Five Guys Bond Street in City of London, Westminster

This has the standard Five Guys menu and ordering is straightforward. However the restaurant layout makes collection awkward at busy times as there aren't many seats directly near the collection counter and some customers tend to eat there instead of moving inwards or downwards. On my visit the code for the loo did not work despite multiple attempts to entry. There was no staff member to be found in the basement level so nobody could fix this.

The worst milk shake in my my life with good burger and decent fries. I waited for 15 minutes but despite trying was too thick to drink as it was not coming up the straw. Literally like slightly melted ice cream. When I complained the short Asian girl with glasses said this is the way our shakes are…. Does that mean the worst ever as I get shakes with burgers at Shake Shake, GBK and even McDonalds/Burger King. Worst milk shake across UK, Canada, Norther Europe, Singapore, France, Italy etc. they should not have it on the menu or offer a drinkable milk shake,

I ordered a cheese burger and a hotdog…2 people were preparing meals for more than 10 waiting customers…while waiting i was watching them preparing meals…a peace of bread fall on the floor….the worker took it from the floor and continued preparing the sandwich w the bread which fall on a very dirty floor…made a complain to the restaurant mgr….he got upset from my complain and said “what shall I Do” will prepare a new sandwich for you…….the burger was burned out and so was the hotdog…..extremely bad experience and completely unprofessional restaurant mgr

My server at the till point was very helpful and got everything I ordered right, and efficient! I was very happpy with my service today and I will definitely come back! :)

Actually looked like a bloated Big Mac with layers looking like they'd been slopped on. Cajun Fries and Milkshake were good but we ordered way too many. Liked the post it notes for comments and the early reviews when this chain first opened. Best burger in London under a fiver was the headline. Only six years ago but same now costs £8. Staff were trying their best but always hard to get a seven people order out at same time.
