a drink with some work colleagues, first drink out in almost a year and we got seated upstairs. A group of 3 middle aged/elderly ladies sitting near us took offence to our volume and apparent high morale and reported to the landlord that one out or group flashed his penis ( didn’t happen) with one side of the story we were then refused service and the other party left the bar anyway. Bar staff were fine.Won’t be back tho.The also had CCTV that could have been checked but wasn’t.

Estábamos buscando un desayuno tardío y al final tomamos té y pasteles. Resultó ser delicioso y estábamos felices.

Encontré un pelo dentro de mi sopa de caldo de pollo. Para el Brice y el nombre se esperaría una mejor higiene y servicio. El personal también barre el piso y luego prepara los alimentos que no se lavan las manos

Bonita cafetería buen personal amable y servicial. Una buena selección de bebidas para los días fríos y calientes y una buena oferta gastronómica.

First in the kebab shop, Atmosphere is very chilled and pretty. My kebab was seasoned well, I’ll recommend the chill sauce to go with the mixed grill kebab.

Very mediocre Pret. Little effort put into making it a nice place to dine in. The offering is the usual same tired and overpriced Pret but it was the only option I could quickly drop into for a five minute bite.

Fui a tomar el jugo en Guilford el 21 de septiembre y me cobraron £ 20. 30 por 2 jugos. Entonces el gerente de la caja dijo que el pago no se realizó y que tenía que hacerlo de nuevo. Repetí el pago y luego pude ver en mi aplicación Joe the Juice y mi extracto bancario que efectivamente me cobraron dos veces £ 20. 30 (total £ 40 . 60 ) para dos zumos. Me dijeron que enviara un correo electrónico a care@joejuice.com y que me reembolsarían los gastos, pero ya he enviado esa dirección por correo y aún no he recibido respuesta. Este es un terrible servicio al cliente. La mayoría de las empresas se disculparían mucho por su error y harían todo lo posible por reembolsarte. Terminé sin disfrutar de mi bebida en absoluto, ya que estaba loco por cobrar dos veces, y ahora me he sentido muy incómodo, ya que tengo que enviar esta dirección de correo electrónico repetidamente y seguir revisando mi banco con la esperanza de algún tipo de acción. Esto es actividad criminal. Si robé 20 . 30 de ellos, tendría acciones legales contra mí.

This has the standard Five Guys menu and ordering is straightforward. However the restaurant layout makes collection awkward at busy times as there aren't many seats directly near the collection counter and some customers tend to eat there instead of moving inwards or downwards. On my visit the code for the loo did not work despite multiple attempts to entry. There was no staff member to be found in the basement level so nobody could fix this.

I'm very disappointed by the quality of the food! I bought a slice of carrot cake today and I was so shocked of what I have been given as soon as I opened the box. The carrot cake was very dry and old! The icing was yellow and cracked! You could see immediately that it was not fresh at all! So so disappointing. I would not recommend this place! They really need to start looking after treating their customers better. Food that is either close to the expiration date or no longer at peak quality is unfit to sell!!! They should stop selling expired food immediately!!!

Estoy sorprendido de los comentarios negativos a continuación. . . Deben haber cambiado de cocinero y personal porque encontré excelente comida y un excelente lugar para relajarme mientras esperaba su tren lejos del ruido y las multitudes de la estación. Y el precio era perfectamente razonable aunque fui a desayunar y no tomar bebidas alcohólicas. El lugar estaba limpio y la comida llegó no demasiado pronto ni tarde. El baño ahora está bloqueado por código, no estoy seguro antes, pero supongo que ayuda a mantenerlo más limpio. Definitivamente voy a volver :)

La comida era realmente buena, buenas porciones por buenos precios, y lo mejor de todo muy buena cantidad de salsa que se siente raro en estos días. El servicio de Mónica fue muy bueno, muy atento.

We saw a dead mouse at the entrance of the restaurant while leaving, food didn’t taste fresh at all - staff was super rude and restaurant is super noisy with its AC

One of the staff members was complaining loudly to her two other colleagues about another staff member. She also swore about them whilst a young girl was waiting to be served in front of her. Negative, unwelcoming and unprofessional- I will not go there again

No sé por qué hay tanto odio en este lugar. Es un McDonalds. A MCDONALDS. ¿Por qué pagarías £2 por una hamburguesa y esperarías una estaca tierna de 24 oz de calidad de 5 estrellas? Nadie viene aquí por la comida, sino para pasar el rato con amigos. Si quieres tener un servicio de calidad, tal vez no seas barato y llegar a un buen restaurante.
