Staff were lovely and food is fresh and made to order. A little on the pricey side but definitely worth it for the freshness. Will be returning!

My favourite local shop, with a nice selection of independent food brands, freshly baked breads and freshly made sandwiches. Staff are also super nice, helpful and friendly.

Amazing customer service, sandwich choices and excellent coffee.... Our go to for authentic deli foods can't be found anywhere else!

A very sweet shop, where they are very nice and attentive. They also have a very nice well thought out range. Yes the price is higher than in a supermarket because they're an independent in an expensive area so they have those costs. However it's such a nice place to shop, the people are so nice and it's a nice experience so I'm very happy going there.

WOW!!! OMG!!! I have just had the most amazing foodie experience in my young-ish life. I have just visited Bon Appetit in Maida Vale. I was feeling unwell, and Cyrous ( the owner ) took care of me as if I were family. He gave me an amazingly delicious free coffee, and the most amazing custard and chocolate pastry that has ever passed my experienced foodie lips. His care, concern and customer service skills were surpassed only by the amazing deli produce that he stocks. The place is bijou and homely but stacked high and wide with an assortment of fresh quality products from around the world that I feel he has undervalued in price. He had a constant stream of clients in the time that I was there ( Sunday 19th March, 10 am until 12 pm ). It is a hidden gem in a residential area, just off Elgin Avenue, but it would not be out of place on the streets of Milan, Paris or Barcelona. Do yourself a favour, go visit and savour an old-fashioned deli with outstanding produce, service and relatively cheap prices. Mr. Darian, thank you! You are my new favourite deli, and I will be visiting you very regularly from now on.

This place is a gem! All the staff I've met are lovely and all the food I've eaten is delicious. The sandwiches are great, the chickentastic is a work of art, it's generously filled yet somehow not messy to eat. The combination of taste and tidiness makes a supreme sandwich, just make sure you get there while there's still bread left! Good people, good food, what's not to like? p.s. put some siracha on the chickentastic 👌

Very good tuna sandwich and good selection of everything most visit

Such a great local place to have around. The pastries in the morning are excellent, and they have a good range products (from basic necessities, like milk and eggs, to a nice range of Italian products). And the staff are always amazing - incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful. It's the kind of "mom and pop" neighborhood shop the world needs more of.

Simply the best deli I have ever been to. The fresh bread is from another world. The fruits (and the orange juice) are super fresh and tasty. The staff is extremely friendly. It made my day to go there!

Quite simply, the best shop / deli that you could ever hope for! Everything they sell is high quality. Lovely fresh bread and organic eggs. And everyone who works there is lovely!

There is a wonderful girl who forces you to come again and buy something from this store, even though she wears a mask, but you will see and feel her smile, thank you for your elegant dealings with customers

Very good food and mainly organic or crafted

The best hot chocolate! It is delicious! Perfectly made and the gentlemen are lovely. The chocolate comes on a stick which you stir into the frothy hot milk and is loaded with a massive marshmallow. Such a treat. The vegan sausage roll is tasty too!

A hidden gem in Maida Vale with sweets, cure meat and variety of cheese of excellent quality. Also we tried 2 or 3 different types of bread and the were all amazing. Last but not least, for the Greek neighbours, there are few Greek products including talagani cheese, chocolates etc. It’s a shame we didn’t discover it earlier.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. They have bread of the day, cookies, good coffee and tea, fruits, fresh vegetables, hams, cheeses and delicious hummus. An unforgettable place you are looking forward to visit again. 🤗

One of the best delis in London. Wide selection of continental snacks, preserves and other goodies. At the counter there is delicious home cooked food, cold meats and some cheeses among other things . Fresh bread, excellent ice cream and very good coffee that can be served on the couple of small tables outside. Every time I am in Maida vale I try to come here. Staff are also helpful and friendly.

The food here is very good, particularly nice bread on sale. Coffee is also excellent and good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can buy bits and pieces of groceries or you can also purchase meals ready to eat.
